新型塑料饮水罐盖
本实用新型涉及一种新型塑料饮水罐盖，属于日常生活用品领域。
现在市售的盛装矿泉水或蒸馏水的大容量塑料饮水罐，如3加仑和5加仑饮水罐，其塑料盖中间的塑料出水口塞是与盖体分开注塑成型的。使用时，将塑料盖盖到饮水罐上以后，再塞入出水口塞，然后用密封胶纸贴到盖子上，封住出水口。在这个操作过程中，无法做到使出水口处完全无菌消毒。此外，饮水罐盖与饮水罐口之间还需加上垫片，才能使水在运输途中不致溢漏出来。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种盖体与出水口塞一次成型的，成本低廉，使用方便，生产过程完全可以做到无菌消毒罐装封口的新型塑料饮水罐盖。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到：
本实用新型由盖体、出水口、出水口密封片和出水口塞组成。盖体、出水口、出水口密封片和出水口塞都是一次注塑成型的一个整体，出水口塞有一小段塑料带与盖体连在一起，塑料带可弯折过来，使出水口塞塞在盖体的出水口中，出水口下端有密封片，盖体内部上方有环形凹槽，环形凹槽的宽度刚好与目前市售的大容量饮水罐的罐口厚度相配合，使塑料饮水罐盖体卡在饮水罐的罐口上，因此，搬运时水不会溢漏出来。注塑成型的饮水罐盖经过无菌消毒后将出水口塞塞到出水口中，在密封片未打开使用前可保证出水口处始终是完全无菌的。直到使用该罐饮用水的时候，才取出出水口塞，立即将饮水罐倒置于饮水机上，此时，饮水机的进水管将饮水罐盖的密封片顶破，水便进入饮水机中。

本实用新型的实施例由盖体(1)、出水口(2)、出水口密封片(3)和出水口塞(4)组成。盖体(1)、出水口(2)、出水口密封片(3)和出水口塞(4)都是一次注塑成型的一个整体，出水口塞(4)有一小段塑料带(6)与盖体(1)连在一起，塑料带(6)可弯折过来，使出水口塞(4)塞在盖体(1)的出水口(2)中，出水口(2)下端有密封片(3)，盖体(1)内部上方有环形凹槽(5)，环形凹槽(5)的宽度刚好与目前市售的大容量饮水罐的罐口厚度相配合，使塑料饮水罐盖体(1)卡在饮水罐的罐口上，因此，搬运时水不会溢漏出来。注塑成型的饮水罐盖经过无菌消毒后将出水口塞(4)塞到出水口(2)中，在密封片(3)未打开使用前可保证出水口(2)处始终是完全无菌的。直到使用该罐饮用水的时候，才取出出水口塞，立即将饮水罐倒置于饮水机上，此时，饮水机的进水管将盖子的密封片顶破，水便进入饮水机中。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有下列优点：1、本实用新型的盖体、出水口、出水口密封片和出水口塞是一次注塑成型的一个整体，因此，成本比以前分两次成型的盖子要低，价格便宜。2、本实用新型便于饮用水厂家消毒清洗罐装封口，使用方便，无水溢漏，无需垫片，可与市售的饮水机配套使用。
