轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构
本实用新型专利为一种轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构,属于潜水离心电泵领域。
目前使用的潜水离心电泵的叶轮与导叶结构,水是由叶轮轴向流进,通过导叶的导水槽,径向流出,再流入下一级泵的泵轮里或通过管接头流进扬水管里,现有潜水离心电泵的叶轮与导叶结构松散,导叶过流部分的尽寸大,要求使用的井径大,限制了水泵的使用范围,而且用料多,加工费时,泵的内部水力损失较大,降低了泵的效率。
为了克服上述水泵叶轮与导叶结构的不足,本实用新型专利特提出了一种轴向结合的水泵叶轮与导叶结构。
本实用新型轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构主要由叶轮、导叶、外壳组成。叶轮与导叶直径相同,且边缘带有一定的锥度。
本轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构的工作过程为:水由泵的叶轮外缘轴向流入导叶,通过导叶的导水槽,将叶轮甩出的水汇集到中间的出水口,再轴向流入下一级泵的泵轮里或通过管接头流进扬水管里。
本轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构,为一半封闭式泵轮,导叶出水由径向改为轴向,导叶过流部分几何尺寸合理,泵的内部水力损失减少,增加了泵的效率。叶轮、导叶上带有锥度,使回流减少,增加了泵的流量,另外本装置径向尺寸小,约是原潜水离心电泵叶轮与导叶结构体积的一半,结构紧凑,较多地节约了金属材料,也便于加工、制造和任意级数的组合。

本实用新型轴向结合的叶轮与导叶结构主要由叶轮1、导叶2、外壳3构成,导叶装在叶轮上面,且外径相同。都带有一定锥度,构成一半封闭式泵轮。
