Background
A dishwasher is a device for automatically washing dishes. The inside drying device that is equipped with of dish washer, dish washer wash the back to the tableware, start drying device and discharge outside after turning into vapor with the residual water stain on the tableware. However, the existing drying device has poor drying effect, resulting in a dish washer requiring a long time to dry tableware.
The structure of the product can refer to a dish washer disclosed in CN219048304U, which comprises a main body and a heat dissipating device, wherein a washing cavity is formed in the main body, the heat dissipating device is arranged at the top of the main body, the heat dissipating device comprises a supporting member and a heat dissipating fan, the supporting member comprises an upper cover and a base which are connected, the heat dissipating fan is arranged between the upper cover and the base, and wind blown by the heat dissipating fan can enter the washing cavity.
The air blower in the structure can not adjust the air blowing angle, so that the problem that different parts of the dishes can not be dried is solved.
Therefore, there is a need for a washing and drying integrated kitchen dishwasher that ensures a drying effect.

In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the background art, some embodiments of the application provide a washing and drying integrated kitchen dish washer, which comprises a machine shell, a placing plate, a bowl rack, a water spray head, a connector, a hot air blower, a drying assembly and a deflection plate, wherein the placing plate is arranged in the machine shell, the bowl rack is fixedly arranged above the placing plate, the water spray head is fixedly arranged in the machine shell and is positioned above the bowl rack, the connector is arranged on the machine shell, the water spray head is connected to the connector, the hot air blower is arranged at the upper end of the machine shell and is used for drying, the drying assembly is arranged in the machine shell and is used for adjusting the drying wind direction and guaranteeing the drying effect, the drying assembly comprises a fixing frame fixedly arranged in the machine shell, the fixing frame is positioned at an air outlet of the hot air blower, and the deflection plate is provided with a plurality of groups and is rotatably arranged on the fixing frame.
Further, a rotating rod is fixedly arranged at one end of the deflection plate, and a belt is sleeved between the rotating rods.
Further, a driving motor is fixedly arranged on the shell, and the output end of the driving motor is fixedly connected with one of the rotating rods.
Further, the left end and the right end of the placing plate are provided with sliding grooves extending in the front-back direction, and the left side and the right side of the placing plate are provided with adjusting components.

The adjusting assembly further comprises a second shaft sleeve, a second threaded rod and a second shaft sleeve, wherein the second shaft sleeve is rotatably arranged on the side face of the placing plate, the second threaded rod is vertically and rotatably arranged in the machine shell, and the second shaft sleeve is sleeved on the second threaded rod and is in threaded connection with the second threaded rod.
Further, the adjusting assembly further comprises a first motor and a second motor which are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the shell, wherein the output end of the first motor is fixedly connected with the first threaded rod, and the output end of the second motor is fixedly connected with the second threaded rod.
Further, a collecting groove positioned at the lower side of the placing plate is arranged in the machine shell.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the integrated kitchen dish washer comprises a machine shell 100, a placing plate 111, a bowl frame 121, a water spray head 109, a connector 110 and a hot air blower 102, wherein a front cover 101 is hinged to the front side of the machine shell 100, the placing plate 111 is arranged in the machine shell 100, and a plurality of water leakage holes 120 are formed in the placing plate 111. The bowl rack 121 is fixedly provided on the placing plate 111, and the placing plate 111 is used for placing dishes. The sprinkler bead 109 is fixedly disposed in the housing 100 and provided with a plurality of water outlets above the chute 112 for spraying water to clean the dishes. Meanwhile, a connector 110 is provided on the housing 100 for connecting an external water pipe, and the sprinkler head 109 is connected to the connector 110. The two air heaters 102 are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the machine shell 100 and are used for blowing hot air into the machine shell 100 to dry dishes. The casing 100 is fixedly provided with a fixing frame 103, a plurality of deflection plates 107 are rotatably provided on the fixing frame 103, and the deflection plates 107 divide the fixing frame 103 into a plurality of vertically penetrating spaces. One end of the deflection plate 107 is fixedly provided with a rotating rod 105, the axis of the rotating rod 105 coincides with the rotating axis of the deflection plate 107, the rotating rod 105 penetrates through the fixed frame 103 and is in rotating fit with the fixed frame 103, anti-slip insections are arranged on the surface of the rotating rod 105, a belt 106 is sleeved between the rotating rods 105, and the belt 106 is sleeved on all the rotating rods 105. The belt 106 is provided with anti-skidding insection with dwang 105 contact one side the same, is provided with driving motor 104 on the casing 100 lateral wall fixedly, and driving motor 104 output and one of them dwang 105 fixed connection.
The left side and the right side of the placing plate 111 are respectively provided with a sliding groove 112 extending in the front-rear direction, the left side and the right side of the placing plate 111 are respectively provided with an adjusting assembly, each adjusting assembly comprises a sliding block 114, a first shaft sleeve 113, a first threaded rod 115, a second threaded rod 118, a second shaft sleeve 119, a first motor 116 and a second motor 117, the sliding block 114 is embedded into the sliding groove 112 and is in sliding fit with the sliding groove 112, the first shaft sleeve 113 is in rotating fit with the sliding block 114, and the rotating axis of the first shaft sleeve 113 is horizontally arranged. The first threaded rod 115 vertically rotates in the casing 100, and the first shaft sleeve 113 is sleeved on the first threaded rod 115 and is in threaded engagement with the first threaded rod 115. The second shaft sleeve 119 is rotatably provided on the side of the placement plate 111 on the front side of the first shaft sleeve 113. The second threaded rod 118 vertically rotates within the casing 100, and the second sleeve 119 is sleeved on the second threaded rod 118 and is in threaded engagement with the second threaded rod 118. The output end of the first motor 116 is fixedly connected with the first threaded rod 115, and the output end of the second motor 117 is fixedly connected with the second threaded rod 118. A collecting tank 108 is provided in the cabinet 100 at the lower end of the bowl rack 121 for collecting waste water.
In the working or installation process, dishes are placed on the dish rack 121, water is sprayed through the water spraying head 109 to wash the dishes, at the moment, the first motor 116 and the second motor 117 are started respectively to output power to drive the first threaded rod 115 and the second threaded rod 118 to rotate, the first shaft sleeve 113 and the second shaft sleeve 119 move on the first threaded rod 115 and the second threaded rod 118, the placing plate 111 deflects, water accumulated in the dishes is poured out, meanwhile, the washing angle of the dishes is adjusted, the washing effect is guaranteed, and the second threaded rod 118 collects waste water. After the washing is finished, the power is output through the starting chute 112 to dry the dishes, and similarly, the first motor 116 and the second motor 117 are started to output power, so that the blowing angle of the dishes is adjusted, the placing plate 111 can be moved upwards, the dishes are close to the hot air blower 102, the drying efficiency is ensured, the driving motor 104 is matched to output power, the rotating rod 105 is driven to rotate, the deflection plate 107 is deflected, the blowing wind direction is adjusted, and the drying effect is ensured.
