A lamp holder according to claim 1, wherein each of the mounting frames includes a connection rod and a frame body connected to one end of the connection rod, the other end of the connection rod being rotatably connected to the connection base; the frame main body is of a U-shaped structure with one open end, and one end of the frame main body, which is away from the opening of the frame main body, is fixed with the end part of the connecting rod.
8. A lamp holder according to claim 7, wherein the mounting frames are provided with four, the four mounting frames are uniformly spaced at the periphery of the screw rod, and the included angle between the connecting rods of two adjacent mounting frames is 90 °.

The lamp bracket according to claim 7, wherein the bracket main body comprises a main body arm and two connecting arms respectively arranged at two ends of the main body arm, and the two connecting arms and the main body arm are enclosed to form the installation position; the end part of the connecting rod is connected to the outer side of the main body arm, the end part of the connecting arm is rotatably connected with the main body frame, and the rotating axis direction of the connecting arm is perpendicular to the axis direction of the connecting rod.
