Abstract
本实用新型医用垫,属于医用品范围。由透水层、吸水层、防水层、加强层组成。透水层和吸水层用涤丝线行缝在一起,防水层和加强层经过复合成一体,用粗白涤丝线将四层拷边缝在一起。医用垫放在使用者臀部,当有尿液到达透水层时能迅速渗透到中间吸水层储存,表面透水层很快变干,使用者无需换垫,不影响睡眠。防水层可防止尿液漏出污染被褥和环境,加强层使医用垫经久耐用。

本实用新型是一种医用垫，属于医用品范围。
目前医院、养老院、以及家庭对小便失控者，特别是病人入睡后尿液任意尿在床上污染褥和环境无一个更好的解决方法。本实用新型的目的就是提供一种医用垫，来解决这类问题，减少污染，同时给使用者感觉舒适。本产品价格低廉，清洗方便，可重复使用，是一个很有潜力的产品。
本实用新型的医用垫主要包括：
表面用纯涤起毛经编布制成的透水层(1)，第二层为纯涤纶或涤纶、丙纶或涤纶、粘胶纤维混纺的针刺棉吸水层(2)，第三层为pvc膜(聚氯乙烯)防水层(3)，第四层为加强层(4)由起毛染色经编布制成，防水层和加强层(4)通过复合成一体。透水层(1)和吸水层(2)用纯涤丝线(5)行缝在一起，医用垫透水层(1)、吸水层(2)、防水层(3)、加强层(4)四周用粗纯涤线(6)拷边缝在一起，医用垫为长方形，四个角圆型。
医用垫表面用白色起毛纯涤经编布制成透水层(1)，给病人感觉柔软、清洁。当有尿液在医用垫表面能迅速透过到达吸水层(2)，而透水层表面能很快变干。吸水层(2)用纯涤纶或涤纶、丙纶混纺或涤纶、粘胶纤维混纺制成的针刺棉给使用者感觉柔软，并能迅速将表层尿液吸到吸水层，使表面透水层(1)迅速变干，尿液储存在吸水层。医用垫第三层为防水层(3)，防止尿液漏出，污染被褥。防水层由PVC膜聚氯乙烯制成，手感柔软防水效果好，因PVC膜受外力作用会破损，所以又增加一个第四层加强层(4)。加强层(4)用染色起毛纯涤经编布为材料与PVC膜防水层(3)复合制成医用垫底料。加强层(4)可增加防水层(3)的牢度，使防水层不易破损。加强层(4)外部起毛可防止医用垫使用过程中滑动。加强层(4)颜色选用病人易于接受的浅兰，或果绿或土黄色，给使用者感觉良好，防水层(3)和加强层(4)复合成的底料能耐一定的高温，用热水清洗和烘干不会损坏。
医用垫透水层(1)和吸水层(2)用白色纯涤丝线(5)把两层紧密行缝在一起，行缝成(4)厘米乘(4)厘米的菱形格或类似该格形大小的其它花形，这种高密度的行缝能促使尿液从医用垫透水层(1)的针眼处加速到达吸水层(2)。涤丝线(5)强力大，医用垫在使用和清洗中不会损坏，使产品耐用性提高。医用垫为长方形，四个角为圆角，透水层(1)、吸水层(2)、防水层(3)、加强层(4)在一起，四周用粗白色纯涤丝线(6)拷边缝，拷边为一次连续完成，这种拷边缝效果好，尿液不会漏出，医用垫在使用、清洗中拷边线(6)不会脱落。
本实用新型医用垫牢固、耐用、可重复使用、清洗方便、价格低廉，是医院、养老院、家庭理想的使用产品。

1、一种医用垫，其特征在于：表面有透水层(1)、第二层为吸水层(2)，第三层防水层(3)，第四层加强层(4)。透水层(1)和吸水层(2)用线(5)行缝在一起。透水层(1)、吸水层(2)、防水层(3)和加强层(4)四周用粗线(6)拷边缝在一起，医用垫四角为圆角。
2、根据权利要求1所述，医用垫其特征在于：用漂白起毛纯涤经编布制成透水层(1)。
3、根据权利要求1所述，医用垫其特征在于：中间用纯涤纶或涤纶、丙纶(或涤纶、粘胶纤维)混纺制成的针刺棉吸水层(2)。
4、根据权利要求1所述，医用垫其特征在于：用PVC膜(聚氯乙烯)制成防水层(3)，用染色起毛经编布制成加强层(4)，PVC防水层(3)和加强层(4)复合一体组成医用垫底料。
5、根据权利要求1所述，医用垫其特征在于：透水层(1)和吸水层(2)用白色纯涤丝线紧密行缝在一起。
6、根据权利要求1所述，医用垫其特征在于：四个角为圆角，用粗的白色涤丝线(6)，将透水层(1)、吸水层(2)、防水层(3)加强层(4)连续拷边缝在一起。
