Abstract
本实用新型提供一种建筑铝塑管管接头密封连接件,它包括管件、铝质密封套、螺母、密封圈,管件管头部外侧是螺纹,内侧为锥形面形成的空隙环。铝质密封套外侧也有同样角度的锥形面,纵向有切口,密封圈置于空隙环中,铝质密封套推入后旋紧螺母使其压紧密封圈,上述锥形面为5°—7°,保证了连接件的强度和使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种建筑铝塑管管头密封连接件，属于管件连接技术领域。
铝塑管由于不锈化，具有广阔的发展前景。但是，密封连接件的质量一直存在密封效果差、强度低，易损坏等问题。
本实用新型的目的是在不改变管件壁厚的情况下提高密封效果，增加连接件强度。
本实用新型的技术方案是：这种建筑铝塑管管头密封连接件，主要包括管件2、铝质密封套4、螺母3和密封圈5，其管件2管头部外侧有螺纹2-1，内侧为锥形面，即内侧是纵向截面为楔形的空隙环2-2。铝质密封套4外侧为同样的锥形面，与管件上的空隙环2-2相配合，密封圈5置于空隙环2-2中，铝质密封套4推入空隙环2-2中，螺母3与管头外侧螺纹2-1配合旋紧时，铝质密封套4压紧密封圈5。实现密封连接。
上述的管头密封连接件中，其管头内侧锥形面的角度是5°-7°。
上述的管头密封连接件中，其密封圈5是硅橡胶密封圈，其截面直径大于空隙环2-2底部径向宽度，小于空隙环管头部径向宽度。
上述管头密封连接件中的铝质密封套4上有纵向切口4-1起自动调节作用。
本实用新型的优点是密封效果好，并增加了管接头强度，提高了使用寿命和反复使用率。
下面对附图进行说明：图1是本实用新型纵向截面结构示意图、图2是铝质密封套横截面示意图。图中1是管材、2是管件、3是螺母、4是铝质密封套，5是密封圈、2-1是管件2管头部外侧螺纹、2-2是管件2管头部内侧锥形空隙环、4-1是铝质密封套4上的纵向切口。
图3是连接件管头部分纵向放大剖示图：-2是管件、2-1是螺纹、α是锥形面的角度、4是铝质密封，A、B、C、D是该处尺寸标号。

1、一种建筑铝塑管管头密封连接件，主要包括管件(2)、铝质密封套(4)、螺母(3)和密封圈(5)，其特征是管件(2)管头部外侧有螺纹(2-1)，内侧为锥形面，即内侧是纵向截面为楔形的空隙环(2-2)，铝质密封套(4)外侧也为同样的锥形面，与管件上的空隙环(2-2)相配合，密封圈(5)置于空隙环(2-2)中，铝质密封套(4)推入空隙环(2-2)中，螺母(3)与管头外侧螺纹(2-1)配合旋紧时，铝质密封套(4)压紧密封圈(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管头密连接件，其特征是管头内侧锥形面的角度是5°-7°。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的管头密封连接件，其特征是密封圈(5)是硅橡胶密封圈，其截面直径大于空隙环(2-2)底部径向宽度，小于空隙环头部径向宽度。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的管头密封连接件，其特征是铝质密封套(4)纵向有切口(4-1)。
