Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种脱卸式充电骨钻,包括主机,其特征在于:主机外设有布套,主机的头部设有夹头组合件,该夹头组合件由主轴、轴套、布套转盘、夹头及设在主轴上的弹簧销组合成,主轴的一头安装在主机内,主轴的另一头套装轴套,布套转盘和夹头套装在轴套上。本实用新型不仅使用安全,消毒方便,可实现无菌操作,同时还能延长主机的使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种骨钻,具体说是一种脱卸式充电骨钻。
目前医疗市场上的骨钻大致分三类:手动类、气动类及电动类。手动类虽然随时随地可用,但由于手摇操作不稳定,劳动强度大,速度慢等原因,故已很少使用。气动类在国外有条件的大医院用的较多,但国内因条件所限如无中央供氮系统、单瓶供应有断气可能,而压缩空气又达不到无菌要求故很少使用。国产电动骨钻多采用带有整流器的直流手电钻,且用脚踏开关控制。如上海手术器械六厂的DE-2型电动骨钻,使用时有电线连接变压整流器,手术中移动不便,脚踏开关可能误开造成术者或病人的误伤,电钻不能高温消毒,不能浸泡消毒,薰蒸消毒易使电钻氧化,薰蒸消毒时间长,术后清洗困难。进口的电动骨钻价格昂贵。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用安全方便、消毒容易的脱卸式充电骨钻。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种脱卸式充电骨钻,包括主机,其特征在于:主机外设有布套,主机的头部设有夹头组合件,该夹头组合件由主轴、轴套、布套转盘、夹头及设在主轴上的弹簧销组合成,主轴的一头安装在主机内,主轴的另一头套装轴套,布套转盘和夹头套装在轴套上。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:主机与夹头组合件采用脱卸式结构,一方面使夹头组合件消毒方便,另一方面主机不必消毒,延长了主机的使用寿命;输出轴与套装在上的轴套间采用弹簧销结构,使用安装方便;布套头部固定于转盘上,使布套与转动轴间无摩擦,且使没有消毒部分不会外露,实现无菌操作。

请参阅图1至图7所示,本实用新型由三部分组成:主机10、夹头组合件30及布套20。夹头组合件与主机的结合采用脱卸式结构,便于夹头组合件更换消毒,夹头组合件由主轴31、轴套32、布套转盘33、夹头34及设在主轴上的弹簧销35组合成。主轴的一头安装在主机内,主轴的另一头套装轴套,布套转盘和夹头套装在轴套上。布套转盘在轴套上能转动。因布套转盘、轴套及主轴都采用不锈钢材料加工而成,故可适应各种消毒方法,且可有多套备用。本实用新型的主机和主轴不必消毒,因而能延长主机使用寿命。本实用新型使用时,将已消毒的脱卸式夹头组合件插入主机的主轴上,弹簧销能自动固定,再将其装入消毒布套,使不锈钢夹头从布套的头部露出,而布套的头部被卡在布套转盘的凹槽内,也可将其固定,布套尾部扎紧即可使用。由于脱卸式夹头组合件和布套有多套消毒备用,因此可应付急诊需要。

- 一种脱卸式充电骨钻,包括主机,其特征在于:主机(10)外设有布套(20),主机的头部设有夹头组合件(30),该夹头组合件由主轴(31)、轴套(32)、布套转盘(33)、夹头(34)及设在主轴上的弹簧销(35)组合成,主轴的一头安装在主机内,主轴的另一头套装轴套,布套转盘和夹头套装在轴套上。
