Abstract

一种单级单吸悬臂式耐蚀离心泵。在泵壳内,有一与泵壳同轴心放射形直叶片的叶轮,泵出口管为扩散锥管,扩散锥管近泵体端的喷嘴中心延长线,恰在叶轮外径与泵壳形成的环形空间的中间。按照上述结构制成的单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵,较同类型泵效率提高9%左右;能输送含固体颗粒0.5mm以下或粘度500厘泊以下的液态介质;减少易损件,使用周期长;该泵运行无过载性。

Description

单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵
本实用新型涉及对一种单级单吸悬臂式耐蚀离心泵的改进。
通常使用的单级单吸悬臂式离心耐蚀泵是由弯曲形叶轮、直管式锥形吸入室、螺旋形压出室、泵壳等组成。但该泵效率低、寿命短、可靠性差。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵。效率高、寿命长、可靠性强。
结合附图本实用新型是这样实现的。在泵壳3内,有一与泵壳同轴心放射形直叶片的叶轮2,泵出口管为扩散锥管4,扩散锥管近泵体端的喷嘴5中心延长线,恰在叶轮外径与泵壳形成的环形空间1的中间,带有吸入管7的泵端盖6将泵壳密闭成一体。
按照上述结构制成的单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵,叶轮无前、后盖板为开式的,叶片呈放射形直叶片,叶轮在环形壳体内旋转,被输送的液体与叶轮的速度同步,仅在喷嘴处部分液体分流出泵。经测试该泵较同类型泵效率提高9%左右;能输送含固体颗粒0.5mm以下或粘度500厘泊以下的液态介质;由于该泵叶轮是开式的,运行中不产生轴向力,叶轮不用密封环,可减少易损件,延长使用周期;该泵输出液体通过喷嘴断面积的速度与泵内回转的液体速度相同,泵的流量保持不变,扬程下降为零,所以泵无过载性。

实施例:
1、按附图所示结构,以流量3.6m3/h,扬程25m,单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵的主要技术参数设计如下:
用1Cr18Ni9材料制成,叶片8片,叶轮外径121mm,扩散管喉部直径9.5mm,扩散管长61.5mm,扩散角为9°,效率可提高13%。
2、按附图所示结构,以流量7.2m3/h,扬程40m,单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵的主要技术参数设计如下:
用1Cr18Ni9材料制成,叶片8片,叶轮外径159mm,扩散管喉部直径12mm,扩散管长80.2mm,扩散角为9°,效率可提高10%。
3、按附图所示结构,以流量14.4m3/h,扬程100m,单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵的主要技术参数设计如下:
用1Cr18Ni9材料制成,叶片8片,叶轮外径242mm,扩散管喉部直径13mm,扩散管长90mm,扩散角为9°,效率可提高7%。
按照上述结构制成的单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵,能输送含固体颗粒0.5mm以下或粘度500厘泊以下的液态介质;使用周期长;泵无过载性。

  1. 一种由叶轮2、泵壳3、泵端盖6和吸入管7组成的单级单吸悬臂式部分流耐蚀泵,其特征是在泵壳内,有一与泵壳同轴心放射形直叶片的叶轮,泵出口管为扩散锥管4,扩散锥管近泵体端的喷嘴5中心延长线,恰在叶轮外径与泵壳形成的环形空间1的中间。
