Description
本实用新型属装饰玻璃加工技术领域，特别是涉及一种装饰钢化玻璃。
已有的采用普通平板玻璃经磨砂、侵蚀、胶花、彩绘或彩印等其中一项或数项加工做成的装饰用玻璃，虽有装饰效果，但其使用安全性差，普通平板玻璃破损后，碎片锋利，易构成对人体的伤害，且其急冷急热性能差，如做成茶几、桌面，局部急热易造成破裂。
本实用新型在于提供一种装饰钢化玻璃，使之既有装饰效果，又具使用安全的特性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，包括至少有一个表面经过磨砂、侵蚀、胶花、彩绘或彩印等一项或数项加工的平面或弯曲的玻璃板体，其特征在于玻璃板体是经过钢化处理的钢化玻璃板体。所述的钢化玻璃板体包括单片和多片复合的钢化玻璃，以及表面烧制有釉面层的钢化玻璃。所述的复合钢化玻璃包括多片钢化玻璃经粘接剂粘合，或者在多片之间夹塑料薄片粘合而成。本实用新型的工艺制造方法一般是：按已有的工艺方法制造出预定规格的单片钢化玻璃，或按需要再将多片钢化玻璃经粘合或者中间夹塑料薄片粘合成复合钢化玻璃，使之更具安全特性。所制成的单片或复合的钢化玻璃或釉面钢化玻璃至少在其一个表面上经磨砂、侵蚀、胶花、彩绘或彩印等其中一项或数项加工，增加其装饰性。本实用新型特别适合既需安全性又需装饰性的地方使用，如使用在建筑物天棚装修、室内隔断，以及茶几、桌面需耐急热的地方。

参照附图，本实用新型包括至少有一个表面经过磨砂、侵蚀、胶花、彩绘或彩印等其中一项或数项加工的平面或弯曲的玻璃板体(1)，其特征在于玻璃板体(1)是经钢化处理的钢化玻璃，所述的玻璃板体(1)包括单片和多片复合的钢化玻璃，以及表面烧制有釉面层的钢化玻璃。所述的多层复合的钢化玻璃包括多片钢化玻璃经粘合剂(2)粘合而成，或者中间夹塑料薄片(3)经粘接剂(2)粘合的复合钢化玻璃。
本实施例采用两片钢化玻璃，中间粘夹透明塑料薄片(3)的复合钢化玻璃，复合钢化玻璃其中一个表面(4)经彩印加工。
Claims (3)
1、一种装饰钢化玻璃，包括至少有一个表面经过磨砂、侵蚀、胶花、彩绘或彩印等其中一项或数项加工的平面或弯曲的玻璃板体(1)，其特征在于玻璃板体(1)是经钢化处理的钢化玻璃板体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰钢化玻璃，其特征在于所述的玻璃板体(1)包括单片钢化玻璃和多片复合钢化玻璃，以及表面烧制有釉面层的钢化玻璃。
3、根据权利要求1与2所述的一种装饰钢化玻璃，其特征在于所述的多片复合钢化玻璃包括多片钢化玻璃经粘接剂(2)粘合而成，或者中间夹塑料薄片(3)经粘接剂(2)粘合而成。
