Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种快热节能微型锅炉。它由外罩壳、保温层、循环水套、底座和燃气灶具组成,外罩壳内设循环水套,循环水套上覆保温层,下为燃气灶具,外罩壳与保温层及循环水套间设排烟道。本实用新型结构新颖、体积小,寿命长,由于循环水套采用水套、水罩和水环三部分构成,可多层加热,快热节能,适用小型服务业及家庭的冬季取暖和四季淋盆浴及用热水洗涮、饮用等多种的用途。其制工艺简单,用料少,效益高,适合各型企业生产。

Description

快热节能微型锅炉
本实用新型涉及一种快热节能微型锅炉。
目前使用的采暖炉,一般采用燃煤作热源,易造成空气污染及环境脏乱,而且多为一次加热,热效率低,而且一般只能采暖,不可它用。洗浴用的燃气热水器,又不可采暖。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种采用燃气作热源,多层加热,热效率高,体积小(仅有半只水桶大小),既可取暖,又可洗浴、洗涮、饮用的快热节能微型锅炉。
本实用新型的目的是由如下技术方案实现的,它由外罩壳(1)、保温层(2)、循环水套(3)、底座(4)和燃气灶具(5)组成,循环水套(3)装于外罩壳(1)内,其上履保温层(2),其下部与底座(4)相连;外罩壳(1)与保温层(2)及循环水套(3)间设有排烟道(6),循环水套(3)下侧壁设多个排烟口(7),燃气灶具(5)设在循环水套(3)下部、底座(4)上,外罩壳(1)底部卡装在底座(4)上,可拆卸。外罩壳(1)下部设有进风口(11),上部设有排烟孔(12)。
循环水套(3)由水套(31)、水罩(32)和水环(33)三部分构成,水套(31)为圈状,其上部与水罩(32)下部相连,连接面外设有多个进水孔(34),使水套(31)与水罩(32)之间相连通;水罩(32)中央下部与水环(33)中心入口(35)相连通,水套(31)一端设一进水口(36),水环(33)出口端为出水口(37),进水口(36)和出水口(37)均穿出外罩壳(1)。
燃气灶具(5)四周设导火圈(8),可使火焰更集中向上直烧水环(33)。燃气灶具(5)的开关钮(51)设在进风口(11)处。燃气灶具(5)也可由其它热源替代。
循环水套(3)与外罩壳(1)均采用不锈钢制成,也可采用其它金属材料制成;底座(4)采用铸铁浇铸而成;保温层(2)采用膨胀珍珠岩制成。
本实用新型的优点是:构思巧妙,结构新颖,体积小,重量轻,循环水套采用多层加热,火焰能量全部利用,热效率高,燃烧时,在两、三分钟后就可连续输出80℃左右的热水或可炊用的开水。由于循环水套及主要部件采用不锈钢,使用寿命可达几十年,采用燃气替代燃煤,给城市治理脏乱及减轻空气污染,提供了有利的保证,并可达到快热节能效果。可供小型服务业及家庭冬季取暖和四季洗浴,及用热水洗涮、饮用等多种用途,方便实用,是人们生活中不可缺少的好帮手。其制作工艺简单,用料少,效益高,适合各型企业生产。

结合附图将本实用新型的结构和使用原理作进一步说明:
当回水(冷水)自进水口(36)进入循环水套(3)后,打开燃气灶具(5),用外焰余热给水套(3)内的水加温到2-30℃,再由外焰穿过水环(33)将水罩(32)内的水加热到5-60℃,最后再由内燃直烧水环(33),可使水环内的水温达到80℃左右或100℃,这一过程在两、三分钟即可完成,之后可通过出水口(37)连续输出80℃左右的热水或100℃的开水,由于保温层(2)履在水罩(32)上,使水罩(32)及水环(33)内的热量不易散发出去,达到保温效果,剩余的烟气通过排烟口(7),经排烟道(6),自排烟孔(12)排出,排烟孔(12)处可装烟筒或排烟管,使烟气排出室外。

1.一种快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于由外罩壳(1)、保温层(2)、循环水套(3)、底座(4)和燃气灶具(5)组成,循环水套(3)装于外罩壳(1)内,其上履保温层(2),其下部与底座(4)相连;外罩壳(1)与保温层(2)及循环水套(3)间设有排烟道(6),循环水套(3)下侧壁设多个排烟口(7),燃气灶具(5)设在循环水套(3)下部、底座(4)上,外罩壳(1)底部卡装在底座(4)上,外罩壳(1)下部设有进风口(11),上部设有排烟孔(12)。
2.如权利要求1所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于循环水套(3)由水套(31)、水罩(32)和水环(33)三部分构成,水套(31)为圈状,其上部与水罩(32)下部相连,连接面处设有多个进水孔(34),使水套(31)与水罩(32)之间相连通;水罩(32)中央下部与水环(33)中心入口(35)相连通,水套(31)一端设一进水口(36),水环(33)出口端为出水口(37),进水口(36)和出水口(37)均穿出外罩壳(1)。
3.如权利要求1所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于燃气灶具(5)四周设有导火圈(8)。
4.如权利要求1所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于燃气灶具(5)的开关钮(51)设在进风口(11)处。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于循环水套(3)与外罩壳(1)均采用不锈钢制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于底座(4)采用铸铁浇铸而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的快热节能微型锅炉,其特征在于保温层(2)采用膨胀珍珠岩制成。
