The spacing between the baffle 213 and the opening of the overflow body 211 is 1-2mm, so that the larger food residues in the washing waste water can be filtered to avoid clogging the separator 20 with large-volume residues.
The sealing plug portion 22 includes a sealing plug tube 221, a plurality of annular mounting grooves 222 horizontally formed on the outer wall of the sealing plug tube 221, and sealing rings 223 respectively sleeved in the annular mounting grooves 222.
The sealing adapter 221 is fitted to the outside of the connecting portion 23 described below. The sealing plug 221 is inserted into the plug filter 13 so as to be stably disposed on the bottom plate of the tub body 11.
The number of the annular mounting grooves 222 is three and the annular mounting grooves are arranged at intervals. The intervals between adjacent annular mounting grooves 222 are respectively equal. When the sealing ring 223 is sleeved in the annular mounting groove 222, the end surface of the sealing ring 223 exceeds the opening of the annular mounting groove 222 so as to be directly inserted into the plug filter 13.
The connecting part 23 is a pipe body. In use, the central axes of the overflow portion 21, the sealing connection portion 22 and the connection portion 23 are respectively perpendicular to the bottom of the water tank body 11, and the top opening of the overflow portion 21 is horizontally disposed.
During maintenance, the oil guide pipe 122 connected to the adapter 121 of the oil guide unit 12 is disconnected in advance, and after the separator 20 is pulled out, the washing wastewater remaining in the water tank main body 11 directly flows into the seal insertion portion 22 and flows out of the water tank main body 11. Food waste remaining in the tub body 11 is collected in the sealing insertion portion 22 in the water flow direction, so that the maintenance personnel can collect the food waste at one time.
