A reading support device comprises a panel 1, a support seat 2, an angle locking assembly, an extension tube 12 and a rotating shaft 4, wherein the panel 1 is suitable for containing a knowledge carrier, the support seat 2 is suitable for being installed on a tabletop for use, the panel 1 and the support seat 2 are in rotating connection with the rotating shaft 4 through a hinge block 21 and a hinge seat 11, the angle locking assembly is connected with the hinge seat 11 and the hinge block 21 and is suitable for maintaining an included angle between the panel 1 and the support seat 2, the extension tube 12 extends from the hinge seat 11 to the side far away from the hinge block 21, and the rotating shaft 4 penetrates through the extension tube 12.
Further, the hinge base 11 includes at least two hinge arms 111 and hinge grooves 115 between the hinge arms 111, the hinge blocks 21 are connected to the hinge grooves 115, and/or guard plates 112, both ends of the guard plates 112 are connected to the hinge arms 111, respectively.
Further, the hinge arm 111 is provided with a mounting guide groove 114, and the support base 2 is provided with a guide block 211, which is engaged with the mounting guide groove 114.
Further, the installation guide groove 114 includes a guide section 1141 and a limit section 1142, the extension tube 12 is connected to the limit section 1142, the guide block 211 is in a shape of a truncated cone, and the shape of the limit section 1142 is adapted to the shape of the guide block 211.
Further, the angle locking assembly comprises an angle locking member 31 movably arranged, a first locking portion 116 positioned on the hinge seat 11, a second locking portion 212 positioned on the hinge block 21, and the first locking portion 116, the second locking portion 212 and the angle locking member 31 cooperate to limit the panel 1 and the support seat 2 to rotate.
Further, the hinge seat 11 is provided with a receiving groove 113, an opening of the receiving groove 113 faces away from the supporting seat 2, the extension tube 12 protrudes from a bottom wall of the receiving groove 113, and the rotating shaft 4 and/or the angle lock 31 are/is inserted into the extension tube 12.
Further, the angle locking assembly further comprises an operating member 32 adapted to separate the angle lock 31 from the first locking portion 116, wherein the operating member 32 and/or the angle lock 31 may be received in the receiving groove 113.
Further, the angle lock member 31 is provided with a lock tooth 311, and the first lock portion 116 is provided with a fixing tooth engaged with the lock tooth 311.
Further, the angle locking assembly further comprises an elastic member adapted to lock the angle locking member 31 and the locking portion, and the operating member 32 and the angle locking member 31 are respectively fixed to two ends of the rotating shaft 4.
Further, the support base 2 comprises a middle rod 22, a first support leg 23 and a second support leg 24, the hinge block 21 is connected with one end of the middle rod 22, the first support leg 23 is connected with the other end of the middle rod 22, and the second support leg 24 is connected with one side of the first support leg 23, which is opposite to the middle rod 22, so that the first support leg 23 and the second support leg 24 have a first use state of being close to each other and being attached to each other, and a second use state of being open at a certain included angle is formed between the first support leg and the second support leg.
According to the reading support device, the hinge block and the hinge seat are in rotary connection with the rotating shaft, and the contact area between the reading support device and the rotating shaft is increased through the extension tube of the hinge seat, so that the technical problem that the panel is easy to shake is solved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more clear, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the examples and the accompanying drawings.

Examples
As shown in figures 1-5, the preferred embodiment of the reading support device provided by the invention comprises a panel 1, a support seat 2, an angle locking assembly, an extension tube 12 and an extension tube 12, wherein the panel 1 is suitable for containing a knowledge carrier, such as books, electronic flat plates, mobile phones and other objects recorded with learning data, the support seat 2 is suitable for being installed on a tabletop for use, the panel 1 and the support seat 2 are in rotary connection with a rotary shaft 4 through a hinge block 21 and a hinge seat 11, the angle locking assembly is connected with the hinge seat 11 and the hinge block 21 and is suitable for maintaining an included angle between the panel 1 and the support seat 2, the extension tube 12 extends from the hinge seat 11 to the side far away from the hinge block 21, and the rotary shaft 4 is penetrated in the extension tube 12. In this embodiment, preferably, the hinge seat 11 is disposed on the back of the panel 1, the hinge block 21 is disposed on the top end of the supporting seat 2, and the rotating shaft 4 sequentially penetrates through and is inserted into the hinge seat 11 and the hinge block 21 to realize the hinge between the panel 1 and the supporting seat 2, and in other embodiments, the hinge seat 11 may be disposed on the top of the supporting seat 2, and the hinge block 21 may be disposed on the back of the panel 1.
Specifically, the hinge base 11 includes at least two hinge arms 111 and a hinge groove 115 between the hinge arms 111, and the hinge block 21 is connected to the hinge groove 115. In the present embodiment, the hinge base 11 has two hinge arms 111 provided on the left and right sides, respectively, and a hinge groove 115 is formed between the two hinge arms 111, and the hinge block 21 is rotatably provided in the hinge groove 115 through the rotation shaft 4.
The hinge arms 111 are provided with hinge holes and the extension tube 12 is located on the side of the hinge arms 111 facing away from the hinge block 21. In this embodiment, the extension tube 12 is provided only in one of the hinge arms 111, and the hinge shaft 4 sequentially connects the hinge arm 111, the hinge block 21, the other hinge arm 111, and the extension tube 12 together from the hinge hole of one of the hinge arms 111 in series to form a hinge structure.
Further, the hinge seat 11 further comprises a guard plate 112, and two ends of the guard plate 112 are respectively connected with a hinge arm 111, so that the structural strength of the hinge seat 11 is increased, and the shaking of the panel 1 is further reduced.
Furthermore, the hinge arm 111 is provided with a mounting guide groove 114 positioned at the inner side of the hinge arm 111, namely at the side close to the hinge block 21, and the supporting seat 2 is provided with a guide block 211 matched with the mounting guide groove 114, so that the hinge arm 111 and the hinge block 21 can be mounted without manual alignment to realize alignment-free mounting, thereby improving the mounting efficiency. In other embodiments, as an equivalent solution, the mounting channel 114 may be provided on the hinge block 21 and the guide block 211 on the hinge arm 111.
The installation guide groove 114 specifically comprises a guide section 1141 and a limit section 1142, the limit section 1142 is arranged at the tail end of the installation guide groove 114, the extension tube 12 is communicated with the limit section 1142, the guide block 211 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the shape of the limit section 1142 is matched with that of the guide block 211. When the guiding section 1141 is used for guiding the hinge block 21 to be connected to the hinge seat 11, one of the limiting sections 1142 is used for limiting the guiding block 211 to move further to the hinge seat 11, so that an installer perceives that the holes of the rotating shafts 4 aligned with the hinge block 21 and the hinge seat 11 are aligned, and the other is used for matching with the guiding block 211, thereby further improving the shaking problem of the panel 1.
The angle locking assembly comprises an angle locking piece 31 which is movably arranged and is connected with the rotating shaft 4, a first locking part 116 which is positioned on the hinging seat 11, a second locking part 212 which is arranged on the hinging block 21, and the first locking part 116, the second locking part 212 and the angle locking piece 31 which are used together to limit the rotating shaft 4 and/or the supporting seat 2 to rotate. For example, in some embodiments, the first locking portion 116 and the second locking portion 212 are each opened with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves, such as a "m" shape, and the angle locking member 31 is inserted into the first locking portion 116 and the second locking portion 212 at the same time, so as to lock the inclination angle of the panel 1.
The hinge seat 11 is provided with a containing groove 113, an opening of the containing groove 113 faces away from the supporting seat 2, the extension tube 12 protrudes from the bottom wall of the containing groove 113, the angle locking assembly further comprises an operating piece 32 which is suitable for separating the angle locking piece 31 from the locking part, the operating piece 32 or the angle locking piece 31 can be contained in the containing groove 113, the operating piece 32 and/or the angle locking piece 31 can be limited, and the attractive appearance of a product can be further improved.
The two articulated arms 111 are provided with a containing groove 113 and an extension tube 12, and the rotating shaft (4) and/or the angle lock piece are arranged in the extension tube (12) in a penetrating way.
In this embodiment, the direction shown in fig. 3 is taken as the coordinate direction, a left accommodating groove 113 is formed in the left hinge arm 111, the operating member 32 can be accommodated in the left accommodating groove 113, the left accommodating groove 113 is connected with the rotating shaft 4 penetrating the left extension tube 12, a right accommodating groove 113 and the right extension tube 12 are formed in the right hinge arm 111, the angle locking member 31 is fixed on the rotating shaft 4, and the angle locking member 31 is penetrated in the right extension tube 12.
The right hinge arm 111 is provided with a first locking part 116, the hinge block 21 is provided with a second locking part 212, the angle locking piece 31 is connected with one end far away from the operating piece 32, the angle locking piece 31 is respectively provided with a structure matched with the first locking part 116 and the second locking part 212, when the angle is required to be adjusted, the operating piece 32 is pressed to drive the rotating shaft 4 to push the angle locking piece 31 outwards, so that the angle locking piece 31 is separated from the first locking part 116, and then the panel 1 is rotated, so that the inclination angle of the panel 1 can be adjusted. In other embodiments, the operating member 32 is integrally formed with the angle lock member 31, and the operating member 32 has an outwardly extending handle by which the angle lock member 31 is inserted into the first locking portion 116 or separated from the first locking portion 116 to lock or unlock the tilt angle of the panel 1.
Because the existence of holding tank 113 for the hinge hole degree of depth of articulated arm 111 is shallower, and is little with pivot 4 contact surface, panel 1 atress easily produces and rocks, consequently, set up extension pipe 12 in holding tank 113, can increase the area of contact with pivot 4, promote structural stability, reduce the bad use experience that reading panel 1 can rock.
The angle lock 31 is provided with lock teeth 311, and the first lock portion 116 is provided with fixed teeth engaged with the lock. In this embodiment, a plurality of locking teeth 311 are disposed on a side of the angle locking member 31 adjacent to the hinge block 21 to form a locking fluted disc, and a plurality of fixing teeth are disposed on the first locking portion 116 in a ring shape, so that the angle locking member 31 can still be easily engaged into the first locking portion 116 after the hinge arm 111 rotates with the panel 1.
In this embodiment, the second locking portion 212 is preferably a limiting groove provided on the hinge block 21, and the limiting stand 312 is provided on the angle lock 31 and located on a side of the first locking portion 116 near the hinge block 21.
The angle locking assembly further comprises an elastic member (not shown) adapted to keep the angle locking member 31 locked with the locking portion, and an operating member 32 and the angle locking member 31 respectively fixed to both ends of the rotation shaft 4. In this embodiment, the elastic member is preferably a compression spring, and is disposed between the angle locking member 31 and the right hinge arm 111, two ends of the rotating shaft 4 are respectively fixedly connected with the angle locking member 31 and the operating member 32, and pressing the operating member 32 drives the angle locking member 31 to separate from the first locking portion 116, and compresses the compression spring, after the panel 1 is rotated for a good angle, the external force applied to the operating member 32 is released, the compression spring releases potential energy, so that the angle locking member 31 is reengaged to the first locking portion 116, and under the combined action of the angle locking member 31, the first locking portion 116 and the second locking portion 212, the inclination angle of the panel 1 is maintained.
In this embodiment, the support base 2 includes a middle rod 22, a hinge block 21 is disposed at the top end of the middle rod 22, a first support leg 23 and a second support leg 24 are connected to the bottom end of the middle rod 22, the first support leg 23 is connected to the middle rod 22, preferably, the first support leg 23 and the middle rod 22 are integrally formed, and the second support leg 24 is rotatably connected to the outer side of the first support leg 23, i.e. the side far away from the middle rod 22, so that the support base 2 has two use states, i.e. a first use state in which the first support leg 23 and the second support leg 24 are folded together, and a second use state in which the first support leg 23 and the second support leg 24 form an angle, and the second use state preferably includes an angle between the first support leg 23 and the second support leg 24 of 90 degrees, so that the support base 2 forms a cross support bracket.
According to the reading support device, the hinging block and the hinging seat are rotatably connected with the rotating shaft, and the contact area between the hinging seat and the rotating shaft is increased through the extension tube of the hinging seat, so that the technical problem that the panel is easy to shake is solved, a reading angle is more suitable for a user, the forward leaning of the upper body or the wrong sitting posture of the lower head is reduced, the user can maintain a comfortable and healthy good sitting posture for a long time more easily, the eyesight and cervical vertebra are reduced, and diseases such as myopia, humpback and spinal curvature are effectively prevented.
