Description

耐蚀蒸球
本实用新型属于一种造纸制浆设备。
目前，造纸行业中所用的蒸球，由普通碳钢加工成型而成，蒸煮过程中，由于木料、草料、竹片中含有泥沙和碎石块，对球体磨损严重，而且制浆过程中主要用化学辅料如亚硫酸铵等化学药品对碳钢球壳体产生化学腐蚀，加之蒸球工作压力(0.8MPa)和工作温度(178℃)较高，严重磨蚀时，会产生爆炸，这已成为造纸行业的一大隐患。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐蚀的蒸球，使之能低御蒸球内物料对球内表面的磨损和腐蚀，延长使用寿命，降低维修成本，保证安全生产。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：蒸球由球体和相应辅助设备组成，球体的碳钢壳层外面罩有保温隔热层，碳钢壳层内置有与之爆炸成型复合的不锈钢层。
采用上述复合结构的蒸球，由于内层为不锈钢板，具有耐磨、抗腐蚀而且能承受温度和压力的突然变化，不锈钢和碳钢膨胀系收相近，温差应力小，通过爆炸成型的复合结构，不会发生分层和泄漏，延长了蒸球使用寿命和降低维护费用，保证安全生产。

下面结构附图与实施方式作一步详述。
从图1、图2看到，蒸球球体包括进料口1、进气口2、进气管3、出料口4、喷放管5，球壳由保温隔热层6、碳钢层7和与之复合的不锈钢层8。蒸球球壳加工时，先将碳钢板与不锈钢板经爆炸成型成复合板材，并且加工成一定形状，采用焊接结构拼接成球壳，外面再涂上保温隔热材料。
