Description
本实用新型公开了一种装饰自粘贴，特别是一种用于表面装饰的装饰自粘贴。
装饰自粘贴产品的自身要求随室内环境美化要求的不断提高而提高以及用途的扩展而扩展。常见的装饰自粘贴，主要是在PVC基材或纸质基材的背面涂敷胶粘剂，然后在胶粘剂外粘附离形纸，使用时，将离形纸撕去而将上述基材铺粘于被饰物的表面。而以表面印有各种图案的布质基材取代上述基材不失为是一种良好的装饰贴产品。但目前的布质基材背面不带胶粘剂，因而使用时，必须先在被饰物上涂敷胶粘剂，然后将其铺展上去。近来虽有资料介绍以布质基材取代上述基材，并在其背面也涂敷有胶粘剂，且在胶粘剂外面附一层离形纸。这种产品虽有施工方便、快捷之优点，但存在的主要不足是：布质基材易吸潮、表面易积尘、沾污，而一旦吸潮便会起皱，发霉乃至翘边、脱落，影响装饰效果；此外对表面除尘、去污不仅十分麻烦，而且会加快老化程度。
本实用新型的任务是要提供一种用布质基材取代PVC基材或纸质基材、且不会因吸潮而起皱翘边脱落、对表面除尘去污方便、抗老化程度高、使用寿命长的装饰自粘贴。
本实用新型的任务是这样来完成的，一种装饰自粘贴，由布质基材1、胶粘剂层2、离形纸3组成，所述布质基材1的表面复合有PVC薄膜4。
本实用新型由于采用了上述结构，因而不易吸潮而霉变、起皱翘边乃至脱落，且对其表面除尘去污方便，能延长使用寿命。

本实用新型的PVC薄膜4为透明膜。在布质基材1的表面根据需要制有各种花纹图案5，再在其表面通过热压工艺压合PVC薄膜4，然后将与PVC薄膜4压合制得的布质基材1与经过加热后涂有胶粘剂层2的离形纸3复合，使离形纸3上的胶粘剂层2转移至布质基材1的背面，最后进行分卷、整理、检验、包装供用户使用。
本实用新型的PVC薄膜4上有压纹图案6。压纹图案6与布质基材1表面的花纹图案5可相互搭配或相互衬托，构成具有一定立体感的整体花纹图案。
当要将本实用新型对内墙、玩具、箱包、家俱等的表面贴饰时，只要边揭去离形纸3边退卷即可。

1、一种装饰自粘贴，由布质基材(1)、胶粘剂层(2)、离形纸(3)组成，其特征在于所述布质基材(1)的表面复合有PVC薄膜(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装饰自粘贴，其特征在于PVC薄膜( 4)为透明膜。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装饰自粘贴，其特征在于PVC薄膜(4)上有压纹图案(6)。
