Abstract

温室棚舍保温被。它由聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材和抗老化聚乙烯薄膜表面固接而成。本实用新型体轻,不吸水,透光性好,便于卷放,保温被之间可用胶带粘接,成为一个整体保温被,保温效果极佳。本实用新型的表面,光滑平整,冬季雪雨交加天气不会产生雪雨堆积,表面流淌性强。本实用新型虽成本略高于草帘,但使用寿命可达五年以上,使用成本实际低于草帘。

温室棚舍保温被
本实用新型涉及一种保温材料。
我国北方冬季温室棚舍在日落以后需将棚舍的受光面用保温的卷材遮盖,以减少棚舍内外的热量交换,保持棚舍内的温度。目前使用的保温卷材主要有两种,一种是用稻草编织的草帘子,这种卷材虽然成本低,但保温效果不好,易吸水,吸水后体重增加,使卷放的劳动强度增大,此外,草帘极易腐烂,一般只能使用两年,寿命短;另一种是棉毡,虽保温效果较好,但成本高,易吸水,体重,使用寿命短。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温效果好、不吸水、体轻、成本低的温室棚舍用保温被。
本实用新型的目的是通过附图所示的技术方案实现的,它由聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材1和抗老化聚乙烯薄膜2表面固接而成。聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材的厚度为4~5毫米,抗老化聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为5~10微米。也可以是在聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材的两面固接抗老化聚乙烯薄膜。
本实用新型所用的聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材体轻,不吸水,透光性好,便于卷放,保温被之间可用胶带粘接,成为一个整体保温被,保温效果极佳。本实用新型以抗老化聚乙烯薄膜做为表面,光滑平整,冬季雪雨交加天气不会产生雪雨堆积,表面流淌性强。本实用新型虽成本略高于草帘,但使用寿命可达五年以上,使用成本实际低于草帘,且抗老化聚乙烯薄膜还可更换。

实施例
聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材和抗老化聚乙烯薄膜采用热合方式固接在一起,聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材的厚度为5毫米,抗老化聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为8微米。本实施例宽1500毫米,为卷材。本实施例每平方米重量为为190克,热传导率<0.025Kcal/mhc2;抗拉强度>16kg/m2;吸水率<0.003mg/cm2

1、温室棚舍保温被,其特征在于它由聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材和抗老化聚乙烯薄膜表面固接而成。
2、根据权利要求1所说的温室棚舍保温被,其特征在于聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材的厚度为4~5毫米,抗老化聚乙烯薄膜的厚度为5~10微米。
3、根据权利要求1或2所说的温室棚舍保温被,其特征在于在聚乙烯闭合式发泡片材的两面固接抗老化聚乙烯薄膜。
