Description
本实用新型涉及一种医用器械，具体地讲是一种用于骨外科手术时穿套钢丝用的钢丝套钳。
目前，在施行腰椎滑脱横突棘突钢丝捆绑内固定并植骨融合术中，在将钢丝绕过横突时，尚无有效器械可用，如采用游离横突直接穿过，因位置较深，分离困难，损伤也大，特别是易伤及腹膜后重要组织；用穿刺针头弯成钩状套过横突，引导钢丝穿过，实际应用中非常不方便，尤其在脊椎滑脱较重时，相邻两横突间隙变小，甚至呈叠瓦状排列，根本不能使用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可在较深的手术野内将钢丝顺利套过横突或在横突间隙极小时也能达到目的的钢丝套钳。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它主要由钳把、钳柄、钳扣、钳齿组成，其特征是钳齿为中空结构，钳齿下端外侧各有一侧孔与中空结构相通，钳齿的前端为45度斜面，在一钳齿下端的内侧靠近齿根部有一定位销，另一钳齿的下端内侧靠近齿根部有一定位销孔。

结合附图，本实用新型由钳把1、钳柄2、钳扣3和钳齿4组成，手术时在显露横突后，手握钳把1使钳齿4环抱横突，使定位销6插入定位销孔5中，扣紧钳把1，使钳齿4的前端在横突深面紧贴横突对合，左右晃动一下，以便使钳齿4前端间的软组织滑出，从而使钳齿前端更好地对合，然后将预选好的钢丝一端插入一侧孔中，钢丝通过中空的钳齿4从另一侧孔中穿出，松开套钳，慢慢退出，将钢丝留下，即可捆绑固定。
本实用新型可以在较深的手术野内将钢丝顺利套过横突，即使横突间隙极小，也能达到目的，还可用于细管状骨骨折钢丝内固术中，损伤小、使用方便，可大大提高手术效果。

1、一种医用钢丝套钳，包括钳把(1)、钳柄(2)、钳扣(3)和钳齿(4)，其特征是钳齿(4)为中空结构，钳齿(4)的下端外侧各有一侧孔与中空结构相通，钳齿(4)的前端为45度斜面，在一个钳齿(4)的下端内侧靠近齿根部有一定位销(6)，另一钳齿(4)的下端内侧靠近齿根部有一定位销孔(5)。
