Abstract
木鱼石磁化杯。用于人们旅行或室内盛水饮用,便于携带,属日常生活用品类。本实用新型主要有盖衬、密封圈、不锈钢盖壳、木鱼石杯胆、不锈钢杯筒、磁铁、保温材料、不锈钢杯底组成。其主要技术特征在于不锈钢杯壳呈流线形,木鱼石杯胆外部下端装有磁铁,杯壳与木鱼石杯胆间充填保温材料。本实用新型丰富了木鱼石杯的保健功能,提高了木鱼石杯的装饰效果,避免外出携带杯口漏水现象和易碰坏现象。

本实用新型涉及到日常生活用品。
目前，木鱼石杯是国内近年利用地产资源开发的茶具之一。其杯盖无密封功能，盛水外出，不便携带；木鱼石杯是脆性材料，容易碰碎破裂，而且，木鱼石杯保温性能差，无现代装饰。
利用木鱼石作杯胆，无毒橡塑材料密封杯口，磁性材料将杯内盛水磁化，流线形造型不锈钢做杯壳，杯筒与杯胆之间充填保温材料，提高木鱼石杯的使用性能，是有待解决的课题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不锈钢流线形杯壳，能密封杯口、能保温、有磁化水功能的木鱼石杯，以提高木鱼石杯的使用性能和装饰效果，满足人们的需要。
所用技术方案是：
本实用新型由盖衬、密封圈、不锈钢盖壳、木鱼石杯胆、不锈钢杯筒、磁铁、保温材料、不锈钢杯底组成。密封圈安装于盖衬的凹下处。不锈钢盖壳、盖衬、密封圈组成杯盖，杯盖在杯胆的顶部。密封圈、盖衬的螺纹与不锈钢杯筒上部的螺纹匹配将木鱼石杯胆口密封。
木鱼石杯胆为直筒形，装于不锈钢杯筒内。木鱼石杯胆下端外侧对称安放着磁铁各一块，磁铁呈瓦形。不锈钢杯筒外部为正园锥台形，上部外侧有与盖衬相匹配的螺纹，内侧与木鱼石杯胆紧密配合，不锈钢杯筒中部利用成形技术压成起伏状，以增加不锈钢杯筒美感。不锈钢杯底在不锈钢杯筒的下部，与不锈钢杯筒紧密装配在一起。木鱼石杯胆外侧腰部用铝箔裹紧；同时，不锈钢杯筒和不锈钢杯底与木鱼石杯胆间充填聚氨脂发泡材料，用以木鱼石杆胆保温。不锈钢杯底侧面、不锈钢杯筒和不锈钢盖壳组成杯壳呈流线形。
不锈钢盖壳、不锈钢杯筒和不锈钢杯底可用常规冲压成形方法制成。盖衬和密封圈可用常规注塑方法制得。木鱼石杯胆可用常规机械加工方法获得。磁铁用磁粉压合而成。
本实用新型的优点在于克服了通常木鱼石杯口不能密封的缺点，从而方便了杯子盛水外出携带。由于使用保温材料，使木鱼石杯能保温又能保护木鱼石杯，避免碰坏。由于能磁化杯中的水，增加了木鱼石杯的保健功能。杯壳的流线形给人以美感，提高了装饰效果。

1.一种涉及到日常生活用品的木鱼石磁化杯，主要由盖衬(1)、密封圈(2)、不锈钢盖壳(3)、木鱼石杯胆(4)、不锈钢杯筒(5)、磁铁(6)、保温材料(7)、不锈钢杯底(8)组成，其特征在于不锈钢杯底(8)外侧与不锈钢杯筒(5)、不锈钢盖壳(3)形成流线形，木鱼石杯胆(4)外部下端装有磁铁(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木鱼石磁化杯，其特征在于不锈钢杯筒(5)为正圆锥台形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木鱼石磁化杯，其特征在于不锈钢盖壳(3)的侧面和顶面为圆滑曲线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木鱼石磁化杯，其特征在于木鱼石杯胆(4)外部下端对称装有各一块磁铁(6)。
