Abstract
本实用新型是一种健身娱乐用的配重块内连固定式高尔夫球头,其结构在于配重块内面上有凸头,球头体侧面有凹槽,凹槽内有装配通孔,凸头装在凹槽内,从球头腔体内面由固定体穿过通孔使配重块和球头体紧固为一体,其结构新颖、简单,可拆卸,使用及维修方便,易生产,成本低,结实而美观,市场广阔,经济效益显著。
Description
本实用新型是涉及一种健身娱乐用的配重块内连固定式高尔夫球头。
高尔夫球头是高尔失球设备的重要构件。目前其球头多是采用不锈钢螺钉从外部直接将配重块固定在球头体上，外部有接合缝隙，螺钉外露既不美观，又影响使用效果；再者也有用铆钉铆在球头体上，这种结构要求配重块材料必须有较强的延展性，但由于压力加装中的塑性变形，很难保证结构的可靠性、抗振性和冲击的性能，且需使用大型的压力机等设备，生产成本高，操作复杂；钎焊球头，生产工艺繁锁，且钎料成本高，不易大批量生产，配重块不能拆卸更换，无法维修，这无异会造成不必要的浪费。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的配重块内连固定式高尔夫球头，可有效地解决球头装配难、不易维修，成本高的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的，采用现有配重球头体，配重块内面上有凸头，凸头装在球头体上的凹槽内，球头体经侧面凹槽内通孔及固定体同配重块相固定在一起。
本实用新型其结构新颖，简单，可拆卸，使用及维修方便，易生产，成本低，结实而美观，市场广阔，经济效益显著。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的结构作详细说明。

由图1所示，本实用新型是由球头体和配重块构成，配重块1内面上有凸头2，球头体4侧面有凹槽6，凹槽内有装配通孔5，凸头2装在凹槽6内，从球头体4腔体内面固定体7穿过通孔5，使配重块1和球头体4紧固为一体，为使二者固定牢固，固定体7和球头体4中用防松体8结合。防松体8可为焊头，胶或防松垫片等。为装卸方便，一般配重块1同球头体4可采用在配重块上开固定孔3，固定孔3可为螺孔，固定体7为螺钉即可，用螺钉固定在固定孔3内。固定孔3和相应的通孔5一般为2个。
本实用新型同现有带配重块的高尔夫球头具有明显的优越性，其一是简化了生产工艺，若是采用螺钉螺孔固定，只需将配重块打孔攻丝，不需要进行压力加工或焊接，提高工作效率，利于大批量生产；其二螺钉连接，可保证配重块的可靠的抗冲击性能；其三，从内部连接，连接固定体具有隐蔽性，坚实美观；其四是拆卸方便，易于维修，节约费用，从而可防止在生产中因配重块损坏时而整体报废的不必要损失；其五是因装配不需再压力加工，因而配重块的材料不一定需要太好的延展性，开拓了材料的选用，有利成本的降低和普及应用，以利产生更好的经济效益。

1、配重块内连固定式高尔夫球头，是由球头体和配重块构成，其特征在于配重块(1)内面上有凸头(2)，球头体(4)侧面有凹槽(6)，凹槽内有装配通孔(5)，凸头(2)装在凹槽(6)内，从球头体(4)腔体内面由固定体(7)穿过通孔(5)使配重块(1)和球头体(4)紧固为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的配重块内连固定式高尔夫球头，其特征在于所说的固定体(7)为螺钉。
