环块拉簧式耐用密封圈
本实用新型涉及密封技术领域,特别涉及对活塞泵的密封。
目前用于油田活塞泵式抽油机上的,防止原油由抽油杆与泵体间隙处向外漏出的密封圈,是抽油杆在密封圈内不断上下运动,且对密封圈内壁不断产生磨损的状态下保持密封性的。对此现均使用普通橡胶密封圈进行密封,它是靠橡胶分子间的收缩力来不断补偿磨损掉的部分实现密封的。但其补偿能力随使用时间即磨损程度很快就会丧失。故已有密封圈存在使用寿命短的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使用寿命长的环块拉簧式耐用密封圈。
本实用新型是这样实现的,它是将环状拉簧套拉在由3~6个环块首尾相接围成的圈体的外径上,且每个环块的两个端面与穿过所在端面与内径交点的圈体中心线夹角在30°~90°之间。
本实用新型的技术效果是,在密封圈工作即磨损过程中它可通过环状拉簧对环块产生向内的错动收缩,使磨损掉的内壁不断得到填补,从而数倍提高了其使用寿命,大大减轻了因频繁更换密封圈所带来的麻烦。

最佳实施例,如图所示,它由四个大小和形状相同的金属环块1和一个环状拉簧2组成。每个环块1的外环壁中部具簧槽3,且每个环块1两端面与穿过所在端面与内径交点的圈体中心线夹角α为90°。

1、一种环块拉簧式耐用密封圈,包括环块(1)和环状拉簧(2),其特征是环状拉簧(2)套拉在由3~6个环块(1)首尾依次相接围成的圈体的外径上,且每个环块(1)两端面与穿过所在端面与内径交点的圈体中心线夹角α在30°~90°之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的环块拉簧式耐用密封圈,其特征在于环块(1)的外环壁上具簧槽(3)。
