Background
Pressure sores, also known as bedsores, pressure ulcers, are injuries, ulcers and even necrosis caused by the lack of nutrition of the skin and subcutaneous tissue due to long-term pressure on the skin of a body part, affecting blood circulation. Preferably in the areas of the bony prominences under compression, such as the sacral coccyx, ankle, heel, buttocks, etc. Pressure sores are not themselves primary diseases and are mostly caused by bedridden patients not being well-cared for. Pressure sores can cause a series of hazards, increase the pain of patients, aggravate basic conditions, prolong the course of disease, and even cause septicemia to endanger life.
The rubber glove water injection mode is used for the surgery to be filled under the elbow or the heel of a patient to prevent pressure sores, the intensive care unit uses the crossed water injection rubber glove to be filled under the brain of the patient to prevent pressure sores of the ear, and the rubber water injection mode is used for the neonate to be filled under the head of the neonate. The warm water injection rubber glove during transfusion can meet the terminal thermal insulation requirement, the cooler water injection rubber glove can be placed on the neck of a patient to realize physical cooling, the operation of the mode needs to consume a large amount of time of medical staff, the water injection quantity needs to be judged by experience of the medical staff, and the protective effect is influenced by too much or too little water injection quantity, so that the device is unfavorable for popularization and use.

The application provides a novel pressure sore prevention device which comprises a plurality of shells and extension pieces, wherein the shells and the extension pieces limit a storage cavity, a heat preservation piece is arranged in the storage cavity, the heat preservation piece is made of soft materials, and the shells and the extension pieces are made of elastic materials.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the back of the casing and the extension piece is provided with a hair joint surface, and further comprises a placing patch, the front of the placing patch is provided with an adhesive surface, the back of the placing patch is provided with an adhesive patch, the surface of the adhesive patch is provided with a tearable film, and the hair joint surface can be fixed on the surface of the adhesive surface.

The heating element is placed in the heating tank, the heating wire is powered through the switch control battery, the heat emitted by the heating wire is heated through the rubber pad, the shell and the extension piece, the heat preservation element is controlled through the setting of the timer to control the single heating time, then the pressure sore prevention device can be placed at a proper position, the pressure sore prevention effect can be effectively achieved, meanwhile, the extension pieces of the two pressure sore prevention devices are placed in a crossing mode, the pressure sore prevention effect can be improved through cooperation of the anti-slip particles, and the application range of the pressure sore prevention device is further improved.

In this embodiment, the heating element 300 is placed in the heating slot 104, the switch 304 is used to control the battery 301 to supply power to the heating wire 302, the heat emitted by the heating wire 302 is transmitted through the rubber pad 305, the shell 100 and the extension piece 101, then the heat preservation element 102 is heated, the single heating time is controlled by the setting of the timer 306, then the tearable membrane 203 is torn off in advance, the placing patch 200 is placed at the corresponding position of the sickbed by the adhesive patch 202, then the shell 100 and the extension piece 101 are stably fixed at the place where the placing patch 200 is placed by the connection of the hair connection surface 103 and the adhesive surface, so as to realize the pressure sore prevention effect, and meanwhile, the extension pieces 101 of the two pressure sore prevention devices are placed alternately according to the actual needs, the pressure sore prevention effect can be improved by matching with the anti-slip particles 105, the application range of the pressure sore prevention device is further improved, wherein the heating of the shell 100 and the extension piece 101 can be heated by means of water liquid soaking and the like, and the cooling can also be performed by means of cold water liquid soaking and the like as required.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, specific model specifications of the battery 301, the switch 304, the heating wire 302 and the timer 306 need to be determined according to actual specifications of the device, and a specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the art, so that detailed description will not be given, power supply and its principle will be clear to those skilled in the art, and the connection installation and signal transmission principles of each part belong to the known art, and the connection and working principles between the hair bonding surface 103 and the bonding surface are all adopted in the prior art, and will not be described in detail herein.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in some embodiments, the surface of the heating element 300 is provided with a rubber pad 305, the housing 100 and the extension element 101 are in an integrally formed structure, the front surface of the heating element 300 is provided with a pull ring 307, the housing 100, the extension element 101 and the anti-slip particles 105 are made of any one of latex, silica gel or rubber, and the heat-insulating element 102 is made of any one of water, liquid silica gel and a mixture of water and food-grade glycerin.
In this embodiment, the rubber pad 305 is mainly configured to protect the heating wire 302 from the external influence on the heating wire 302, and the pull ring 307 is configured to facilitate pulling the heating element 300 out of the heating groove 104, where the materials of the housing 100, the extension piece 101, the anti-slip particles 105 and the thermal insulation element 102 include, but are not limited to, the above materials.
Specifically, the working principle of the novel pressure sore prevention device provided by the application is as follows:
The heating element 300 is placed in the heating groove 104, the battery 301 is controlled to supply power to the heating wire 302 through the switch 304, the heat emitted by the heating wire 302 is heated through the rubber pad 305, the shell 100 and the extension piece 101, the single heating time is controlled through the setting of the timer 306, the tearable film 203 is torn off in advance, the placing patch 200 is placed at the corresponding position of a sickbed through the adhesive patch 202, and then the shell 100 and the extension piece 101 are stably fixed at the place where the placing patch 200 is placed through the connection of the hair joint surface 103 and the bonding surface, so that the pressure sore prevention effect is realized, meanwhile, the extension pieces 101 of two pressure sore prevention devices are placed alternately according to actual needs, the pressure sore prevention effect can be improved through matching with the anti-slip particles 105, and the application range of the pressure sore prevention device is further improved.
