Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an orthopedic external fixing device, a clamping device and a fixing needle for the orthopedic external fixing device.
Background
When limbs are fractured, especially fracture with serious pulverization, the fracture is mostly accompanied by up-and-down shift or angular dislocation of bones, doctors are required to anatomically reposition the parts of the fracture in operation, and after the reposition is finished, the reposition bones are also required to be fixed by using a fixing device so as to help the bones to recover and heal as soon as possible. In the prior art, the modes for realizing bone fixation after operation are generally divided into an internal fixation mode and an external fixation mode.
The internal fixation device used in the internal fixation mode is generally an internal fixation steel plate structure, and the steel plate is placed in the body of a patient so as to enable the steel plate to be in direct contact with bones, so that the resetting accuracy and the fixation reliability of the fixation mode are high, but if the patient has an open fracture accompanied by serious soft tissue injury, complications such as wound dehiscence, skin necrosis and osteomyelitis can be caused, and the internal fixation mode can damage periosteum and blood circulation, delay the fracture healing time and delay the rehabilitation process of the patient.
The external fixation system (External Fixation System) used in the external fixation procedure is a device that is widely used in orthopedic treatment, particularly in the treatment of complex fractures, bone defects, and correction of deformities. It achieves bone stabilization and support by mounting a scaffold outside the fracture or area in need of treatment. While external fixation systems provide effective treatment in many cases, analysis of their mechanical stability reveals the complexity of the technique and some potential limitations. The external fixing device used in the external fixing mode mainly comprises an external fixing bracket structure and an external fixing steel plate structure, and the used connection mode is usually a connecting rod mode and also has a part of variation of fastening screws. The external fixing support structure is large in size, the support body is heavy, the external fixing support is easy to strike during movement, and stability is poor. After the position of the bone needle driven into the bone is determined, an external mechanical system is required to be built again, and the position stability of the bone needle is easy to maintain. The built external system usually uses a scaffold mode, has poor mechanical stability and huge volume, and is difficult to meet the requirement of free movement. Of course, a special external fixing system also exists, the mechanical stability is strong like that of an annular bracket and the like, but the volume is large, the bone needles needing to be fixed are more, the volume of the external fixing steel plate structure is smaller and more exquisite, the stability is better, and a patient can carry the steel plate to do rehabilitation exercise at early stage, and even load normal life. The main working principle of the external fixing steel plate structure is similar to that of the internal fixing steel plate structure, and bone fixation is realized through the cooperation of the screws and the steel plates, but because the steel plates in the external fixing steel plate structure are arranged outside the body of a patient, damage to the injury of the patient can be reduced, and complications are reduced.
However, the existing external fixation steel plate structure has severe limitations in the practical use process. First is site limitation. The existing external fixation steel plate structure is basically only suitable for the areas of tibia, ankle and the like which are fit with the bone topography, and the steel plates of the areas are fit with the bone topography and have shallow surfaces. The length and strength of the screw used on the steel plate can meet the fixed working distance. Second, use is limited. The principle of locking the steel plate is that the tail part of the screw exists in the matching thread embedded in the screw hole of the steel plate. And such mating threads must be at a fixed angle to achieve locking. The angle is slightly changed, and the connection and fixation of the screw and the steel plate cannot be realized. Therefore, the axes of the screws and the axes of the threaded holes are required to be aligned as completely as possible during the connection process so as to realize the fixed connection of the screws and the steel plate. However, in the actual operation, it is difficult for a doctor to ensure that the screw is driven into the bone of the patient at a set angle, thereby easily causing the axis of the screw and the axis of the screw hole to be incompletely aligned, making it difficult to connect the screw and the steel plate. And the external fixation steel plate structure is connected with a plurality of screws through a steel plate, the axis of each screw needs to be ensured to be aligned with the axis of the corresponding threaded hole on the steel plate in the process, the whole fixation of the external fixation steel plate structure can be realized, the difficulty is extremely high, and the universality of the external fixation steel plate structure is weakened.

And compared with the external fixation support structure in the prior art, the fixation plate 1 in the embodiment is of an integrated structure, has reliable strength and small volume, and is convenient for the daily life of patients.
Because the length and the diameter of the screw in the external fixed steel plate structure in the prior art are limited due to the material property, unrestricted thickening and lengthening are not possible, otherwise, the screw breakage is easy to occur. The prior art external fixation plate structure is therefore essentially only suitable for the tibia, ankle, etc. to conform to the topography of the bone, and the superficial areas. The fixing needle 2 provided by the application has a plurality of types and high strength, improves the stability of the external fixing device for orthopaedics, can be suitable for fracture conditions of more parts of patients, and further improves the universality of the external fixing device for orthopaedics.
Further, the through hole 11 in this embodiment is a light hole, and the machining precision requirement of the light hole is low, and a doctor can open a hole to the fixed plate 1 according to the angle of the fixed needle 2 even in the operation, so that the operation difficulty of the doctor is further reduced, and the universality of the external fixing device for orthopaedics is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, the first clamping member 33 is connected with the first clamping plate 31, and the first clamping member 33 is used for keeping the first clamping plate 31 in the first position so as to keep the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing plate 1 in abutting connection, so that connection looseness of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 is avoided, and connection reliability is improved. The first position in the present embodiment does not refer to a specific position on the fixing needle 2, but refers to a position where the end surface of the first clamping plate 31 facing the fixing plate 1 can abut against the end surface on the opposite side of the fixing plate 1 (the upper end surface of the fixing plate 1 in fig. 7).
Specifically, since the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing needle 2 are in threaded connection, the first clamping member 33 in the present embodiment restricts the axial movement of the first clamping plate 31 along the fixing needle 2 by restricting the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 around the axis of the first threaded hole 311, thereby ensuring that the first clamping plate 31 always abuts against the fixing plate 1, and achieving stable connection of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1. As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the first clamping plate 31 is provided with a first clamping hole 312, the first clamping hole 312 penetrates through both ends in the thickness direction of the first clamping plate 31, the first clamping hole 312 is provided with an internal thread, the first clamping member 33 is provided with an external thread, the first clamping member 33 is screwed with the first clamping hole 312, and the first clamping member 33 abuts against the fixing plate 1. In this embodiment, through the cooperation between the hole wall of the first threaded hole 311 on the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing needle 2, the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 around the axis of the first clamping hole 312 is limited, and through the cooperation between the hole wall of the first clamping hole 312 on the first clamping plate 31 and the first clamping piece 33, the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 around the axis of the fixing needle 2 is limited, and the position fixing of the first clamping plate 31 is realized under the combined action, so that the first clamping plate 31 can always keep abutting with the fixing plate 1, and the connection stability of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 is improved. In addition, the first clamping piece 33 is abutted with the fixed plate 1, the rotating difficulty of the first clamping plate 31 is further improved through the friction force between the first clamping piece 33 and the fixed plate 1, the position fixing of the first clamping plate 31 is further ensured, and the connection stability of the fixed needle 2 and the fixed plate 1 is improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the number of the first clamping holes 312 and the number of the first clamping members 33 are the same and are plural, the plurality of first clamping holes 312 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first clamping plate 31, the plurality of first clamping members 33 and the plurality of first clamping holes 312 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and one first clamping member 33 is in threaded connection with one first clamping hole 312. The present embodiment restricts the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the first clamping member 33 by the cooperation of the hole walls of the plurality of first clamping holes 312 and the plurality of first clamping members 33, and the abutment of the plurality of first clamping members 33 and the fixed plate 1 can increase the total friction force between the first clamping member 33 and the fixed plate 1, further restricting the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the first clamping member 33.
As shown in fig. 3, the number of the first clamping members 33 in the single clamping assembly 3 in the present embodiment is specifically four. In other alternative embodiments, the number of first clamping members 33 in a single clamping assembly 3 may be designed according to actual requirements, at least one. Fig. 10 illustrates a case where the first clamping plate 31 is clamped to the fixed plate 1 by different numbers of first clamping members 33, and of course the number of first clamping members 33 in a single clamping assembly 3 is not limited to the number illustrated in fig. 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the projections of the first clamping plate 31 on the fixing plate 1 along the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 are all located on the fixing plate 1, so that on one hand, the first clamping plate 31 is prevented from being exposed to the fixing plate 1, and the possibility that the first clamping plate 31 rotates under the action of external force is reduced. On the other hand, the contact area between the first clamping plate 31 and the fixed plate 1 can be increased, the friction force between the first clamping plate 31 and the fixed plate 1 is improved, and the area where the first clamping plate 31 can be connected with the first clamping piece 33 is increased, so that the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the first clamping piece 33 is effectively limited.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the second clamping member 34 is connected to the second clamping plate 32, and the second clamping member 34 is used for keeping the second clamping plate 32 in the second position so as to keep the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing plate 1 in abutting connection, so that loose connection between the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 is avoided, and connection reliability is improved. The second position in the present embodiment does not refer to a specific position on the fixing needle 2, but refers to a position where the end surface of the second clamping plate 32 facing the fixing plate 1 can abut against the end surface on the opposite side of the fixing plate 1 (the upper end surface of the fixing plate 1 in fig. 7).
Specifically, since the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing needle 2 are in threaded connection, the second clamping member 34 in the present embodiment restricts the axial movement of the second clamping plate 32 along the fixing needle 2 by restricting the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 around the axis of the second threaded hole 321, so as to ensure that the second clamping plate 32 is always abutted against the fixing plate 1, and achieve stable connection of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1. As shown in fig. 4, 7 and 9, the second clamping plate 32 is provided with a second clamping hole 322, both ends of the second clamping hole 322 in the thickness direction of the second clamping plate 32 are penetrated, the second clamping hole 322 is provided with an internal thread, the second clamping member 34 is provided with an external thread, the second clamping member 34 is in threaded connection with the second clamping hole 322, and the second clamping member 34 abuts against the fixing plate 1. In this embodiment, through the cooperation between the hole wall of the second threaded hole 321 on the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing needle 2, the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 around the axis of the second clamping hole 322 is limited, and through the cooperation between the hole wall of the second clamping hole 322 on the second clamping plate 32 and the second clamping piece 34, the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 around the axis of the fixing needle 2 is limited, and the position fixation of the second clamping plate 32 is realized under the combined action, so that the second clamping plate 32 can always keep abutting with the fixing plate 1, and the connection stability of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 is improved. In addition, the second clamping piece 34 is abutted with the fixed plate 1, the rotating difficulty of the second clamping plate 32 is further improved through the friction force between the second clamping piece 34 and the fixed plate 1, the position fixing of the second clamping plate 32 is further ensured, and the connection stability of the fixed needle 2 and the fixed plate 1 is improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the number of the second clamping holes 322 and the number of the second clamping pieces 34 are the same and are multiple, the plurality of second clamping holes 322 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second clamping plate 32, the plurality of second clamping pieces 34 and the plurality of second clamping holes 322 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and one second clamping piece 34 is in threaded connection with one second clamping hole 322. The present embodiment limits the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the second clamping member 34 by the cooperation of the hole walls of the plurality of second clamping holes 322 and the plurality of second clamping members 34, and the abutment of the plurality of second clamping members 34 and the fixed plate 1 can increase the total friction force between the second clamping member 34 and the fixed plate 1, further limiting the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the second clamping member 34.
As shown in fig. 4, the number of the second clamping members 34 in the single clamping assembly 3 in the present embodiment is specifically four. In other alternative embodiments, the number of second clamping members 34 may be at least one, as desired. Fig. 11 illustrates the case where the second clamping plate 32 is clamped to the fixed plate 1 by a different number of second clamping members 34, and of course the number of second clamping members 34 in a single clamping assembly 3 is not limited to the number illustrated in fig. 11.
Wherein the number of first clamping members 33 and second clamping members 34 in a single clamping assembly 3 may be the same or different.
Further, the projections of the second clamping plate 32 on the fixing plate 1 along the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 are all located on the fixing plate 1, so that on one hand, the second clamping plate 32 is prevented from being exposed out of the fixing plate 1, and the possibility that the second clamping plate 32 rotates under the action of external force is reduced. On the other hand, the contact area between the second clamping plate 32 and the fixed plate 1 can be increased, the friction force between the second clamping plate 32 and the fixed plate 1 is improved, and the area where the second clamping plate 32 can be connected with the second clamping piece 34 is increased, so that the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 relative to the fixed needle 2 and the second clamping piece 34 is effectively limited.
In this embodiment, the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34 are both of a bolt structure, and in other alternative embodiments, other clamping structures capable of achieving the above-described functions may be used for the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34.
Fig. 7 shows that the axis of the fixing needle 2 is parallel to the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1, and in this state, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are entirely abutted against the fixing plate 1 toward one end face of the fixing plate 1. In other alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, when the fixing needle 2 is inserted into the through hole 11 of the fixing plate 1 at an inclined angle with respect to the fixing plate 1, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are only partially abutted against the fixing plate 1 toward one end face of the fixing plate 1 (i.e., the axis of the fixing needle 2 is not parallel to the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1), the first clamping member 33 passes through the first clamping plate 31 to be abutted against the corresponding side face of the fixing plate 1, and the second clamping member 34 passes through the second clamping plate 32 to be abutted against the corresponding side face of the fixing plate 1, thereby securing the clamping strength, securing the stability of fixing the fixing needle 2 on the fixing plate 1.
In other alternative embodiments, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 may not abut against the fixing plate 1, and only the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34 abut against the fixing plate 1 to fix the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1. Specifically, the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34 abut against both side surfaces in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 to restrict movement of the fixing plate 1 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2, and the friction force between the first clamping member 33 and the fixing plate 1 and the friction force between the second clamping member 34 and the fixing plate 1 further restrict movement of the fixing plate 1 in the radial direction of the fixing needle 2, thereby achieving connection between the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1. Further, since the first clamping member 33 restricts the rotation of the first clamping plate 31 about the axis of the fixed needle 2 and the second clamping member 34 restricts the rotation of the second clamping plate 32 about the axis of the fixed needle 2, even if the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 do not abut against the fixed plate 1, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 can be fixed at the position of the fixed needle 2 without movement along the axis of the fixed needle 2.
In other alternative embodiments, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 may also be mounted on the fixing needle 2 in other ways. For example, a groove extending in the circumferential direction of the fixing needle 2 may be provided on the outer circumferential wall of the fixing needle 2, and the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 may be partially accommodated in the groove, and movement of the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2 may be restricted by both side walls of the groove in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2. In this state, the first clamp 33 and the second clamp 34 may not be provided.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the number of the fixing needles 2 in the orthopedic external fixation device in the present embodiment is plural, the plural fixing needles 2 are inserted into the body of the patient to connect with the plural pieces of bones 4 of the patient, and the plural fixing needles 2 connect with at least two different pieces of bones 4 to fix the positions of the bones 4 of the different pieces. The number of the clamping assemblies 3 in the clamping device is also a plurality of, the number of the clamping assemblies 3 is the same as that of the fixed needles 2, the fixed needles 2 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence, and one ends of the fixed needles 2 exposed out of the patient body are connected with the fixed plate 1 through the corresponding clamping assemblies 3. The fixation plate 1 provides support to the patient's multiple segments of bone 4 by being connected to a plurality of fixation pins 2 to ensure that each segment of bone 4 remains in the correct position.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the fixing plate 1 is provided with a plurality of through holes 11, the plurality of through holes 11 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the fixing plate 1 (X direction in fig. 2), the plurality of through holes 11 are all penetrating at both ends in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 (Y direction in fig. 2), and the fixing needle 2 passes through the fixing plate 1 in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 through the corresponding through holes 11. In this embodiment, the through holes 11, the fixing pins 2 and the clamping assemblies 3 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, one through hole 11 is only used for passing through one fixing pin 2, and one clamping assembly 3 is used for fixing one fixing pin 2 on the fixing plate 1.
In the orthopaedic external fixation device shown in fig. 2 and 5, the axes of the plurality of through holes 11 in the fixation plate 1 are parallel, but in other alternative embodiments, the axes of the plurality of through holes 11 in the fixation plate 1 may not be parallel to each other, or may be a portion of the through holes 11 having axes that are not parallel, and the axes of the portion of the through holes 11 may be specifically adjusted according to the angle at which the fixation needle 2 is fixed to the bone 4.
Further, the size of the fixing plate 1, the number of through holes 11 on the fixing plate 1, and the interval between the adjacent two through holes 11 may be selected according to the condition of the patient.
Every fixed needle 2 all realizes being connected with fixed plate 1 through the clamp assembly 3 that corresponds, and the angle real-time adjustment of corresponding fixed needle 2 can be followed to the position of first splint 31 and second splint 32, does not receive the influence of other fixed needles 2, and a plurality of fixed needles 2 can pass fixed plate 1 with different angles, improves the maneuverability that a plurality of fixed needles 2 are connected with same fixed plate 1.
The number of the first clamping members 33 in the different clamping assemblies 3 may be the same or different, and the number of the second clamping members 34 in the different clamping assemblies 3 may be the same or different.
The following describes the method for using the external fixation device for orthopaedics according to the specific structure of the external fixation device for orthopaedics.
The doctor fixes the fixing needle 2 on the bone 4 of the patient, and after the fixing needle 2 is connected with the bone 4 of the patient, one end of the fixing needle 2 away from the bone 4 sequentially passes through the second clamping plate 32, the fixing plate 1 and the first clamping plate 31.
The second clamp plate 32 is connected to the fixing needle 2, and the second clamp plate 32 is controlled to abut against the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. Specifically, the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing needle 2 are connected by threaded connection between the second threaded hole 321 of the second clamping plate 32 and the second threaded section of the fixing needle 2, and the second clamping plate 32 is controlled to rotate around the axis of the fixing needle 2 so as to realize the position adjustment of the second clamping plate 32 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2, thereby controlling the preliminary abutting of the second clamping plate 32 with the second side surface (the lower end surface of the fixing plate 1 in fig. 5) in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. The screw structure can restrict the movement of the second clamping plate 32 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2 without rotating the second clamping plate 32, thereby achieving the preliminary fixing of the second clamping plate 32 on the fixing needle 2.
The first clamping plate 31 and the fixing plate 1 are connected, and the first clamping plate 31 is controlled to abut against the first side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. Specifically, the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing needle 2 are connected by threaded connection between the first threaded hole 311 of the first clamping plate 31 and the first threaded section of the fixing needle 2, and the first clamping plate 31 is controlled to rotate around the axis of the fixing needle 2 to realize the position adjustment of the first clamping plate 31 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2, so that the first clamping plate 31 is controlled to be initially abutted against the first side surface (the upper end surface of the fixing plate 1 in fig. 5) in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. The screw structure can restrict the movement of the first clamping plate 31 in the axial direction of the fixed needle 2 without rotating the first clamping plate 31, thereby achieving the preliminary fixation of the first clamping plate 31 on the fixed needle 2.
The sequence of the step of controlling the second clamping plate 32 to abut against the fixing plate 1 and the step of controlling the first clamping plate 31 to abut against the fixing plate 1 is not required.
After the step of controlling the abutment of the second clamping plate 32 with the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixed plate 1 and controlling the abutment of the first clamping plate 31 with the first side surface in the thickness direction of the fixed plate 1:
The second clamp 34 and the second clamp plate 32 are connected, and the second clamp plate 32 is always held in abutment with the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 by the second clamp 34. Specifically, the second clamping member 34 is screwed to the second clamping plate 32 by being screwed to the second clamping hole 322 of the second clamping plate 32, and the second clamping member 34 is controlled to be screwed in the direction toward the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 until the second clamping member 34 is preliminarily abutted to the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. The second clamping piece 34 is used for keeping the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing plate 1 to be abutted, so that connection looseness of the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 is avoided, and connection reliability is improved. The second clamping piece 34 is abutted with the fixed plate 1, the rotating difficulty of the second clamping plate 32 is further improved through the friction force between the second clamping piece 34 and the fixed plate 1, the position fixing of the second clamping plate 32 is further ensured, and the connection stability of the fixed needle 2 and the fixed plate 1 is improved.
The first clamp 33 and the first clamp plate 31 are connected, and the first clamp plate 31 is always held in contact with the first side surface in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 by the first clamp 33. Specifically, the first clamping member 33 is screwed to the first clamping plate 31 by screwing with the first clamping hole 312 on the first clamping plate 31, and the first clamping member 33 is controlled to be screwed in the direction of the first side face in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 until the first clamping member 33 is preliminarily abutted against the first side face in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1. The first clamping member 33 is used for keeping the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing plate 1 in abutting connection, so as to avoid loose connection between the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1 and improve connection reliability. The first clamping piece 33 is abutted with the fixed plate 1, the rotating difficulty of the first clamping plate 31 is further improved through the friction force between the first clamping piece 33 and the fixed plate 1, the position fixing of the first clamping plate 31 is further guaranteed, and the connection stability of the fixed needle 2 and the fixed plate 1 is improved.
In the present embodiment, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are fixed on the fixing needle 2, the fixing plate 1 is sandwiched between the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32, the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are abutted with both side surfaces in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 to restrict the movement of the fixing plate 1 in the axial direction of the fixing needle 2, and the friction force between the first clamping plate 31 and the fixing plate 1 and the friction force between the second clamping plate 32 and the fixing plate 1 can further restrict the movement of the fixing plate 1 in the radial direction of the fixing needle 2, thereby realizing the indirect connection between the fixing needle 2 and the fixing plate 1.
In the whole connection process, the fixing needle 2 can not be in direct contact with the fixing plate 1, so that the axis of the fixing needle 2 and the axis of the through hole 11 of the fixing plate 1 do not need to be completely aligned like the prior art, the fixing needle 2 can penetrate through the fixing plate 1 at various angles, the positioning precision requirement of the fixing needle 2 is reduced, the operation difficulty of doctors is reduced, and the universality of the external fixing device for orthopaedics is improved.
Further, after the step of abutting the second clamp 34 against the second side surface in the thickness direction of the fixed plate 1 and abutting the first clamp 33 against the first side surface in the thickness direction of the fixed plate 1:
The screwing of the second clamp 34 toward the second side in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 is continuously controlled, and the screwing of the first clamp 33 toward the first side in the thickness direction of the fixing plate 1 is continuously controlled. In this embodiment, the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34 are continuously screwed under the condition that the first clamping plate 31 and the second clamping plate 32 are both preliminarily clamped, so that on one hand, the movement of the fixed plate 1 caused by excessive single-side pressure is prevented, and on the other hand, the friction force between the clamping member and the fixed plate 1 can be increased by continuously screwing the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34, and the rotation of the clamping plate relative to the fixed needle 2 and the clamping member is further limited.
The screwing operation of the first clamping member 33 and the screwing operation of the second clamping member 34 may be alternately performed, for example, the first clamping member 33 is controlled to rotate for several turns relative to the first clamping plate 31, the second clamping member 34 is controlled to rotate for several turns relative to the second clamping plate 32, and then the reciprocating operation is performed, so that the difference of the acting forces of the first clamping member 33 and the second clamping member 34 on the fixing plate 1 is prevented, and the movement of the fixing plate 1 caused by the overlarge single-side pressure is prevented.
After a fixing pin 2 is fixedly connected to the fixing plate 1, the connection of the other fixing pins 2 to the fixing plate 1 can be continued until all fixing pins 2 are fixed to the fixing plate 1.
