Air cushion for chair
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an air cushion applied to chairs, armchairs and stools.
Background
The known solution US5243721 [ 2 ] inflatable cushion and air supply with on-off valve comprises a plurality of inflatable segments under a flexible cover, a pump, a plurality of on-off valves, each on-off valve connecting at least one of the inflatable segments.
A disadvantage of the known solutions is that the product cannot be placed on a chair for hip massage when a person is sitting, nor can it be carried for use during travel.
Closest to the solution sought to be protected is RU2697175 [ 1 ] a "vehicle seat" comprising air chambers, a seating portion on the seating material above the seat base, valves and a controller to control the degree of inflation (uninflated, partially inflated, fully inflated) of each air chamber individually, a bypass air intake system comprising a pump and a plurality of air bypass lines.
The device can be seated.
The device has the disadvantage that it cannot be used in daily life, for example, when sitting in front of a computer, it is impossible to locally massage the buttocks area to relieve muscular tension in the buttocks area, resulting in the need for frequent lifting of the body.
Disclosure of utility model
The utility model has the technical effects that when a user sits, especially when the user can sit for a long time and can not stand up for activity, such as sitting on an airplane or a train for a long time, the air cushion can massage the buttocks of the user under the condition that the body posture is not required to be changed, and the muscle tension of the buttocks area is relieved, and frequent body lifting activities are not required, so that the working efficiency is improved.
The technical effect is achieved by the fact that the air cushion comprises an air chamber (a seat part located above a seat base), a valve, a controller (capable of controlling the inflation degree of the air chamber), an air pump and an air pipeline system, and is characterized in that the air chamber is slender and is connected into inflation sections through the air pipeline system, the air chamber of one inflation section is arranged alternately with the air chamber of the other inflation section, each inflation section is pneumatically connected to the outlet of the corresponding valve, the valve is controlled by the controller to alternately inflate and deflate the air chamber, so that pressure waves are generated, and the inlets of all the valves are connected with the outlet of the air pump.

Detailed Description
The air cushion works as follows.
As shown in fig. 1, the first air charging section air chamber 1 is pneumatically connected with the outlet of the first air charging section valve 4. The second air charging section air chamber 2 is pneumatically connected with the outlet of the second air charging section valve 5. The third air chamber 3 is pneumatically connected with the outlet of the third valve 6. The inlets of all valves are connected with the outlet of the air pump 7. An inlet of the air pump is connected to an air inlet (not shown) which may serve as an inlet of the air pump. Air may be expelled from the air chamber by means of an exhaust valve (not shown) or uncontrolled restriction, for example, air chamber materials using breathable materials, or a diaphragm (orifice) may be provided in the air chamber or air passage system (which may be a hose) to expel air. The valves are controlled by a controller (not shown) according to a preset algorithm. For example, the controller may alternately open the valve to create a pressure "wave" to massage the lower part of the buttocks, promote blood flow to the buttocks, or pump air to some of the air chambers as much as possible for a certain period of time, thereby subjecting some areas of the gluteus muscles to pressure, then pump air to other air chambers, deflate the air chambers previously pumped with air, and cause pressure to be transferred to other areas of the gluteus muscles, thereby creating a massage effect, promoting blood flow to the buttocks areas to achieve a relaxing and soothing effect.
The number of inflation segments may be two, three or more to allow the consumer to choose the best regimen for the particular situation.
The air cushion can be made into a rectangular shape, an elliptic shape or a round shape, has a width of not less than 200 mm and not more than 1200 mm, and has a length of not less than 200 mm and not more than 1200 mm. If the seat cushion is smaller than the above-mentioned size, the massage effect may be deteriorated because it cannot completely cover the buttocks of a person sitting. The air cushion with the slender shape and the required size can be conveniently placed on the rear seat of the automobile for a plurality of passengers to use. The air compressor (namely the air pump) of the air cushion can be powered by a battery, a charger, an automobile-mounted USB power supply or an airplane-mounted USB power supply, so that the air cushion can be carried along with the inflatable neck pillow, and is convenient to use in traveling. The air compressor of the air cushion is similar to the air compressor in an automatic pressure gauge. The air compressor has small volume and is convenient to carry. The cushion may be made of a thin, tough rubber material that allows the cushion to be easily folded after deflation and placed into a backpack or travel bag for carrying. The air chamber is slender, so that the massage effect can be enhanced, and meanwhile, the air cushion is convenient to fold and carry. For example, the chamber may be elongate rectangular, the ratio of the length to the width of the chamber being not less than 10:1, preferably the aspect ratio of the chamber being 20:1.
The air cushion has compact structure and wide application, and can be flexibly arranged on the existing chair (such as a chair, an armchair or a stool) of a user, thereby realizing the technical effect of massaging buttocks when the user sits. The massage function is provided, so that the frequency of the user's rising activities can be reduced, and the muscular tension of the buttocks area of the user can be relieved, thereby improving the working efficiency.
Industrial applicability. The cushion may be manufactured using known techniques.
