Description
本实用新型涉及机械工程，是一种脚踏式半自动节能水阀，它是供水管道中可用的一种部件。
现在医院、食堂、公共厕所及其他公共卫生场所中，供人们洗手用的水阀多系手动式，这在关水阀时手指易遭污染；少数水阀系脚踏式，都存在体积大、维修困难的问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小、结构紧凑、维修方便的脚踏式半自动节能水阀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。脚踏式半自动节能水阀由阀体、阀芯、阀盖、踏板及弹簧构成，阀体上设置有进水口和出水口；阀芯呈圆柱形，它的中轴线处设有半通孔，它的腰部设有环形的凹槽，设有使凹槽与半通孔之间相通的小孔；踏板位于阀体正上方，踏板的轴杆穿过阀盖与阀芯相联。
本实用新型的特点是：体积小、结构紧凑、维修方便卫生节能。
下面结合附图实施例进一步描述，图1为本实用新型的结构示意图，图2为压下踏板后本实用新型的水阀处于供水状态的结构位置示意图。
实施例：参看图1、图2、阀体1、阀盖3及踏板4均系钢材制成，阀体内膛需精车加工以便与阀芯密合，阀芯2采用无毒橡胶模压制成，阀芯外径40mm，高35mm，半通孔8的直径20mm，深25mm，环形凹槽9宽10mm，深5mm，小孔10的直径5mm，进水口6和出水口7的口径均为20mm，弹簧5选用标准件，弹簧力10kg，踏板的移动范围为10mm。本实用新型的水阀平时处于图1位置，水从进水口经半通孔、小孔、可到达环形凹槽，只有当人们压下踏板后处于图2位置时，箭头表示水流方向，水从出口溢出，一旦踏板放松，弹簧与水压就自动使阀芯回到关闭位置，既卫生又节约水能。采用螺纹联接，便于维修。

- 脚踏式半自动节能水阀由阀体1、阀芯2、阀盖3、踏板4及弹簧5构成，阀体上设置有进水口6和出水口7，其特征是：阀芯呈圆柱形，它的中轴线处设置有半通孔8、它的腰部设有环形的凹槽9、设有使凹槽与半通孔之间相通的小孔10；踏板位于阀体正上方，踏板的轴杆穿过阀盖与阀芯相联。
