Abstract

一种充气式自行车车座，它是在一个一次注塑成型的托板上安装一个可充气的内、外胎结构，通过控制充气量的强弱来控制车座的软硬度，可适应不同骑车者的要求，其托板的下部有一个座管套同座管紧固连接，把座管插入车梁中的座管孔即可使用。此种充气式自行车车座，结构简单、造价低廉、减震性能好、又紧固耐用，是当前自行车车座更新换代的好产品。

充气式自行车车座
本实用新型涉及自行车的一种车座结构，尤其是一种充气的自行车车座。
目前，公知的自行车车座，均为皮垫封面加上弹簧减震式结构，其结构比较复杂，造价较高，减震性较差，很易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种充气式自行车车座，它不仅结构简单造价低，而且减震性能好，不易损坏。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的；用橡胶帘布结构做成一个呈等腰三角形似的外胎，外胎周围有外胎固定螺丝同托板连接，其外胎同托板之间包裹一个橡胶内胎，橡胶内胎有一个气门咀，托板是一个一次注塑成型的整体件，它的上部平面呈等腰三角形，可同内外胎吻合，它的下部有一个座管套结构，座管套通过座管穿孔用座管固定螺丝把座管紧固连接。
由于采用了上述方案，控制空气从气门咀充入内胎强弱，即可控制车座的软硬度，因而减震性能好，由于有一层外胎保护内胎，因而车座坚固耐用，并且结构简单，造价低。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
附图是本实用新型的结构原理图。
图中：1、外胎，2、内胎，3、托板，4、外胎固定螺丝，5、座管固定螺丝，6、座管套，7、座管，8、座管套穿孔，9、气门咀。
在图中，外胎(1)由橡胶及帘布做成，它既坚固结实，又有一定的软硬度，外胎(1)同托板中间包裹着橡胶内胎(2)，橡胶内胎有一个可控制进出气量的气门咀(9)结构，通过气门咀的进出气的强弱来可控制车座的软硬度，外胎的平面外形呈等腰三角形，它的剖面象开口向下的“C”字形，它四周装有外胎固定螺丝(4)，通过外胎固定螺丝，可把外胎同托板(3)紧紧连接在一起，托板(3)是一个一次成型的整体件，它的上部平面呈等腰三角形，可同内外胎吻合，它的下部有一个座管套(6)，座管套同座管(7)连接，通过座管穿孔(8)相互紧固，把座管插入车梁上的座管孔中，即可使用。

  1. 一种充气式自行车车座，由外胎、内胎、托板、紧固螺丝组装而成，其特征是；用橡胶帘布结构做成一个呈等腰三角形似的外胎，外胎周围有外胎固定螺丝同托板连接，其外胎同托板之间包裹一个橡胶内胎，橡胶内胎有一个气门咀，托板是一个一次注塑成型的整体件，它的上部平面呈等腰三角形状，可同内外胎吻合，它的下部有一个座管套结构，座管套通过座管穿孔用座管固定螺丝把座管紧固连接。
