In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks or shortcomings in the prior art, it is desirable to provide an ergonomic headrest and sofa, in which the left and right sides of the inner cavity of the headrest body are provided with air bags, the support surface tends to be horizontal in the deflated state, the headrest body can be used as a conventional pillow, in the inflated state, the air bags push the support surface so that the support surface presents a concave structure with high left and right sides and low middle, the shape of the support surface is more comfortable to use, and the head of the user leans against the position on the support surface, which can be concave downwards, and the head is clamped in the middle by the air bags with raised sides, so that the head is not easy to deflect to the left and right sides. Thus, the headrest body can provide a stable and comfortable supporting effect for the head of a user, and accords with ergonomics.
The effect of the utility model is realized as follows:
In a first aspect, the application provides an ergonomic headrest comprising a headrest body having a front support surface configured to support a user's head, the headrest body having an inner cavity having a left and right spaced apart at least one pair of air cells having a switchable air-intake condition and an air-discharge condition, the air cells being contracted such that the support surface tends to be horizontal, the air cells expanding and pushing the support surface in the air-intake condition, the support surface exhibiting a concave configuration with a high middle and a low side on the left and right sides or the support surface exhibiting a concave configuration with a high middle and a low side on the left and right sides when subjected to pressure, and a jacking surface of the air cells forming a tilt stop in the support surface.
Further, any one of the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the headrest body is provided with a plurality of air bags stacked along the vertical direction. The single air bag has smaller expansion degree and lower hardness in the air suction state, and has smaller influence on the softness of the whole headrest body.
Further, the two air bags are arranged on any one of the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the headrest body, and one ends of the plurality of air bags, which are close to the middle part of the headrest body, are mutually connected into a whole. Under the state of air suction, the end parts of the air bag, which are close to the left side and the right side of the headrest body, are mutually extruded so as to stretch out, the surface of the air bag tends to be horizontal when the supporting surface is not pressed, and the supporting surface is downwards sunken along the inclined pushing surface of the air bag when the air bag is pressed, so that the shape of the air bag is more fit with the head of a human body.
Further, three airbags stacked in the vertical direction are arranged on any one of the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the headrest body. The supporting effect of the headrest body is guaranteed, and the influence of the air bag over-hardness on the softness of the headrest body in the air suction state can be avoided.
The application provides an ergonomic headrest, which comprises a headrest body, wherein the headrest body comprises a supporting surface on the front side, the supporting surface is configured to support the head of a user, at least one pair of air bags are arranged in an upper-lower separation mode in an inner cavity of the headrest body, the air bags are in a switchable air suction state and an air discharge state, the air bags are contracted in the air discharge state, the supporting surface tends to be horizontal, and in the air suction state, the air bags are expanded and push the supporting surface, so that the supporting surface is in a U-shaped structure with the upper side, the lower side, the middle side and the lower side. When the head of a user leans against the downward concave part on the supporting surface, the protrusions on the lower side of the supporting surface can be attached to and support the neck of the user, so that the head rest body can be used as a neck rest to protect the cervical vertebra health of the user.
In a third aspect, the application provides a sofa comprising a cushion and an ergonomic headrest, wherein the headrest body is positioned at the top end of the cushion, the cushion further comprises a back support portion and a waist support portion, and air bags are arranged in the back support portion and the waist support portion. The user can change the softness and hardness degree and the height of the back support part and the waist support part by adjusting the contraction or the expansion of the air bag according to personal preference, and the proper back cushion state is selected, so that the comfort level of the sofa is improved.
Further, the sofa further comprises a cushion, the cushion is configured to support buttocks of a user, and a rotating mechanism is further arranged at the bottom end of the cushion, so that the cushion can rotate back and forth relative to the cushion. Make no matter the user is in sitting up posture or lying down posture, the cushion all can be adjusted to laminating user's back for reliable support, make the practicality better.
According to the ergonomic headrest and sofa provided by the application, the air bags are arranged on the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the headrest body, the air bags shrink in the deflation state, the supporting surface tends to be horizontal, the headrest body can be used as a conventional pillow, in the inspiration state, the air bags expand and push the supporting surface, the supporting surface is in a U-shaped structure with the high left side and the low middle when the supporting surface is normal or pressed, the shape of the supporting surface is more fit with the shape of the hindbrain of a human body, the use experience is more comfortable, moreover, the head of a user leans against the downwards sunken part on the supporting surface, the head of the user is clamped in the middle by the air bags with the two bulged sides, the head of the user is stably supported by the air bags, and the left side and the right side of the supporting surface are not easy to deflect, so that the user can keep a comfortable sitting posture or lying posture. Thus, the headrest body can provide a stable and comfortable supporting effect for the head of a user, and accords with ergonomics.

Referring to fig. 1-9, an ergonomic headrest is provided in an embodiment of the present application, including a headrest body 1, where the headrest body 1 includes a front supporting surface 101, the supporting surface 101 is configured to support a head of a user, at least a pair of air bags 2 are separately disposed on left and right sides of an inner cavity of the headrest body 1, the air bags 2 have a switchable air suction state and an air discharge state, the air bags 2 are contracted, the supporting surface 101 tends to be horizontal, in the air suction state, the air bags 2 expand and push the supporting surface 101, the supporting surface 101 presents a concave structure with a high middle and a low on left and right sides or a concave structure with a low middle and a low on left and right sides, when the supporting surface 101 is subjected to pressure, and a jack-up surface of the air bags 2 forms an inclined stop in the supporting surface 101.
Referring to fig. 5-6, in this embodiment, by disposing the air bags 2 on both the left and right sides of the inner cavity of the headrest body 1, in the deflated state, the air bags 2 are contracted, the supporting surface 101 tends to be horizontal, so that the headrest body 1 can be used as a conventional pillow, in the inflated state, the air bags 2 expand and push the supporting surface 101, so that the supporting surface 101 presents a U-shaped structure with the high left and right sides and the low middle when in normal state or under pressure, the shape of the supporting surface 101 is more fit with the shape of the forebrain of a human body, the use experience is more comfortable, and, as shown in fig. 8, the head of a user leans against the downward concave part on the supporting surface 101, the head of the user is clamped in the middle by the air bags 2 with the two sides bulged, so that the head of the user is stably supported by the air bags 2, and is not easy to deflect towards the left and right sides, thereby the user can keep a comfortable sitting posture or lying posture. Thus, the headrest body 1 can provide a stable and comfortable supporting effect for the head of the user, and accords with ergonomics.
Wherein, preferably, the inner chamber of headrest body 1 is except gasbag 2, still is filled with the PP cotton, and the PP cotton has better elasticity and fluffiness for headrest body 1's use experience is softer, comfortable. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the headrest body 1 may be filled with down, sponge, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of airbags 2 stacked in a vertical direction are provided on either one of left and right sides of an inner cavity of a headrest body 1.
In this embodiment, the hardness of the air bag 2 is increased in addition to the volume increase in the air suction state, so if only one air bag 2 is provided on both the left and right sides of the headrest body 1, the hardness of the air bag 2 is also high when the air bag 2 is inflated to the U-shaped support surface 101, which results in insufficient softness of the entire headrest body 1 and uncomfortable use experience. From this, through being provided with a plurality of gasbag 2 that stacks along vertical direction, compare and only set up an gasbag 2, when both expand to same height, every gasbag 2 inflation degree is less in the gasbag 2 of stacking the setting, and its hardness is also lower, also less to the influence of the holistic compliance of headrest body 1.
Referring to fig. 5-6, in some embodiments of the present application, a plurality of air bags 2 are disposed on either side of the left and right sides of the inner cavity of the headrest body 1, and one end of each air bag 2 near the middle of the headrest body 1 is connected to form a whole.
In this embodiment, the ends of the plurality of air bags 2 near the middle of the headrest body 1 are connected together, so that in the air suction state, the ends of the plurality of air bags 2 stacked together near the left and right sides of the headrest body 1 are mutually extruded, and are stretched, so that the ends of the plurality of air bags 2 stacked together near the middle of the headrest body 1 are lower than the ends near the two sides of the headrest body 1, the pushing surfaces of the air bags 2 are inclined from the left and right sides of the headrest body 1, and when the air bags are not pressed, the supporting surfaces 101 are supported by the inclined pushing surfaces of the air bags 2 at the two sides to be outwards supported, the surfaces tend to be horizontal, and when the supporting surfaces 101 are pressed, the supporting surfaces 101 are downwards recessed until the supporting surfaces are downwards recessed along the inclined pushing surfaces of the air bags 2, and are in a structure with the two sides high middle and low, and are more attached to the head of a human body.
Referring to fig. 8, in other embodiments of the present application, the air bags 2 on the left and right sides in the headrest body 1 may be disposed at intervals, and a certain gap is left between the air bags 2 on the two sides, so that the supporting surface 101 located on the gap is not easily blocked by the jacking surface of the air bag 2, and is more easily sunk, so that the supporting surface 101 always presents a concave structure with a high middle and a low middle on the left and right sides no matter the air bag 2 is in an air suction state or an air release state.
In some embodiments of the present application, it is preferable that any one of the left and right sides of the cavity of the headrest body 1 is provided with three airbags 2 stacked in the vertical direction. The supporting effect of the headrest body 1 is ensured, and the influence of the excessive hardness of the air bag 2 on the softness of the headrest body 1 in the air suction state can be avoided. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the number of airbags 2 on either side of the inner cavity of the headrest body 1 may be two, four, or the like.
Referring to fig. 9, the embodiment of the application further provides an ergonomic headrest, which comprises a headrest body 1, wherein the headrest body 1 comprises a front supporting surface 101, the supporting surface 101 is configured to support the head of a user, at least one pair of air bags 2 are arranged in an upper-lower separation mode in an inner cavity of the headrest body 1, the air bags 2 have a switchable air suction state and an air discharge state, the air bags 2 are contracted in the air discharge state, the supporting surface 101 tends to be horizontal, and the air bags 2 are expanded and push the supporting surface 101 in the air suction state, so that the supporting surface 101 presents a U-shaped structure with high upper sides, low middle sides and low middle sides.
In this embodiment, through setting up gasbag 2 in the upper and lower both sides of headrest body 1 for under the state of breathing in, bearing surface 101 presents the high middle low U style of calligraphy structure in upper and lower both sides, not only laminates the structure of human head, and is experienced comfortablely in the use, and when the user's head leans on the sunken position down on bearing surface 101 in addition, the protruding laminating of bearing surface 101 downside can support user's neck, makes headrest body 1 can regard as the rib pillow to use, protects user's cervical vertebra healthy.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the present application further provides a sofa, including a cushion and an ergonomic headrest according to any one of the above, wherein the headrest body 1 is located at the top end of the cushion 3, the cushion 3 further includes a back support portion 310 and a waist support portion 320, and the back support portion 310 and the waist support portion 320 are both provided with an airbag 2 therein.
In this embodiment, the back support portion 310 and the waist support portion 320 on the cushion 3 are both provided with the air bag 2, so that a user can adjust the contraction or expansion of the air bag 2 according to personal preference, change the hardness degree and the height of the back support portion 310 and the waist support portion 320, select a suitable cushion 3 state, and improve the comfort level of the sofa.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in some embodiments of the present application, the sofa further includes a seat cushion 4 configured to support the buttocks of the user, and a rotation mechanism is further provided at the bottom end of the cushion 3, so that the cushion 3 can rotate back and forth relative to the seat cushion 4.
In this embodiment, by rotating the back cushion 3 back and forth, the back cushion 3 can be adjusted to fit the back of the user no matter the user is in an sitting posture or a lying posture, providing reliable support, and making the practicability better. The rotation mechanism of the cushion 3 is a common mechanism in the existing sofa, and in this embodiment, the description is not repeated.
