Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种无孔防钻密码保险锁。锁头内设置的磁性柱销,通过N、S极的置换排列和位置的变换能任意排列组合出非常多的极性密码符号,因而每把锁的密码重复率极低。锁芯前端面采用了无钥匙孔及锁芯前端平面内镶嵌一圆形不粘磁防钻钢板的技术方案,彻底杜绝了往锁孔内堵塞异物和万能钥匙开锁及电钻破坏的现象发生,从而增强了该锁头的保险性能。另外,本实用新型开锁不记忆密码,操作简单。

无孔防钻密码保险锁
本实用新型属于锁具技术领域，具体涉及一种对现有密码锁开启与防钻结构的技术改进。
现有机械式密码锁的保险功能，多数是由一套数字对号盘和一把外插式钥匙来控制，这种结构的保险锁因锁孔内弹子裸露，非常容易堵塞异物，使得钥匙无法插入，从而导致整套锁具报废。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无钥匙孔的防钻密码保险锁，旨在杜绝往锁孔内堵塞异物和电钻破坏的现象发生。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案：锁头采用无钥匙孔的丁字锁芯，丁字锁芯前端平面内镶嵌一圆形不粘磁防钻钢板，丁字锁芯套装在锁壳内，锁壳前端的台阶平面与丁字锁芯背面上各开有数量相同的若于孔窝与盲孔，位置对应，丁字锁芯背面盲孔内安放的弹簧推着磁性柱销卡在锁壳孔窝内，控制丁字锁芯转动，钥匙主体为圆盘状，钥匙上的磁性柱销与锁头内的磁性柱销数量相同、极性相反、位置一一对应，锁头内与钥匙上的磁性柱销通过N、S极的置换排列及位置的变换能组合出非常多的密码符号，该技术方案能有效解决往锁孔内堵塞异物和电钻破坏的现象发生。

本实用新型无孔防钻密码保险锁包括锁头、钥匙两部分，图1示出锁头剖视结构：锁壳1为内台阶空心圆柱体，锁壳内前端台阶平面上开有若干孔窝，锁壳内套装着无钥匙孔的丁字锁芯2，丁字锁芯前端平面的边沿上开有两个卡槽，在丁字锁芯前端平面内镶嵌一圆形不粘磁防钻钢板3，丁字锁芯背面的盲孔中安放的弹簧4推着磁性柱销5卡在锁壳1的孔窝内，插销6固定拨杆7和锁壳1与丁字锁芯2：图2示出钥匙结构：钥匙主体呈圆盘状，磁性柱销8安放在圆盘状钥匙片9内，圆盘状钥匙片固定在钥匙柄10中，钥匙上的磁性柱销与锁头内的磁性柱销数量相等、极性相反、位置一一对应。开锁时，圆盘状钥匙片9对准丁字锁芯2的前端面，此时钥匙柄10进入丁字锁芯2前端平面的边沿卡槽内，在钥匙磁力相吸的作用下，卡在锁壳孔窝内的磁性柱销5压着弹簧4回缩到丁字锁芯2盲孔内，用力一拧钥匙，锁芯转动，此时锁头为开启状态。关锁时，拿下旋转复位后的圆盘状钥匙，丁字锁芯2盲孔内的弹簧4推着磁性柱销5卡在锁壳1的孔窝内，此锁头为关闭状态。
本实用新型的优点：锁头采用无钥匙孔防钻密码装置，尤其是锁头内的磁性柱销与钥匙上的磁性柱销N、S极的置换排列及位置的变换能组合出非常多的密码符号，彻底杜绝往锁孔内堵塞异物和电钻破坏的现象发生及开锁时的烦琐程序。

  1. 一种无孔防钻密码保险锁，包括锁头与钥匙两部分，其特征在于：锁壳(1)为内台阶空心圆柱体，锁壳内前端台阶平面上开有若干孔窝，锁壳内套装着无钥匙孔的丁字锁芯(2)，丁字锁芯前端平面的边沿上开有两个卡槽，在丁字锁芯前端平面内镶嵌一圆形不粘磁防钻钢板(3)，丁字锁芯背面的盲孔中安放的弹簧(4)推着磁性柱销(5)卡在锁壳(1)的孔窝内，插销(6)固定拨杆(7)和锁壳(1)与丁字锁芯(2)；钥匙主体呈圆盘状，磁性柱销(8)安放在圆盘状钥匙片(9)内，圆盘状钥匙片固定在钥匙柄(10)中，钥匙上的磁性柱销与锁头内的磁性柱销数量相等，极性相反，位置一一对应。
