本实用新型提供的是一种铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构,由铝合金气缸体、镍层和镍陶层组成,镍陶层与铝合金气缸体通过镍层附着粘合而形成为一体。本实用新型具有显著耐磨性能,油耗下降明显,减少了排气污染。

铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构
本实用新型涉及的是一种铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构，属于铝合金发动机领域。
现有技术背景中铝合金气缸内壁由于磨损，通常是替换气缸套来改善气缸运行性能。目前也有一些采用新的技术，如直接对气缸筒内壁镀铬，以加强其硬度，但由于实施还存在环境污染严重、工效低等方面缺陷；也有利用镍陶层直接镀覆于气缸筒，如中国专利91107925.4，由于这种镀层结构不能直接牢固地附着在铝合金气缸筒内壁，使得这种结构在实施中也存在严重的不足。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的这种缺陷和不足，设计了一种新的铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构，使得带有本实用新型的复合镍陶层结构的新颖的铝合金发动机气缸内壁品质稳定，运行性能具有突出的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：由于碳化硅(陶瓷)不能直接镀覆于铝合金体上，必须通过中间体，由于本实用新型利用镍和陶的材料特性，制作成气缸内壁的工作面，所以在铝合金气缸体和镍陶层之间的最佳选择是两者之间增加一层镍层，镍层对于镍陶层具有十分良好的亲合作用，与铝合金气缸体也有十分牢固的附着力。这样新的气缸体内表面的性能大大地得到了改善，其硬度可达650-720HV，在气缸内表面搪磨时还可根据需要在内表面制作线状储油槽，以进一步地改善运行性能和提高内表面的使用寿命。
本实用新型具有显著的效果，减轻了气缸体的重量，减少了排气污染，提高了气缸的散热性，提高了发动机寿命，功率提升稳定，在环境温度-4℃时，一次启动成功，启动时间小于2秒，油耗明显下降，气缸磨损量下降为铸钢气缸套材料的50倍，下降为铝合金气缸体镀铬的10倍。

如图1、图2所示，本实用新型主要包括铝合金气缸体1、镍层2和镍陶层3，镍陶层3与铝合金气缸体1通过镍层2附着粘合而形成为一体。在镍陶层3的工作表面可以制作多条线状储油槽4。

1、一种铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构，由铝合金气缸体1和镍陶层3组成，其特征在于还包括镍层2，镍陶层3与铝合金气缸体1通过镍层2附着粘合而形成为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的这种铝合金发动机气缸复合镍陶层结构，其特征还在于镍陶层3的工作表面可以制作多条线状储油槽4。
