Abstract

本实用新型为一种中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置,属于风力发电机领域。本装置叶片支承轴及叶片装在轮毂中,导向销钉装在叶柄上,并插在叶片支承轴内开的两个螺旋槽内;回转轴装于风力发电机的前端,弹簧装在转轴上,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。本装置,由于只用一个弹簧来控制多个叶片,因而可以保证多个叶片偏转的角度,使风力发电机能够正常运转。另外本装置结构简单,便于安装。

Description

中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置
本实用新型为一种中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置,属于风力发电机领域。
目前使用的一种风力发电机的变速装置是在每个叶柄上都装有一弹簧,并依靠其上的螺旋槽及限位销钉来控制叶片的迎风角度,以此来达到限制风力发电机转速过快的目的。由于弹簧硬度的不一致,使叶片角度的变化不一致,因而在发电机主轴上形成一力矩,对发电机造成一定程度的不良影响。另外其结构也相对复杂,安装繁锁。
为了克服上述风力发电机变速装置的不足,本实用新型特提出了一种中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置。
本实用新型中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置主要由弹簧、钢丝绳、叶片、导向销钉、叶片支承轴及回转轴构成;叶片支承轴及叶片装在轮毂中,导向销钉装在叶柄上,并插在叶片支承轴内开的两个螺旋槽内;回转轴装于风力发电机的前端,弹簧装在转轴上,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。
本中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置的工作过程:当风力超速时,叶片在离心力的作用下向外伸展。由于导向销钉的作用,叶片将旋转一定的角度,减小其迎风面,以达到减速的目的。当风力恢复进,叶片在弹簧及钢丝绳的作用下恢复到正常的工作位置。
本中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置,由于只用一个弹簧来控制多个叶片,因而可以保证多个叶片偏转的角度,使风力发电机能够正常运转。另外本中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置结构简单,便于安装。

本实用新型中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置主要由弹簧1、钢丝绳2、叶片3、导向销钉4、叶片支承轴5及回转轴6构成;叶片支承轴5内开有两个45°的螺旋槽7,叶片支承轴5及叶片3装在轮毂8中,导向销钉4装在叶柄9上,并插在叶片支承轴5内开的两个螺旋槽7内;回转轴6装于风力发电机10的前端,弹簧1的两端固定在回转轴6上的弹簧座11上,弹簧1的自由端与叶片3根部通过钢丝绳2联接。

1.本实用新型为一种中央主弹簧叶片离心变桨装置,它主要由弹簧、钢丝绳、叶片、导向销钉、叶片支承轴及回转轴构成;叶片支承轴及叶片装在轮毂中,导向销钉装在叶柄上,并插在叶片支承轴内开的两个螺旋槽内;其特征在于回转轴装于风力发电机的前端,弹簧装在转轴上,其前端由钢丝绳与叶片相联。
