本实用新型公开了一种节能壶,它在普通壶内接近底部处,水平交叉排列空心管子(1),管子(1)通向壶壁周围圆孔(3),在壶底均布开有小孔(4),孔(4)连接小管(2)并垂直连通水平管(1)。本实用新型壶底小孔总面积较大,能容纳较多的热气流通过,壶内交叉管道设计能充分吸收燃烧所释放的能量,达到节约能源的目的。

节能壶
本实用新型涉及一种日常烧开水用的壶。
燃烧加热壶水的工作原理是利用热能流到壶底表面,热量被其底表面吸收后再传热至水中,水到一定温度就沸腾了。目前所使用的水壶都是平底或都是在平底上略有一定的波文环,由于底表面积较小,热气流的能量未被充分吸收,就从壶底散逸到空气中,造成大量的能量散失,故用这种壶烧开水热效率低下,浪费能源。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种增大壶底吸热面积的节能壶。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是这样的。在壶内接近底部处水平交叉排列空心管子,管子通向壶壁四周圆孔,在壶底均布开有小孔,孔口连接一小管垂直连通水平管。
本实用新型壶底小孔总面积较大,能容纳较多的热气流通过,壶内交叉管道设计能充分吸收燃烧所释放的能量,达到节约能源的目的。

图1是本实用新型主视图,在壶的下部壶壁四周均布开有8个圆孔管口(3)。从图2中壶底局部剖视可知,在壶内接近底部处水平米字形交叉排列4根管子(1),管子(1)通向壶壁四周圆孔(3),壶底部均布排列16个小孔(4)。
从图3A-A线剖视图可知,壶底小孔(4)连接一小管(2),管(2)垂直连通水平管(1)。

1、一种节能壶,由壶盖、壶嘴、壶身组成,本实用新型的特征在于壶内接近底部处,水平交叉排列空心管子(1),管子(1)通向壶壁周围圆孔(3),在壶底均布开有小孔(4),孔(4)连接小管(2)并垂直连通水平管(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能壶,其特征在于,壶内有四根水平米字形交叉排列的空心管(1),管(1)在壶壁周围留下八个圆孔(3)。
