本实用新型的任务是提供一种新的结构茶壶，这种茶壶使用方便，卫生，壶盖经久耐用，不容易损坏。
本实用新型的任务是以如下的方式完成的，这种茶壶的壶盖有一凸缘，用螺栓把这个凸缘和壶体拧在一起，这种壶盖既可翻转打开，又不容易掉落，使用起来相当方便，制造也不复杂。

从图中可知，这种茶壶的壶体(1)和壶盖(2)之间是用螺钉(3)连接在一起的，壶盖(2)的一端有一个凸缘(4)，这个凸缘(4)的中心处开有一个圆孔，螺钉(3)可从中穿过，在凸缘(4)两旁的壶体(1)上还有两个凸缘(5)和(6)，它们的中心也都开有大小相同的圆孔，这样螺钉(3)可从凸缘(5)和(6)的中心穿过，螺钉(3)是低碳钢或者塑料制成的，并且螺钉(3)的另一端可用螺栓(7)栓紧，这种茶壶可以按图中虚线所示的位置使茶壶盖(2)翻转，它的一端刚好靠在塑料垫片(8)上，这样的茶壶使用起来相当方便，壶盖(2)不会掉落。
