Abstract
本实用新型是一种新型锅帘。锅帘的表面不是一个平面,而是由多个面组成的凸凹面,并且也有许多孔。这种帘即可避免食品底面粘湿,并加强了通气性,可缩短食品的蒸制时间。
Description
本实用新型是一种生活用品，即一种新型锅帘。
目前的锅帘，其形状多为一个有孔的平面，有的为了提高平面的强度，也在帘上冲压了凸起的加强筋，但这种加强筋很少，筋与筋之间的距离很宽，因而整个帘的大部分面积仍是一个平面。这种平帘在蒸制食品以后，由于食品底面与帘面贴在一起，因而造成食品底部粘湿，从而影响食品的质量和口感。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种能避免食品底面粘湿的新型锅帘。
上述目的是由以下技术方案实现的：这种锅帘上也有许多孔，但不同的是，这种锅帘的表面是由多个面对接而成的凸凹面。
采用这样的方案制成的锅帘，食品的底面与帘面接触面积很少。这样，食物底面的透气性好，不仅不会粘湿，而且可以缩短蒸制食品的时间。
下面结合附图介绍一个实施例：
图1是本实施例的主视图，图2是其俯视剖面图。
由图可见，这种锅帘的表面是个凸凹面。食物底面只与凸出的线相接触，这样既可以避免粘湿现象，又改善了食物底部的透气性。
