Abstract
一种提升式截止阀,闸板由阀杆带动作升降运动以封闭闸门,其特征在于:所有过流部件均设置一层厚为0.5~1.5mm的热固性熔融结合改性环氧粉末涂料的涂层。本实用新型耐腐蚀性好,成本低,特别适合于大尺寸截止阀。
Description
本实用新型涉及阀门技术,特别提供了一种提升式截止阀。
提升式截止阀是种应用很广的过流部件,在某些特殊的腐蚀介质情况下,不得不用不锈钢或耐蚀合金制作,大大增加了成本,特别是所需截止阀尺寸较大时。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀且成本低的大型提升式截止阀。
本实用新型提供了一种提升式截止阀,闸板(1)由阀杆(2)带动作升降运动以封闭闸门,其特征在于:所有过流部件均设置一层厚为0.5~1.5mm的热固性熔融结合改性环氧粉末涂料的涂层(4)。热固性熔融结合改性环氧粉末涂料可在金属构件上熔融固化形成一层厚度均匀,表面光洁度好的耐蚀耐腐涂层,其与金属表面结合性能极好。因而截止阀大部分可由普通碳钢制作,从而大大降低成本。下面结合附图通过实施例详述本实用新型。
实施例
如附图1所示,大部分部件均用普通碳钢制作,在所有过流部位均匀涂覆一层市售SEBF热固性熔融结合改性环氧粉末涂料。厚度为0.8mm,为避免闸板(1)与阀杆(2)间由于常有的机械冲击对涂层造成的损坏,在该处作了一些结构上的改进并局部使用了耐蚀合金,即阀杆(2)的下端部为带一圈半圆豁口的耐蚀合金件(21),另有一带内半园豁口的耐蚀合金套(11)与闸板(1)螺合,阀杆(2)与闸板(2)依靠向耐蚀合金件(21)与耐蚀合金套(11)的豁口中打入的一圈耐蚀合金丝(3)固定。

1.一种提升式截止阀,闸板(1)由阀杆(2)带动作升降运动以封闭闸门,其特征在于:所有过流部件均设置一层厚为0.5~1.5mm的热固性熔融结合改性环氧粉末涂料的涂层(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述提升式载止阀,其特征在于:阀杆(2)的下端部为带一圈半圆豁口的耐蚀合金件(21),另有一带内半园豁口的耐蚀合件套(11)与闸板(1)螺合,阀杆(2)与闸板(2)间依靠向耐蚀合金件(21)与耐蚀合金套(11)的豁口中打入的一圈耐蚀合金丝(3)固定。
