Abstract

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of electric appliances, and particularly relates to a cleaning base station and a cleaning system.
Background
The existing intelligent cleaning equipment is provided with a cleaning base station, and after the intelligent cleaning equipment returns to the base station, cleaning pieces can be cleaned in a cleaning tray of the base station. However, the dirt after cleaning by the cleaning member is easily remained on the cleaning tank of the cleaning tray, and if not cleaned in time, stubborn stains are formed.

The application provides a cleaning base station and a cleaning system, which aim to solve the technical problem that dirt of a cleaning tray cannot be cleaned in time at present.
In a first aspect of the application, a cleaning base station is provided, which comprises a cleaning tray and scraping cleaning pieces, wherein the scraping cleaning pieces are arranged in the cleaning tray and are used for cleaning the cleaning tray, and each scraping cleaning piece comprises a first connecting piece and two scraping pieces connected with the first connecting piece, and the two scraping pieces are symmetrically arranged.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in accordance with a first aspect of the present application, a cleaning base station 1000 is provided that includes a cleaning tray 20 and a squeegee cleaning member 30. The scraping cleaning member 30 is mounted to the cleaning tray 20 for cleaning the cleaning tray 20. The end of the scraping cleaning member 30 facing the cleaning tray 20 is provided with a plurality of scraping members 301, and the plurality of scraping members 301 are arranged in parallel at intervals.

Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the cleaning member 30 on the transmission device, one of the cleaning member 30 and the transmission device is provided with a buckle 308, the other one is provided with a clamping groove 110, the buckle 308 can be clamped in the clamping groove 110, when the cleaning member 30 is to be disassembled from the transmission device, the buckle 308 is separated from the clamping groove 110, so that the cleaning member 30 can be separated from the transmission device, and when the cleaning member 30 is to be mounted on the transmission device, the buckle 308 is clamped in the clamping groove 110, so that the cleaning member 30 can be connected with the transmission device, thereby reducing the disassembly and assembly difficulty and improving the disassembly and assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments, the scraping cleaning device 30 may be provided with a catch 308, and the transmission may be provided with a catch groove 110. Of course, in other embodiments, the transmission may be provided with a catch 308, and the scraping cleaning element 30 may be provided with a catch recess 110.
In some embodiments, the cleaning tray 20 is provided with the cleaning tank 201, the scraping cleaning member 30 may contact with the bottom wall and/or the side wall of the cleaning tank 201, and the scraping cleaning member 30 can clean the bottom wall and/or the side wall of the cleaning tank 201, so as to improve the cleaning effect of the cleaning tank 201.
In some embodiments, in order to secure the cleaning effect of the cleaning tray 30, the number of the scraping cleaning members 30 is one or more, and the cleaning tray 20 is cleaned by the one or more scraping cleaning members 30.
In some embodiments, when the number of the scraping cleaning elements 30 is plural, the structures of the plurality of scraping cleaning elements 30 are the same, and the cleaning tray 20 has a plurality of mounting positions, wherein any one scraping cleaning element 30 can be mounted at any one of the mounting positions, that is, the components of the plurality of scraping cleaning elements 30 can be interchanged, so that the mounting dislocation is avoided, the replacement mounting can be performed, the fool-proof is realized, and the working efficiency is improved.
Because the scraping and washing member 301 will wear after a period of use, in some embodiments, the scraping and washing cleaning member 30 is detachably connected to the cleaning tray 20, when the scraping and washing cleaning member 30 needs to be replaced or overhauled, the worn or old scraping and washing cleaning member 30 is removed from the cleaning tray 20, and then the overhauled or replaced scraping and washing cleaning member 30 is mounted on the cleaning tray 20, so that the cleaning tray 20 does not need to be removed from the base 10, the operation is simple, the replacement or overhauling is convenient, and the efficiency is improved. Referring to fig. 5 and 8, in some embodiments, in order to implement the rotation of the scraping and cleaning member 30 on the cleaning tray 20, the cleaning tray 20 has a limiting member 202, the scraping and cleaning member 30 has a first connecting member 305, and the first connecting member 305 is sleeved on the limiting member 202, that is, the first connecting member 305 has no connection relationship with the limiting member 202, so as to ensure that the scraping and cleaning member 30 can rotate smoothly on the cleaning tray 20, and meanwhile, the limiting member 202 can limit the first connecting member 305, so as to implement the limitation of the scraping and cleaning member 30 in the radial direction of the scraping and cleaning member 30, so as to ensure the stability of the rotation of the scraping and cleaning member 30 on the cleaning tray 20. The shape of the limiting member 202 may be circular, and the shape of the first connecting member 305 may also be circular.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, to support the cleaning tray 20, the cleaning base station 1000 further includes a base 10. The base 10 is detachably connected with the cleaning tray 20.
In some embodiments, when the cleaning tray 20 needs to be deeply cleaned and/or the cleaning base station 1000 needs to be overhauled, the cleaning tray 20 can be detached from the base 10, and the cleaning tray 20 can be deeply cleaned at a position with a large operation space, so that the cleaning of the cleaning tray 20 is further ensured, and after the cleaning tray 20 is detached from the base 10, the parts, which are shielded by the cleaning tray 20, in the base 10 are exposed, so that the overhauling is facilitated, and the working efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, to transfer power to the wiping cleaning element 30, the cleaning base station 1000 further includes a transmission including a first transmission joint 40 and a second transmission joint 50. The first transmission joint 40 is provided to the washing tray 20 and connected to the scraping cleaning member 30. The second transmission joint 50 is disposed on the base 10 and detachably connected to the first transmission joint 40. Wherein, when the cleaning tray 20 is connected with the base 10, the first transmission joint 40 can be connected with the second transmission joint 50 so as to enable the scraping and cleaning piece 30 to act, and when the cleaning tray 20 is separated from the base 10, the first transmission joint 40 can be separated from the second transmission joint 50. Wherein the second linkage 401 is a component of the first drive joint 40.
In some embodiments, when the cleaning tray 20 is connected with the base 10, the first transmission connector 40 can be connected with the second transmission connector 50, so that the cleaning piece 30 can be scraped to move, in the process of scraping the cleaning piece 30 to move, the cleaning piece 30 can clean the cleaning tray 20, dirt in the cleaning tray 20 can be cleaned timely, the dirt is prevented from remaining in the cleaning tray 20 to form stubborn dirt, cleaning of the cleaning tray 20 is guaranteed, thereby cleaning work of a user is reduced, user experience is improved, when the cleaning tray 20 needs to be deeply cleaned and/or the cleaning base station 1000 needs to be overhauled, the cleaning tray 20 can be detached from the base 10, when the cleaning tray 20 is detached from the base 10, the first transmission connector 40 can be separated from the second transmission connector 50, the first transmission connector 40 and the second transmission connector 50 are prevented from interfering with the disassembly of the cleaning tray 20 on the base 10, the cleaning tray 20 can be detached from the base 10 conveniently, the cleaning tray 20 can be protected from the base 10 in a large operation space, the cleaning tray 20 can be further protected from being deeply cleaned, and the cleaning tray 20 is conveniently detached from the base 10 after the cleaning base 20 is overhauled.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, in some embodiments, to facilitate connection and disconnection between the first and second drive connectors 40 and 50, one of the first and second drive connectors 40 and 50 is provided with at least one protrusion 60, and the other is provided with at least one recess 70, and the protrusion 60 may be embedded in the recess 70 when the cleaning tray 20 is connected to the base 10.
In some embodiments, the protrusions 60 are embedded in the grooves 70 to allow the first and second drive connectors 40, 50 to be connected without excessive action being required to facilitate the connection between the first and second drive connectors 40, 50 when the cleaning tray 20 is mounted to the base 10. When the cleaning tray 20 is separated from the base 10, the protrusion 60 is separated from the groove 70 to enable the first transmission joint 40 to be separated from the second transmission joint 50 without performing excessive actions so that the first transmission joint 40 can be separated from the second transmission joint 50.
In some embodiments, the protrusion 60 is embedded in the groove 70, so that the protrusion 60 and the groove 70 not only realize the connection of the first transmission joint 40 and the second transmission joint 50, but also realize the positioning between the first transmission joint 40 and the second transmission joint 50, further facilitate the connection of the first transmission joint 40 and the second transmission joint 50, and simultaneously, the protrusion 60 and the groove 70 realize one piece for two purposes, thereby reducing the cost.
In some embodiments, to facilitate connection and disconnection between the first drive connector 40 and the second drive connector 50, the first drive connector 40 has a first end face facing the second drive connector 50, the second drive connector 50 has a second end face facing the first drive connector 40, with one of the protrusions 60 and the recesses 70 being provided on the first end face and the other being provided on the second end face.
In some embodiments, the number of projections 60 may be one or more and the number of recesses 70 may be one or more.
In some embodiments, when the number of the protrusions 60 and the grooves 70 is plural, one of the first end surface and the second end surface is provided with plural protrusions 60 and the other is provided with plural grooves 70 along the radial direction of the first transmission joint 40 and the second transmission joint 50, so as to facilitate connection of the first transmission joint 40 and the second transmission joint 50.
In some embodiments, the first end surface may be provided with a protrusion 60 and the second end surface may be provided with a recess 70. Of course, in other certain embodiments, the first end surface may be provided with a groove 70 and the second end surface may be provided with a protrusion 60.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, to actuate the wiping cleaning element 30, the cleaning base station 1000 further includes a drive 90 and a decelerator 100. The driver 90 is provided on the base 10 and is connected to the decelerator 100. The decelerator 100 is connected to a transmission device.
In some embodiments, when the cleaning tray 20 is to be cleaned, the driver 90 is activated, and the power of the driver 90 is transmitted to the transmission device through the decelerator 100, so that the transmission device can drive the scraping cleaning member 30 to act.
In some embodiments, the projection of the driver 90 and the decelerator 100 on the base 10 is offset from the cleaning tray 20 along the axial direction of the second transmission joint 50, so as to prevent the driver 90 and the decelerator 100 from encroaching on the installation space of the cleaning tray 20 in the height direction of the base 10, and the height of the cleaning tray 20 can be reduced when the cleaning tray 20 is installed on the base 10, so that the cleaning apparatus can walk above the cleaning tray 20.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, to clean the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus, the cleaning base station 1000 further includes a cleaning rib 80. The cleaning ribs 80 are erected on the scraping cleaning device 30 for cleaning the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus.
In some embodiments, the scraping cleaning members 30 may also be provided to the washing ribs 80.
In some embodiments, the cleaning device may be a scrubber, a sweeper robot, a sweeper, etc., and embodiments of the present application are not limited. The cleaning element may be a mop cloth.
In some embodiments, the cleaning ribs 80 may press the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus as the cleaning apparatus is driven onto the base 10, so that impurities of the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus can be removed in time during the rotational cleaning of the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus, for the purpose of cleaning the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus.
After the cleaning ribs 80 clean the cleaning elements of the cleaning apparatus, dirt may remain on the cleaning ribs 80. In some embodiments, in order to clean the cleaning ribs 80, the cleaning ribs 80 are detachably connected to the cleaning tray 20, and when dirt remains on the cleaning ribs 80, the cleaning ribs 80 can be detached from the cleaning tray 20, so that the cleaning ribs 80 can be cleaned in a space-saving place, and the cleaning effect of the cleaning ribs 80 is ensured.
In a second aspect of the present application, a cleaning system is provided, comprising a cleaning device and a cleaning base station 1000.

It should be noted that all the directional indicators in the embodiments of the present application are only used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, etc. between the components in a specific posture, and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicators are correspondingly changed.

Claims (24)
1. A cleaning base station (1000), comprising:
a base (10),
A cleaning tray (20) provided on the base (10);
A scraping cleaning member (30) provided in the cleaning tray (20) for cleaning the cleaning tray (20);
The scraping and washing cleaning piece (30) comprises a first connecting piece (305) and two scraping and washing pieces (301) connected with the first connecting piece (305), and the two scraping and washing pieces (301) are symmetrically arranged.
2. The cleaning base station (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the first connection member (305) is ring-shaped, and the two scraping members (301) are symmetrically arranged along one radial direction of the first connection member (305).
3. The cleaning base station (1000) according to claim 1, wherein the scraper (301) comprises:
A first scraping section (3011) connected to the first connector (305);
A second scraping section (3012) connected to the first scraping section (3011);
Wherein the distance between the first scraping sections (3011) of the two scraping elements (301) is greater than the distance between the second scraping sections (3012) of the two scraping elements (301).
4. A cleaning base station (1000) according to claim 3, characterized in that the distance between the first scraping sections (3011) of two scraping elements (301) decreases gradually in a direction away from the first connecting element (305), and the distance between the second scraping sections (3012) of two scraping elements (301) is equal.
5. The cleaning base station (1000) according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the scraping element (301) comprises at least one scraping portion (3013), wherein when the number of scraping portions (3013) is plural, the plurality of scraping portions (3013) are arranged in parallel at intervals.
6. The cleaning base station (1000) according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the wiper element (301) is a flexible wiper element (301);
wherein, two adjacent scraping and washing pieces (301) are provided with a plurality of convex hulls (303) which are arranged in parallel at intervals on the opposite end surfaces.
7. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 6, wherein the convex hull (303) is located on a side of the scraping element (301) adjacent to the cleaning tray (20) and is in contact with the cleaning tray (20).
8. The cleaning base station (1000) according to claim 6, characterized in that the convex hull (303) has a connection surface (3031) connected to the wiper element (301), a guide surface (3032) connected to the connection surface (3031), and a support surface (3033) connected to the guide surface (3032).
9. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 8, wherein the guide surface (3032) is disposed at an angle to the connection surface (3031).
10. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 6, wherein a plurality of convex hulls (303) on adjacent two of the wiper elements (301) are in one-to-one correspondence.
11. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the wiping cleaning element (30) further comprises:
-a support (304) connected to said first connection (305);
and a second connecting piece (306) connected with the first connecting piece (305) and connected with a plurality of scraping pieces (301).
12. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the wiping cleaning element (30) is rotatable relative to the cleaning tray;
wherein the scraping cleaning piece (30) can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise.
13. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the wiping cleaning element (30) further comprises a handle (309) connected to the first connection element (305).
14. The cleaning base station (1000) according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the cleaning base station (1000) further comprises:
the transmission device is connected with the scraping cleaning piece (30) and is used for enabling the scraping cleaning piece (30) to move;
The scraping and washing cleaning piece (30) is provided with a first linkage piece (307), the transmission device is provided with a second linkage piece, one of the first linkage piece (307) and the second linkage piece is provided with a transmission groove (4011), and the other one is embedded in the transmission groove.
15. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 14, wherein the scraping cleaning element (30) is detachably connected to the transmission.
16. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 15, wherein one of the scraping cleaning element (30) and the transmission device is provided with a buckle (308), and the other is provided with a clamping groove (110), and the buckle (308) can be clamped in the clamping groove (110).
17. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the number of wiping cleaning elements (30) is one or more.
18. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 15, wherein when the number of the scraping cleaning members (30) is plural, the structures of the plurality of scraping cleaning members (30) are the same, and the cleaning tray (20) has plural mounting positions, wherein any one of the scraping cleaning members (30) is mountable to any one of the mounting positions.
19. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the wiping cleaning element (30) is removably connected to the cleaning tray (20).
20. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 19, wherein the cleaning tray (20) has a limiting element, the scraping cleaning element (30) has a first connecting element (305), and the first connecting element (305) is sleeved on the limiting element.
21. The cleaning base station (1000) of any of claims 1-4, wherein the base (10) is removably connected to the cleaning tray (20).
22. The cleaning base station (1000) of claim 21, wherein the cleaning base station (1000) further comprises a transmission, the transmission comprising:
The first transmission joint (40) is arranged on the cleaning tray (20) and is connected with the scraping cleaning piece (30);
A second transmission joint (50) which is arranged on the base (10) and is detachably connected with the first transmission joint (40);
Wherein, when the cleaning tray (20) is connected with the base (10), the first transmission joint (40) can be connected with the second transmission joint (50) so as to enable the scraping cleaning piece (30) to act, and when the cleaning tray (20) is separated from the base (10), the first transmission joint (40) can be separated from the second transmission joint (50).
23. The cleaning base station (1000) according to any of claims 1-4, wherein the cleaning base station (1000) further comprises:
a cleaning rib (80) erected on the scraping cleaning member (30) for cleaning a cleaning element of a cleaning apparatus;
wherein the cleaning ribs (80) are detachably connected to the cleaning tray (20).
24. A cleaning system comprising a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning base station (1000) according to any of claims 1-23.
