Abstract
The industrial camera comprises a lens assembly, a shell, a circuit board assembly and an interface assembly, wherein the shell is arranged on one side of the lens assembly, the circuit board assembly comprises a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a third circuit board, a first bending circuit board and a second bending circuit board, the first circuit board, the second circuit board and the third circuit board are arranged at intervals and in parallel, the second circuit board is positioned between the first circuit board and the third circuit board, the first circuit board is electrically connected with the lens assembly, two ends of the first bending circuit board are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board and the second circuit board, two ends of the second bending circuit board are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board and the third circuit board, and the interface assembly is arranged on the shell and is electrically connected with the third circuit board. The industrial camera can increase the area of the circuit board assembly for processing the electric signals sent by the lens assembly, and the positions of the first circuit board, the second circuit board and the third circuit board can be reasonably arranged, so that the structural layout in the industrial camera is compact, and the size of the industrial camera is reduced.

In some embodiments, the interface assembly further includes a trigger seat penetrating through a surface of the housing, the circuit board assembly further includes a fifth circuit board and a fourth bending circuit board, the fifth circuit board is located on a side of the third circuit board facing away from the second circuit board, the fifth circuit board is electrically connected with the trigger seat, and two ends of the fourth bending circuit board are electrically connected with the fourth circuit board and the fifth circuit board respectively.
By arranging the fourth bending circuit board, the inner space of the shell can be reasonably utilized to arrange the positions of the fifth circuit board and the third circuit board, and the structural layout in the industrial camera is compact.
In some embodiments, the fifth circuit board is disposed parallel to the first circuit board, the second circuit board, and the third circuit board, respectively.
Therefore, the space occupied by the first circuit board, the second circuit board, the third circuit board and the fifth circuit board can be greatly compressed, and the structural layout in the industrial camera is compact.

Therefore, the heat generated by the chip circuit board can be conducted out through the heat dissipation piece, and the heat dissipation performance of the industrial camera is improved.
In some embodiments, the lens assembly further includes an isolation circuit board disposed between and connected to the chip circuit board for isolating signals between the chip circuit board and the first circuit board.
Therefore, by arranging the isolation circuit board, power supply crosstalk and radiation crosstalk during the operation of the chip circuit board can be avoided.

Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are exemplary only for explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present application provides an industrial camera 100, which is applied to the fields of machine vision, industrial control scanning, smart home, monitoring security, etc., and the industrial camera 100 comprises a lens assembly 10, a housing 20, a circuit board assembly 30 and an interface assembly 40.
Referring to fig. 3, the housing 20 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped structure. The housing 20 includes a frame 21 and a base 22, the frame 21 is connected with the base 22, an accommodating cavity 23 is provided at one end of the frame 21, the housing 20 is disposed at one side of the lens assembly 10, and one end of the housing 20 provided with the accommodating cavity 23 is connected with the lens assembly 10. The circuit board assembly 30 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 23 of the housing 20, the circuit board assembly 30 includes a first circuit board 31, a second circuit board 32, a third circuit board 33, a first bending circuit board 34 and a second bending circuit board 35, where the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33 are spaced and arranged in parallel, the second circuit board 32 is disposed between the first circuit board 31 and the third circuit board 33, the first circuit board 31 is electrically connected with the lens assembly 10, two ends of the first bending circuit board 34 are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board 31 and the second circuit board 32, and two ends of the second bending circuit board 35 are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board 31 and the third circuit board 33. The interface assembly 40 is disposed on the housing 20 and penetrates through a surface of the housing 20, and the interface assembly 40 is electrically connected to the third circuit board 33.
In the present embodiment, the first bending circuit board 34 and the second bending circuit board 35 are flexible circuit boards, so that the position restriction among the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33 is eliminated by the flexible circuit boards, the structural design of the industrial camera 100 is simplified, and the positions of the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33 are reasonably arranged. Of course, in other embodiments, the first and second flex circuit boards 34, 35 may be implemented as, but are not limited to, other types of flex circuit boards such as pin headers and the like.
In some embodiments, the interface assembly 40 includes a network connector 41 penetrating a surface of the housing 20, the circuit board assembly 30 further includes a fourth circuit board 36 and a third bending circuit board 37, the fourth circuit board 36 is located on a side of the third circuit board 33 facing away from the second circuit board 32, the fourth circuit board 36 is electrically connected with the network connector 41, and two ends of the third bending circuit board 37 are electrically connected with the third circuit board 33 and the fourth circuit board 36, respectively. By providing the third bending wiring board 37, the internal space of the housing 20 can be reasonably utilized to arrange the positions of the fourth wiring board 36 and the third wiring board 33, and the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 can be made compact. In the present embodiment, the network connector 41 is the RJ45 connector 13.
In some embodiments, the interface assembly 40 further includes a trigger seat 42 penetrating a surface of the housing 20, the circuit board assembly 30 further includes a fifth circuit board 38 and a fourth bending circuit board 39, the fifth circuit board 38 is located on a side of the third circuit board 33 facing away from the second circuit board 32, the fifth circuit board 38 is located on a side of the fourth circuit board 36, the fifth circuit board 38 is electrically connected with the trigger seat 42, and two ends of the fourth bending circuit board 39 are electrically connected with the fourth circuit board 36 and the fifth circuit board 38, respectively. By providing the trigger seat 42, various external electric circuits such as power supply can be connected, and by providing the fourth bending circuit board 39, the internal space of the housing 20 can be reasonably utilized to arrange the fifth circuit board 38 and the third circuit board 33, so that the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 is compact. In this embodiment, the trigger pad 42 may be a 6 pin aviation plug.
The first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32, the third circuit board 33, the fourth circuit board 36 and the fifth circuit board 38 are all provided with electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, etc., which are not described herein.
In some embodiments, the fifth circuit board 38 is spaced apart from and parallel to the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32, and the third circuit board 33, respectively. In this way, the space occupied by the first wiring board 31, the second wiring board 32, the third wiring board 33, and the fifth wiring board 38 can be greatly compressed, and the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 can be made compact.
In some embodiments, the fourth circuit board 36 is disposed perpendicular to the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32, the third circuit board 33 and the fifth circuit board 38, respectively. In this way, the positions of the first wiring board 31, the second wiring board 32, the third wiring board 33, the fourth wiring board 36, and the fifth wiring board 38 can be appropriately arranged, and the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 can be made compact.
In some embodiments, the network connector 41 is disposed on a side of the fourth wiring board 36 facing away from the fifth wiring board 38. In this way, the positions of the network connector 41, the trigger holder 42, the fourth wiring board 36, and the fifth wiring board 38 can be appropriately arranged, and the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 can be made compact.
In some embodiments, the industrial camera 100 further includes a clamping assembly 50, the clamping assembly 50 includes a fixing frame 51 and a plurality of clamping members 52, the fixing frame 51 is disposed on an inner side wall of the housing 20, and the plurality of clamping members 52 are disposed on the fixing frame 51 and respectively clamped with the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33.
The number of the clamping members 52 is three, each clamping member 52 is provided with a clamping groove 521, and the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33 are respectively clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves 521. In this way, the plurality of holders 52 fix the first wiring board 31, the second wiring board 32, and the third wiring board 33, respectively, so that the stability of the positions of the first wiring board 31, the second wiring board 32, and the third wiring board 33 in the housing 20 can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the lens assembly 10 includes a lens 11, a chip circuit board 12 and a connector 13, the lens 11 is connected with the housing 20 and disposed opposite to the chip circuit board 12, the chip circuit board 12 is disposed in the housing 20 and connected with the housing 20, and the connector 13 is disposed between the chip circuit board 12 and the first circuit board 31 and electrically connected with the chip circuit board 12 and the first circuit board 31, respectively. In this way, by providing the connector 13, the chip circuit board 12 can be caused to transmit image information to the first wiring board 31 for data processing.
In some embodiments, the lens assembly 10 further includes a heat dissipation element 14, where the heat dissipation element 14 is disposed on a side of the chip circuit board 12 facing away from the first circuit board 31, for dissipating heat from the chip circuit board 12 during operation. Thus, by providing the heat sink 14, heat generated by the chip circuit board 12 can be conducted away, thereby improving heat dissipation performance of the industrial camera 100. The heat dissipation element 14 is a sheet structure, and the heat dissipation element 14 may be, but not limited to, made of a material such as a graphite sheet, a heat conductive adhesive, a copper sheet or other materials with good heat dissipation performance, so long as the heat dissipation performance of the chip circuit board 12 can be improved, which will not be described again. Wherein the heat sink 14 may be correspondingly secured to the chip circuit board 12 by, but not limited to, fitting or gluing.
In some embodiments, the lens assembly 10 further includes an isolation circuit board 15, where the isolation circuit board 15 is disposed between the chip circuit board 12 and the first circuit board 31 and is connected to the chip circuit board 12 for isolating signals between the chip circuit board 12 and the first circuit board 31. In this embodiment, the isolation circuit board 15 is electrically connected to the chip circuit board 12 through the flexible circuit board, and the filtering and resonant networks are disposed on the isolation circuit board 15, so that by disposing the isolation circuit board 15, power crosstalk and radiation crosstalk during operation of the chip circuit board 12 can be avoided, thereby reducing electromagnetic interference.
The lens assembly 10 further includes a filter, a photosensitive chip, and the like, and is not described herein.
In the industrial camera 100, the circuit board assembly 30 is divided into a plurality of circuit boards, namely, the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32, the third circuit board 33, the first bending circuit board 34 and the second bending circuit board 35, so that the area of the circuit board for processing the electric signals transmitted by the lens assembly 10 by the circuit board assembly 30 can be increased, the first circuit board 31 and the second circuit board 32 are respectively electrically connected to the two ends of the first bending circuit board 34, the first circuit board 31 and the third circuit board 33 are respectively electrically connected to the two ends of the second bending circuit board 35, the positions of the first circuit board 31, the second circuit board 32 and the third circuit board 33 can be reasonably arranged, the internal space of the housing 20 is reasonably utilized, the structural layout in the industrial camera 100 is compact, and the size of the industrial camera 100 is reduced.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solution of the present application and not for limiting the same, and although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications and equivalents may be made to the technical solution of the present application without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. An industrial camera, comprising:
a lens assembly;

The circuit board assembly is arranged in the shell and comprises a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a third circuit board, a first bending circuit board and a second bending circuit board, wherein the first circuit board, the second circuit board and the third circuit board are arranged at intervals and in parallel, the second circuit board is positioned between the first circuit board and the third circuit board, the first circuit board is electrically connected with the lens assembly, two ends of the first bending circuit board are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board and the second circuit board, and two ends of the second bending circuit board are respectively electrically connected with the first circuit board and the third circuit board;
The interface component is arranged on the shell and penetrates through one surface of the shell, and the interface component is electrically connected with the third circuit board.

The industrial camera of claim 1, wherein the interface assembly includes a network connector extending through a surface of the housing, the circuit board assembly further includes a fourth circuit board and a third flex circuit board, the fourth circuit board is located on a side of the third circuit board facing away from the second circuit board, the fourth circuit board is electrically connected to the network connector, and two ends of the third flex circuit board are electrically connected to the third circuit board and the fourth circuit board, respectively.

The industrial camera of claim 2, wherein the interface assembly further comprises a trigger seat extending through a surface of the housing, the circuit board assembly further comprises a fifth circuit board and a fourth bent circuit board, the fifth circuit board is located on a side of the third circuit board facing away from the second circuit board, the fifth circuit board is located on a side of the fourth circuit board, the fifth circuit board is electrically connected with the trigger seat, and two ends of the fourth bent circuit board are electrically connected with the fourth circuit board and the fifth circuit board, respectively.
4. The industrial camera of claim 3, wherein the fifth circuit board is spaced apart from and disposed in parallel with the first circuit board, the second circuit board, and the third circuit board.
5. The industrial camera of claim 4, wherein the fourth circuit board is disposed perpendicular to the first circuit board, the second circuit board, the third circuit board, and the fifth circuit board, respectively.
6. The industrial camera of claim 5, wherein the network connector is disposed on a side of the fourth circuit board facing away from the fifth circuit board.
7. The industrial camera of claim 1, further comprising a clamping assembly, wherein the clamping assembly comprises a fixing frame and a plurality of clamping members, the fixing frame is disposed on an inner side wall of the housing, and the plurality of clamping members are disposed on the fixing frame and are respectively clamped with the first circuit board, the second circuit board and the third circuit board.
8. The industrial camera of claim 3, wherein the lens assembly comprises a lens, a chip circuit board and a connector, the lens is connected with the housing and disposed opposite the chip circuit board, the chip circuit board is disposed within the housing and connected with the housing, and the connector is disposed between the chip circuit board and the first circuit board and electrically connected with the chip circuit board and the first circuit board, respectively.
9. The industrial camera of claim 8, wherein the lens assembly further comprises a heat sink disposed on a side of the chip circuit board facing away from the first circuit board for dissipating heat from the chip circuit board.
10. The industrial camera of claim 8, wherein the lens assembly further comprises an isolation circuit board disposed between and connected to the chip circuit board for isolating signals between the chip circuit board and the first circuit board.
