Abstract

录音机的飞轮轴承连接装置,金属基板上有形状不规则的轴承定位孔,该孔的一侧有突出的点或弧面与轴承应占据的圆周相接,孔的另一侧有金属片与轴承应占据的圆周之间有间隙,金属片后部局部遮盖塑料支架上的螺孔,旋入螺钉可挤压金属片向轴承方向变形将轴承夹持在定位孔中。所述的连接装置装配方便且连接可靠。

Description

录音机的飞轮轴承连接装置
本实用新型涉及录音机中驱动磁带的飞轮(皮带轮)的轴承与金属基板的连接装置。
录音机的飞轮轴承是装在塑料支架上的。在飞轮高速转动时,飞轮的轴与轴承会产生摩擦热并会产生摩擦静电而导致静电噪音。因此轴承应与机芯的金属基板相连,以利于散热并消除静电。早期的录音机芯是用地线将轴承与金属基板相连,尽管可消除静电。但散热效果欠佳。
现在的录音机芯中,轴承与金属基板相连普遍采用三点夹持方式,即,金属基板上开有一个形状不规则的孔,该孔的一侧边缘突出两点与处于正确安装位置的轴承应占据的外周圆相接,孔的另一侧开有两条L形槽,两槽之间形成金属片,金属片的前端略突入轴承在正确安装位置应占据的圆周,如图1,轴承装入该孔中金属片有少量弹性变形,依金属片弹力在轴承一侧施以压力,将轴承压紧在孔的另一侧两个突出点上构成三点夹持。由于金属片前端突入轴承应占据的位置。安装轴承时须向外挤压金属片,若挤压力过大可能使金属片失稳变形而导致金属基板报废,若挤压力的方向不正,确可能导致金属片翘起,架在轴承上使连接不可靠可能刮碰飞轮,如图2。因而现有的轴承与金属板三点夹持连接方式造成轴承装配困难。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种装配方便,连接可靠的录音机的飞轮轴承连接装置。
本实用新型所述的连接装置,有飞轮的轴承和可固定在塑料支架上的金属基板,金属基板上开有形状不规则的轴承定位孔,孔的一侧边缘有突出的点或弧面与处于正确安装位置的轴承应占据的圆周相接,孔的另一侧有一个金属片,金属片的前端一侧与轴承在正确安装位置应占据的圆周之间有间隙,该间隙小于金属片向轴承方向的弹性变形量,金属片的另一侧局部遮盖塑料支架上的一个螺孔,螺孔中旋入锥杆螺钉,螺钉杆可挤压金属片向轴承方向弹性变形将轴承夹持在轴承定位孔中。
本实用新型所述的连接装置,由于金属片与轴承应占据的圆周之间有间隙,在装配时,轴承与定位孔是松动配合,很容易将轴承放入孔中而不必压力,可完全避免金属片翘起变形。旋入锥杆螺钉时逐渐挤压金属片向轴承方向弹性变形,其挤压力均匀不会过猛或过大而导致金属片失稳变形。螺钉挤压金属片亦可小量调节金属片的弹性变形量,即可调节金属基板对轴承的夹持力。因而所述的连接装置装配方便且连接可靠。

图1表示金属片3前端突入轴承2应占据的圆周。图2表示可能发生的金属片3翘起状态。
如图5的剖示图,飞轮7的轴穿入轴承2,轴承2装在塑料支架4上,金属基板1固定在支架4上。
金属基板1上开有形状不规则的轴承定位孔2a,孔的一侧边缘突出的两个弧面与轴承正确安装位置应占据的圆周相接,孔2a的另一侧有金属片3,金属片3的前端一侧与轴承的正确安装位置的圆周之间有间隙6。如图3,金属片3另一侧遮盖塑料支架4上的一个螺孔5,旋入螺钉5a可挤压金属片3向轴承2方向变形而夹持轴承2。

Claims (1)

1.录音机的飞轮轴承连接装置,有飞轮的轴承(2)和可固定在塑料支架(4)上的金属基板(1),金属基板(1)上开有形状不规则的轴承定位孔(2a),孔的一侧边缘有突出的点或弧面与处于正确安装位置的轴承(2)应占据的圆周相接,孔(2a)的另一侧有一个金属片(3),其特征在于金属片(3)的前端一侧与轴承(2)在正确安装位置应占据的圆周之间有间隙(6),该间隙小于金属片(3)向轴承(2)方向的弹性变形量,金属片(3)的另一侧局部遮盖塑料支架(4)上的一个螺孔(5),螺孔中旋入锥杆螺钉(5a),螺钉杆可挤压金属片(3)向轴承(2)方向弹性变形将轴承(2)夹持在轴承定位孔(2a)中。
