Abstract
一种活动打包车,它含有一个车体(1),车体(1)的上面固定有打包压板(3),车体(1)的下面固定有轮子,车体(1)的上边固定有打包箱(2)。打包箱(2)由两个整体箱壁和两个组合箱壁组成,整体箱壁固定在车体(1)上,组合箱壁由合页(5)、门锁扣(6)及锁销(7)分别与固定箱壁的侧边连在一起。用这种打包车和打包机配合使用打包,不仅速度快、效率高,而且降低劳动强度,增加经济效益。
Description
本实用新型是涉及一种活动打包车。
打包是烟草、棉、麻等行业必不可少的生产工序之一，以便于货物打包后运输或储藏。传统的打包是在打包机下固定一个打包墩子，用可拆卸的打包箱放在打包墩于上，再把用车辆运送来的被打物品靠人工搬放在打包箱内进行打包，打完包后拆掉打包箱，搬走被打好的货包，再将打包箱放置打包墩上，准备下次打包用。这种传统的打包箱打包存在有如下缺陷：
1、劳动强度大；打包箱十分笨重，工人反复拆卸、安装非常吃力；另外，被打货物先装到运输车辆上过秤后运到打包机下，再由人工搬放到打包箱内，增加了劳动量。
2、工作效率低：被打包货物运到打包机下，由运送车辆上二次搬放到打包箱内，占用时间，生产效率低，增加了货物破碎(如烟叶)。
3、由于打包机下要设置打包墩子，因此不能将打包机随地安装打包，对于农村收购货物极为不便。
本实用新型是针对上述已有的打包箱存在的缺陷而提供的一种打包车，利用这种打包车与打包机配合打包，不仅速度快，生产效率高，而且减轻劳动强度及货物破碎率，增加经济效益。
为实现本实用新型的目的采用了如下技术方案：
制一台活动打包车，活动打包车有一个车体，在车体平面上固定有打包用的压板：车体的下面安装有车轮，车体的上面固定有打包箱。带有打包压板的车体与打包箱固定在一起，制成活动打包车。
下面结合附图进一步详细说明本实用新型的技术特征：

在如附图的结构示意图中，图中的1是车体，在车体1的上平面固定有打包压板3。打包压板3为4块板，每块板之间留有缝隙，便于穿入打包绳打包。车体1的底部安装有车轮4。车轮4为四只轮子，对称固定在车体1的底部。车体1上面固定有打包箱2，打包箱2有4个箱壁，其中的两个箱壁A、B固定在车体1上；另外的两个箱壁C、D(未显示)为组合箱壁，每个组合箱壁都是由二个小门组成的，箱壁C的二个小门9和10的一边由合页5与固定在车体1上的整体箱壁A相连，其另一边的门锁扣6可以和B箱壁上的锁销7方便配合使用。当小门9、10关上后，门锁扣6和锁销7紧扣；当锁销7和门锁扣6脱扣后，小门9和10可方便地打开。小门9为上小门，小门10为下小门。组合箱壁D(未显示)的两个小门的一边由合页5与整体箱壁B连接在一起，其另一边由门销扣6与整体箱壁A上的锁销7配合使用。组合箱壁C和D对称地分别与整体箱壁A和B相连，使打包箱2成为含有可开启的四个小门的打包箱。
需要向箱内投放被打包的货物时，先打开组合箱壁的上小门，关闭其下小门，这样便于向箱内投放货物；当货物投放到与下小门的门边一样高时，再关闭上小门继续投放。货物投放到打包重量时，将打包车推到打包机下进行打包，打包完毕，打开打包箱2的四个小门，将打好的包取出，即可再进行投料，为下次打包做准备。
采用此打包车进行打包，减少二次再投料程序，节省时间，提高效率，特别对于打烟包，减少破碎，降低损失。
本实用新型有以下优点：
1、结构简单，制造容易，使用维修方便；
2、提高生产效率，减轻劳动强度，减少损失。

1、一种活动打包车，其特征在于：所述的活动打包车含有一个车体(1)，车体(1)的上平面固定有打包压板(3)，车体(1)的底部装有车轮(4)，车体(1)的上边固定有打包箱(2)，制成活动打包车。
2、按权利要求1所述的活动打包车，其特征在于：所述的打包箱(2)的A、B两个箱壁为整体箱壁，固定在车体(1)上，箱壁C、D为二个小门组成的组合箱壁，由合页(5)、门锁扣(6)及锁销(7)对称地连接在固定箱壁A、B的侧边。
