Abstract
一种花岗玻璃，其特征是，玻璃面层与粘结底层之间，涂有高分子聚合物粘结剂层及带有花岗石材图案塑料薄膜层；粘结底层为镶嵌有砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层。并可在花岗石材图案塑料薄膜层上加设第二玻璃层，构成复式花岗玻璃。优点是：花岗玻璃的图案精选于中高档天然石材花纹图案；外观华贵亮丽；耐酸碱腐蚀、抗老化，制作容易，易裁切；改善了花岗玻璃与墙面之间的粘结力状况。适用于建筑物的内、外墙和地面装饰。
Description
本实用新型属于建筑装饰材料构件，特别涉及一种在玻璃透明材料上转印有花岗石材图案塑料薄膜制成的花岗玻璃。
近年来，在建筑装饰行业，以玻璃作为装饰材料已不少见，虽然外观各有所长，但由于上墙和施工技术等方面的问题，使得各种装饰玻璃使用局限性很大。现有彩色玻璃面砖的图案、色彩虽有多样，但是缺少高档天然石材花纹图案，上墙施工粘贴尚不够牢固可靠。
本实用新型的目的是，设计制作一种花岗玻璃，在透明玻璃上转印有花岗石材图案，粘贴一层镶嵌有颗粒的树脂保护层，以使外观华贵，施工方便，不必用特殊粘结材料，用水泥就能上墙安装的新型玻璃装饰材料。
本实用新型的花岗玻璃，由玻璃面层和粘结底层组成，其特征是，玻璃面层与粘结底层之间，涂有高分子聚合物粘结剂层及带有花岗石材图案塑料薄膜层；粘结底层为镶嵌有砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层。
本实用新型的花岗玻璃可在花岗石材图案塑料薄膜层上加设树脂保护层，高分子聚合物粘结剂层和构成复式花岗玻璃的第二玻璃层。
本实用新型的制作方法是：花岗玻璃是这样制作的，把一定规格的普通平板玻璃或浮法玻璃或钢化玻璃经清洗后，在其背面涂上一层高分子聚合物粘结剂层，然后敷上带有天然石材图案的塑料薄膜或人造石材图案塑料薄膜，经热固处理，图案层即转印到高分子聚合物粘结剂层上，然后将图案层与塑料薄膜剥离，再涂上一层镶嵌有砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层，四层叠合构成花岗玻璃。
本实用新型的复式花岗玻璃的制作方法是：把一定规格的普通平板玻璃或浮法玻璃或钢化玻璃经清洗后，在其背面涂上一层高分子聚合物粘结剂层，然后敷上带有天然石材图案的塑料薄膜或人造石材图案塑料薄膜，经热固处理，图案层即转印到高分子聚合物粘结剂层上，然后将图案层与塑料薄膜剥离，涂上一层不镶嵌砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层，然后，再涂上一层高分子聚合物粘接剂，并粘贴一层玻璃，涂一层镶嵌有砂粒状颗粒的树脂，构成复式花岗玻璃。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，本花岗玻璃具有以下优点：花岗玻璃的图案精选于中高档天然石材花纹图案；外观华贵亮丽，无色差；耐酸碱腐蚀，抗老化，易裁切；镶嵌有砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层，有效地改善了花岗玻璃与墙面之间的粘结力状况，变纯剪切受力状态为挂钩式挂力为主和剪切力为辅的受力状态，解决了玻璃不易上墙施工粘贴的难题；复式花岗玻璃强度更好，可铺设装饰地面，适用于建筑物的内外墙和地面装饰。

2、如权利要求1所述的花岗玻璃，其特征是，在花岗石材图案塑料薄膜层上加设不镶嵌砂粒状颗粒的树脂保护层，高分子聚合物粘结剂层和构成复式花岗玻璃的第二玻璃层。
