Description

Underpants type paper diaper with improved fit
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pants-type diaper, and more particularly, to a pants-type diaper having excellent fit and wearing comfort, and improved fit.
Background
Disposable pant diapers, such as infant diapers, adult diapers, menstrual pants for women, etc., are well known. The primary function of this type of disposable absorbent article is to absorb and contain bodily waste, and such articles are also used to prevent the bodily waste from soiling, wetting or otherwise contaminating clothing or other articles that come into contact with the wearer, such as bedding.
Pants-type diapers generally have a three-dimensional pant-type design with elasticity throughout the waist region. At present, most pull-off trousers are designed with an elastic waistline as an independent part, an elastic telescopic piece after glue spraying is compounded by two layers of non-woven fabrics is divided into a front waistline part and a rear waistline part, then the front waist part and the rear waist part are separated by a distance, and then an absorber is connected.
Pant diaper wearable articles are those that are worn by extending the legs of a wearer into the leg openings and pulling the pant diaper into position about the lower torso of the wearer. Pant-type absorbent articles have become popular for use with children who are able to walk and often are toilet training, and for wearers whose movements have become more active such that the application of adhesive-type absorbent articles tends to be more difficult.
Pants-type diapers use elastic elements which are fastened in an elastically contractible state in the waist opening and/or the leg openings. Typically, to ensure a fully elastic fit around the legs and waist such as found in durable undergarments, the leg openings and waist openings are at least partially surrounded by elasticized elements positioned along the periphery of the respective openings. Pant-type wearable articles having a main body for covering the crotch region of the wearer and separate elastic belts defining a waist opening and leg openings are known in the art. However, the waist elastic expansion pieces are distributed relatively densely, the abdomen elastic expansion pieces are distributed relatively sparsely, and the front elastic expansion pieces and the rear elastic expansion pieces are distributed basically symmetrically. The pants type paper diaper basically has the bellies on the body types of people, and the front elastic telescopic parts and the rear elastic telescopic parts are symmetrically distributed and do not accord with the body types of the people.
Therefore, there is a need for an improved waist region design that optimizes product design to improve product fit for the main target group of body types, thereby improving the wearing comfort and good fit of pant diapers.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a disposable absorbent article having excellent fit and wearing comfort.
According to the pants-type diaper with improved fit provided by the invention, the pants-type diaper with improved fit comprises an absorption main body and an elastic waistline, the elastic waistline comprises a front waistline and a rear waistline, the transverse edges of the front waistline and the rear waistline are jointed to form a waist opening and two leg openings, the positions of the front waistline and the rear waistline from the waist opening to the leg openings are approximately divided into a waist region, a lower waist region, an upper abdomen region, an abdomen region and a lower abdomen region, the thickness, the spacing and the number of the elastic expansion and contraction pieces of the waist regions of the front waistline and the rear waistline are approximately equal, the elastic expansion and contraction pieces of the waist region, the upper abdomen region, the abdomen region and the lower abdomen region are eliminated from the middle in the transverse direction, the transverse dimension of the elastic expansion and contraction ranges of the two lateral sides of the front waistline are different, the elastic expansion and contraction ranges of the two lateral sides of the waist region are respectively approximately the same as the corresponding lateral expansion and contraction ranges of the two lateral sides of the corresponding regions of the rear waistline, and the elastic expansion and contraction regions of the waist region respectively the two lateral expansion and contraction ranges of the waist region are respectively different.

Description of the embodiments
The invention is further described below by means of specific embodiments. The invention provides a panty-shape diaper with improved fit, which is usually required to be placed around the crotch of a wearer during use. The term "longitudinal" as used herein refers to an imaginary direction of the diaper, which coincides with the length direction of the diaper, after the disposable absorbent article has been unfolded with the side seals removed; the transverse direction is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, which coincides with the width direction or the waistline direction of the diaper. The disposable pants-type diaper 1 has a front waistline 3A, a crotch region C, and a back waistline 3B in its longitudinal direction, and in use, the front waistline is disposed toward the abdomen region of the user and downward toward the groin region while the crotch region is disposed substantially directly below the crotch of the user and the back waistline is disposed toward the buttocks of the user.
Example 1

The absorbent body of the pants-type diaper 1 has a liquid-permeable top sheet 21, an absorbent core 22, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 23, and leakage barriers 24 provided in the longitudinal direction. The liquid-permeable surface layer 21 is arranged in a direction towards the user of the pant diaper during use and the liquid-impermeable bottom layer 23 is arranged in a direction away from the user during use, i.e. underneath the pant diaper 1. The absorbent core 22 is disposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet 21 and the liquid-impermeable back sheet 23. The liquid-permeable surface layer 21 is preferably made of a soft nonwoven fabric material. The liquid-impermeable backsheet material 23 is made of a liquid-impermeable material in the form of a liquid-impermeable film, preferably a breathable film material that is breathable but liquid-impermeable. The absorbent core 22 may use synthetic and natural fibers, or a combination of fibers, and the absorbent core 22 may also be formed from layers of different materials, or may be composed of a single layer having good properties for absorbing, diffusing, and storing fluids within the body. In general, a material in which an absorbent polymer powder is mixed with fluff wood pulp is preferable in view of the absorption function and the price, as long as the absorbent core can absorb and retain a body fluid, and a toilet paper or a nonwoven fabric material may be used to wrap the absorbent core in order to retain the shape of the absorbent core. The leakproof isolation boundaries 24 are made of non-woven fabrics with good water pressure resistance, and the free edges of the leakproof isolation boundaries are provided with elastic expansion pieces along the longitudinal direction. The components may be joined together by suitable joining methods, such as by conventional methods known in the art of disposable absorbent articles, such as adhesive, thermal compression, ultrasonic welding, and the like.
The absorption body 2 has both ends joined to a front waistline 3A and a back waistline 3B, respectively. The region overlapping the absorbent core layer 22 in the absorbent main body 2 in the front and rear waistlines is preferably elastically removed or weakened by melting by heating or cutting the elastic member. An elastic member disposed laterally outside the overlapping region of the elastic waist region and the absorbent core layer is fixedly joined between the two nonwoven fabrics at one end thereof adjacent to the overlapping region.
