Abstract
一种高压容器抗老化密封圈,是在密封圈内部设置一个钢丝圈。本实用新型由于加装钢丝圈,在橡胶弹性下降的情况下,密封圈不发生变形,以钢丝圈为骨架,利用橡胶的剩余弹性继续保持密封圈的密封性,具有结构简单、密封效果好、延长使用寿命的特点,适用于生活用高压容器和生产、实验用高压容器。
Description
本实用新型是一种橡胶密封圈。
目前，市场上出售的高压容器橡胶密封圈，在使用一段时间后老化变性，弹性降低，产生变形，起不到密封作用。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种能大幅度延长使用寿命的高压容器密封圈。
本实用新型的解决方法是在密封圈的内部设置一个细钢丝圈；在热压制密封圈时将钢丝圈埋入，使两者成为一体。
本实用新型由于加装钢丝圈，在橡胶弹型下降的情况下，密封圈不发生变形，以钢丝圈为骨架，利用老化橡胶的剩余弹性继续保持密封圈的密封性，具有结构简单、密封效果好、延长使用寿命的特点，适用于生活用高压容器和生产、实验用高压容器。

在密封圈1内部设置钢丝圈2，钢丝圈2为圆形弹性圈，直径略小于密封圈1的外直径。
