本实用新型涉及的是一种作为建筑装饰材料的玻璃装饰板,该装饰板的结构是以玻璃为基板,分别滚涂有粘接层、图案层和保护层构成,它可以选用不同的材质的图案作为图案层,具有图案持久、色彩鲜明、装饰效果好的优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及的是一种建筑装饰材料，尤其涉及的是以玻璃为基板制成图案多样、装饰效果强的建筑装饰材料。
目前，市场上出现的玻璃装饰产品，一类有宝石蓝、蓝晶面等装饰玻璃，这类产品生产工艺复杂、制造设备投资较大，而且其色彩单调、缺乏活力；另一类是被普遍称为彩绘装饰玻璃的产品，其制造方法基本是用印刷丝网在经过清洗的玻璃基板上印刷图案，或是在玻璃上涂刷有机油墨形成图案，其目的还在于使图案能与玻璃基板更好的亲和，这种玻璃装饰材料存在图案模糊、色彩不鲜明的缺陷，又没设有单独的保护层，图案膜易褪色、脱落，很难作高档装饰材料使用。因此，现有的装饰玻璃产品并非理想。
本专利申请的发明目的在于提供一种能够选用图案材质多样、色彩鲜亮、保持持久的玻璃装饰板。
实现本实用新型发明目的的玻璃装饰板，它是以玻璃为基板依次涂有粘接层、图案层和保护层构成。其保护层为热固性树脂，或为粘接的钢化玻璃。
本实用新型所提供的玻璃装饰板，由于采用了粘接层与图案层分层刷涂的结构方式，不仅使图案层与玻璃基板有很好的亲和力，而且色彩的配合不受局限，色彩鲜亮，光泽度高，是一种具有良好装饰效果的装饰材料。
图1、图2和图3分别为本玻璃装饰板三种实施例的横截面剖视图。
如图所示的玻璃装饰板的结构均是以经过清洗处理的玻璃为基板，依次涂有粘接层、图案层和色剂保护层的层次构成的。其中，图1给出的是更适于作吊顶或内、外墙装饰使用的一玻璃装饰板实施例的横截面结构，其保护层8为刷涂均匀的热固性树脂层，若该玻璃装饰板是用于外墙装饰时，要在其保护层8之外再附加一层石英砂或陶土层与外墙粘接；图2所示的是玻璃装饰板的另一实施结构，它是以玻璃板1为基板、其上依次设有粘接层2、图案层5和通过粘接层6粘接的另一面的玻璃板7构成，在该实施例中两侧的玻璃板均可以互称为中间图案层5的保护层，其中该玻璃装饰板至少图案层显示面的玻璃板为钢化玻璃，以使该实施例产品能够主要用于地面装饰；图3所示的实施例结构主要是用于作为隔断或活动桌面使用的玻璃装饰板，它是分别由两套在玻璃基板1、7上由粘接层2、6粘接的不同花色的图案层3、5后，再通过暗色或不透色的粘接层4将上述两图案层3、5相对粘接构成的玻璃装饰板，这种装饰板由于两面分别呈现了不同的花色图案，因此其适于作隔断等装饰材料，使其装饰效果更强、更灵活。本玻璃装饰板的粘接剂可选用的种类很多，一般为热塑性树脂类或热固性树脂类与偶联剂按公知比例混合形成的粘接剂；其图案层除了可以用若干种金属色粉或非金属色粉经一定处理按设计图案涂敷在粘接层上之外，还可以用带有花色图案的塑膜、纸等材质作为该装饰板的图案层。
Claims (5)
1.一种玻璃装饰板，它是以玻璃为基板(1)其上设有图案图案层(5)，其特征在于在基板(1)与图案层(5)之间设有粘接层(2)，图案层(5)上设有保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃装饰板，其特征在于其保护层为用粘接层(6)粘接的玻璃板(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的玻璃装饰板，其特征在于玻璃板(7)为钢化玻璃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃装饰板，其特征在于保护层为涂敷的热固性树脂层(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃装饰板，其特征在于该玻璃装饰板是由用暗色或不透光的粘接层(4)将两套以玻璃为基板(1、7)、其上依次设有粘接层(2、6)和图案层(3、5)，使其图案层(3、5)相对粘接构成的。
