Abstract
本实用新型是一种饮酒用具的高雅工艺品。羊角酒杯，以天然羊角为原料，通过对羊角体进行精加工，保持羊角的自然形态美，镶嵌盛酒的金属碗，套有装饰性金属花纹圈、金属链、绒球和丝穗组成。造型新颖、别致，结构简单而合理，实施方便；同时，具有民族特色和地区风情的旅游纪念品和理想的出口工艺品。
Description
本实用新型是属于一种用羊角制成的酒杯，其涉及餐桌、宴会上使用的一种饮酒器具。
目前，社会上流行的饮酒用具和器皿，常见的有大小不同的瓷盅，玻璃酒杯，塑料酒杯，高脚酒杯，甚至有少数民族沿用的牛角结盟杯等，虽说都实用，但比较一般，不具新颖、别致的特点，尚缺新意。
本实用新型设计的目的，是针对上述现有技术中常见的饮酒器具存在的不足，提出一种既具有回归大自然的亲切感和情趣，又具有经开发和精加工上升为工艺品，体现地区特色的新产品。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：羊角酒杯，是由羊角体(1)、金属碗(2)、金属花纹圈(3)以及金属练(4)、绒球(5)和丝穗(6)组成。羊角酒杯是以天然的羊角为原料，通过对羊角体(1)的深加工，精加工，并保持羊角的自然形态，在羊角体(1)的上部安装盛酒的金属碗(2)，其下部套有装饰性的金属花纹圈(3)以及金属练(4)、绒球(5)和丝穗(6)组成。
本实用新型的优点为：
1、目前，羊角大多数被作为骨粉和提取明胶的原料使用，没有被作为工艺品所利用，故价值不高。本实用新型对天然羊角的资源加以开发和利用，经精加工，使其变为品位高雅的工艺品，增加了技术含量，提高其价值和附加值。
2、本实用新型充分发挥了羊角具有的肌理美，扭曲和波浪起伏形态的自然美，使享用者自感产生有回归大自然的亲切感和大方而高雅的情趣。
3、本实用新型具有浓郁的民族特色、地区特点，具有纯朴的“草原”气息；也可作为具有旅游风情的纪念品，以及理想的出口工艺品。
4、本实用新型所采用的羊角原料，资源十分丰富，成本低，结构简单而合理，加工制作工艺易于操作，造型古朴典雅。

现结合附图，参考图1、图2、图3、将本实用新型的实施例描述如下：
1、羊角体(1)的加工：取一只羊角，将此羊角体(1)锯掉根部、去蕊、将锯口部加热，撑圆；对羊角体(1)的表面自然形态，按其扭曲和波浪起伏的波纹走向，磨去糙皮，用砂布精磨，经精加工将羊角抛光、成型。
2、金属碗(2)和金属花纹圈(3)的制作：碗和花纹圈以金属片(一般是铜或银)为原料，按碗的造型、图案和花纹圈的花纹图案的设计要求，分别模压成型、磨边、抛光、焊接，然后加以清洗、除垢，经化学处理，镀银或金。
3、装饰附件的配制：金属练(4)以金属为原料，如铜丝或铁丝，粗磨、抛光、编扭制成适宜长度的金属练；绒球(5)和丝穗(6)以精选的不同色泽的绒毛和丝线分别经精工编制成绒球和各种形状的丝穗。
4、羊角酒杯的组装
现将配件金属碗(2)涂上粘合剂，固牢地安装于羊角体(1)的上口部；金属花纹圈(3)套装、粘合于羊角体(1)的下部适宜部位；然后通过对上部、下部焊接好的金属环(7)连接金属练(4)绒球(5)和丝穗(6)到此羊角酒杯的组装工序全部完成。
