Technical Field
The invention relates to the tobacco production industry, in particular to a novel guide rail adjusting device for accurately controlling the tobacco shred conveying amount of a tobacco shred suction belt of a cigarette making machine in the production of cigarettes.
Background
The weight of cigarettes is one of key indexes of the quality of cigarettes, and the cigarettes which are too light and too heavy are removed as waste products, so that the weight control of the cigarettes is particularly important in the feeding and forming process of a cigarette making machine, the existing cigarette making machine equipment such as ZJ17, ZJ118 and the like mainly controls the weight of the cigarettes through a tobacco shred weight adjusting system, and controls the throughput of the tobacco shreds through controlling the gap between a tobacco suction belt for conveying the tobacco shreds and a leveling disc for trimming the thickness of the tobacco shreds, thereby realizing the weight control of the cigarettes. A front adjusting block and a rear adjusting block are arranged between two sides of the tobacco shred channel and the flattening disc, the two adjusting blocks are used for preventing lateral leakage of tobacco shreds, and the distance between the flattening disc and the tobacco suction belt is required to be changed along with the change of the tobacco shreds, so that the height and the size of the front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block are required to be changed along with the change of the tobacco shreds. The height dimensions of the front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block on the existing equipment are designed into three specifications and are used for meeting the change of the distance between the leveling disc and the silk suction belt. The adjustment mode has troublesome specification replacement and low satisfaction, and cannot realize stepless adjustment of the height, so that the supply amount of the tobacco shreds cannot be accurately controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical purpose of the invention is to provide an adjustable front adjusting block and a rear adjusting block in a cutter guide rail component of a tobacco shred conveying channel of a cigarette making machine, thereby meeting the requirement of distance change between a flattening disc and a tobacco shred suction belt, avoiding the trouble of replacing a specification piece in the mode, realizing stepless adjustment of the distance change between the tobacco shred suction belt and the flattening disc, and accurately controlling the supply quantity of tobacco shreds.
The invention adopts the following scheme:
A novel guide rail adjusting device comprises a front adjusting block, a rear adjusting block, a connecting block, a support, a nut plate, adjusting screws, a scale plate, a sliding block and a sliding block fixing block, wherein two ends of the connecting block are respectively connected with the support, the front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block, the support is fixed on a small wallboard provided with a thread suction belt transmission device in a cigarette machine, the sliding block is connected with the sliding block fixing block and is fixed on a riving knife guide rail for controlling the movement direction of the thread suction belt in the cigarette machine, the scale plate and the adjusting screws are fixed on the support, the sliding block between the front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block is connected with the sliding block fixing block and is fixed on a base of the riving knife guide rail, and the support provided with the scale plate and the adjusting screws is fixed on a small wallboard of equipment. The front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block are driven to move up and down by rotating the adjusting screw, so that the distance change between the leveling disc and the thread suction belt is met, and the supply quantity of cut tobacco is accurately controlled.

The adjusting screw and the scale plate are fixed on the bracket. The flange of adjusting screw imbeds in the connecting block recess, and rotatory adjusting screw can drive the connecting block up-and-down motion, has the scale mark on the connecting block, and the scale mark on the scale plate corresponds with the scale mark on the connecting block, can read out the concrete data of adjusting from top to bottom.
The bottom surfaces of the sliding block, the sliding block fixing block and the connecting block are made into hollow structures and are used for ensuring that enough negative pressure is generated to adsorb tobacco shreds through the device.
The front adjusting block and the rear adjusting block are fixed on the connecting block through the nut plates, are assembled on the sliding block and are in sliding fit with the sliding block, the bottom surface of the sliding block is used for supporting the silk suction belt, and the side surface of the sliding block plays a role in positioning and guiding, so that the adjusting block moves up and down stably.
The connecting block is designed with a convex dovetail, the bracket is designed with a concave dovetail, and the convex dovetail of the connecting block can slide in the concave dovetail of the bracket.
The tobacco shred sucking belt is of a net-shaped belt-shaped structure, tobacco shreds are adsorbed on the tobacco sucking belt under the action of negative pressure and conveyed to a required position, and the guide rail is fixed on an air chamber of the cigarette making machine and is a conveying channel of the tobacco shreds.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. The invention skillfully converts the spiral motion of the adjusting screw into the linear motion of the connecting block, thereby driving the front and back adjusting block to move up and down.
2. The invention realizes stepless adjustment of the height of the adjusting block, and can accurately adjust the clearance value between the adjusting block and the leveling disc of the equipment, thereby accurately controlling the conveying amount of tobacco shreds.

5. The invention can provide the adaptability of the device to the tobacco shred structure.
6. The invention can be popularized and applied to medium-high speed cigarette making machines such as ZJ17, ZJ118, ZJ116 and the like.

The novel guide rail adjusting device mainly comprises a front adjusting block 1, a rear adjusting block 2, a connecting block 3, a bracket 4, a nut plate 5, an adjusting screw 6, a scale plate 7, a sliding block 8 and a sliding block fixing block 9.
As shown in fig. 2, the overall structure of the novel guide rail adjusting device of the present invention is shown in front view.

The novel guide rail adjusting device mainly comprises a front adjusting block 1, a rear adjusting block 2, a connecting block 3, a bracket 4, a nut plate 5, an adjusting screw 6, a scale plate 7, a sliding block 8 and a sliding block fixing block 9.
The two ends of the connecting block 3 are respectively connected with a bracket 4, a front adjusting block 1 and a rear adjusting block 2, the bracket 4 is fixed on a small wallboard provided with a thread sucking belt transmission device in a cigarette making machine, a sliding block 8 is connected with a sliding block fixing block 9 and is fixed on a riving knife guide rail for controlling the movement direction of the thread sucking belt in the cigarette making machine, a scale plate 7 and an adjusting screw 6 are fixed on the bracket 4, the sliding block 8 between the front adjusting block 1 and the rear adjusting block 2 is connected with the sliding block fixing block 9 and is fixed on a stand of the riving knife guide rail, and the bracket 4 provided with the scale plate 7 and the adjusting screw 6 is fixed on a small wallboard of equipment. The front adjusting block 1 and the rear adjusting block 2 are driven to move up and down by rotating the adjusting screw 6, so that the distance change between the leveling disc and the thread suction belt is met, and the supply amount of cut tobacco is accurately controlled.

The adjusting screw 6 and the scale plate 7 are fixed on the bracket 4. The flange of the adjusting screw 6 is embedded into the groove of the connecting block 3, the adjusting screw 6 is rotated, the connecting block 3 can be driven to move up and down, the connecting block 3 is provided with scale marks, the scale marks on the scale plate 7 correspond to the scale marks on the connecting block, and the specific data of up-and-down adjustment can be read.
The bottom surfaces of the sliding block 8, the sliding block fixing block 9 and the connecting block 3 are made into hollow structures and are used for ensuring that enough negative pressure is used for adsorbing tobacco shreds through the device.
The front adjusting block 1, the rear adjusting block 2, the connecting block 3 and the nut plate 5 are sleeved on the sliding block 8, the front adjusting block 1 and the rear adjusting block 2 are fixed on the connecting block 3 through the nut plate 5 and assembled on the sliding block 8 to be in sliding fit with the sliding block 8, the bottom surface of the sliding block 8 is used for supporting a silk suction belt, the side surface of the sliding block 8 plays a role in positioning and guiding, and the front adjusting block 1 and the rear adjusting block 2 are ensured to move stably up and down. The front adjusting block 1, the rear adjusting block 2 and the slide block 8 in this embodiment are made of wear-resistant cemented carbide materials.
The connecting block 3 is designed with a convex dovetail, the bracket 4 is designed with a concave dovetail, the convex dovetail of the connecting block 3 can slide in the concave dovetail of the bracket 4, and the dovetail eliminates the left-right and front-back swinging of the connecting block 3.
The tobacco shred sucking belt is of a net-shaped belt-shaped structure, tobacco shreds are adsorbed on the tobacco sucking belt under the action of negative pressure and conveyed to a required position, and the guide rail is fixed on an air chamber of the cigarette making machine and is a conveying channel of the tobacco shreds.
