不褶皱软底鞋垫
本实用新型涉及到鞋垫领域,具体地说是一种使用时不起褶且很柔软的鞋垫。现在的鞋垫在长时间使用时极易起褶,经脚踩压成为死褶,穿起来很硌脚,而且为了使鞋垫有一定强度,往往将其做得很硬,穿着没有舒服感。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种软底鞋垫,由于鞋垫软底的底面与鞋底上层面之间的摩擦系数比人脚底面与鞋垫上层面之间的摩擦系数大,因此该种软底鞋垫在被使用时能很牢固地附着在鞋底上层面上,不产生相对位移,起到不褶皱的作用,同时该软底很柔软透气,能减轻脚部疲劳且感到舒适。
此种鞋垫的结构是这样的:包括鞋垫上层和其下面的鞋垫软底两部分。上层是布面或其它材料,起到装饰、增加鞋垫整体强度的作用,应尽量采用与脚底面摩擦系数小的材料,鞋垫软底是泡沫塑料(可用各种密度的泡沫塑料,如冷天用大密度的,热天用小密度的)等材料,既柔软透气又与鞋底上层面有足够大的摩擦系数。
本实用新型有如下优点:
1.该种鞋垫柔软,脚部不易疲劳;
2.该种鞋垫在使用时不起褶,寿命超长;
3.该种鞋垫有良好的透气性。
下面通过一个特例附图进行说明:

在图1中包括:鞋垫上层(1)和鞋垫软底(2)。
下面结合附图具体说明此种鞋垫的结构:
见图1,鞋垫分为两层,第一层是鞋垫上层(1),第二层是鞋垫软底(2),这两层通过热粘或线缝制等工艺连接成一体,形成一个完整的鞋垫。

1.一种不褶皱软底鞋垫,其结构按上下顺序分为两层:第一层和第二层,这两层材料热粘或用线缝制在一起,构成了一个完整的鞋垫,上述第一层是鞋垫上层(1),本实用新型的特征在于:鞋垫上层(1)的下面有一层软底(2),即第二层;
2.根据权利要求1所述的不褶皱软底鞋垫,其特征在于:上述鞋垫软底(2)是泡沫塑料。
