Abstract

Description
本实用新型涉及一种内燃机气缸套。
目前由于人们对内燃机的油耗、使用寿命、可靠性及制造成本的要求不断提高,内燃机燃烧室内的温度和压力也随之越来越高。现有的通用合金铸铁气缸套的耐磨性能已不能满足使用要求,因此人们向铸铁内加入大量的合金元素以提高其硬度。这种方法的不足之处是不仅会造成合金元素的浪费,同时也带来了冶炼和切削加工上的困难,导致废品率上升,生产效率低,刀具消耗增加,成本提高。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种加工制造容易、成本低、耐磨性能好的铸铁内燃机气缸套。
本实用新型的目的可通过以下措施来实现:一种铸铁内燃机气缸套,其特征在于:该气缸套内孔壁上设有带状硬化复合层。该带状硬化复合层可呈螺旋、网格、锯齿或波纹形排列在内孔壁上。
本实用新型是采用铸铁铸造并加工成的与现有内燃机气缸套结构形状和尺寸均相同的气缸套,所用铸铁可以是根据需要采用普通灰口铸铁、蠕墨铸铁、球墨铸铁及可锻铸铁。在上述铸铁内燃机气缸套内孔壁上设有带状硬化复合层。它是用直流压缩电弧等离子束直接扫描或扫描含有碳、氮、硼、磷、硫、硅、稀土、钨、钼、钛、铬、铌、锆等元素混合物及稀释剂的涂料,进行多元共渗合金相变复合强化处理后再经清洗和抛光得到的。该带状硬化复合层可呈螺旋、网格、锯齿或波纹形排列在内孔壁上。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、成本低。
2、容易加工制造。
3、耐磨损、使用寿命长,使用过程中不窜机油、环境污染小。
