Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用塑料取代棉纱应用于工程爆破的起爆器材的导火索，包括黑火药、包药层、中包层、外层，其特征在于：包药层为防静电的塑料、纸或其他条状或线状物，中包层为1～2层塑料带或塑料丝(线)，外包层为涂敷塑料或采用粘结剂而成。解决了制索中防静电等安全问题，简化了制索工艺，使燃烧稳定，并改善和提高了导火索的防潮抗水耐温能力，可广泛用于工程爆破。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用塑料取代棉纱应用于工程爆破用的起爆器材的导火索。
国内外工业用导火索，普遍采用棉纱等纤维物作包缠材料，没有全塑料导火索，如果涉及到制作导火索用塑料也仅是在外包皮上用塑料涂敷的塑料导火索。见“日本导火索的现与烟花”《火工品》1992.2，这种包皮上用塑料涂敷的塑料导火索，虽然导火索的防潮抗水性能得到改善，但由于采用棉纱等原材料，提高了生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种包缠物全部采用塑料，以塑料取代棉纱制作的导火索，以降低生产成本。
为实现上述目的，其技术方案是：塑料导火索包括，黑火药、包药层、中包层、外层，其特征在于：包药层为条状的塑料沿成型的黑火药外表面轴向包覆，中包层为在包药层外表面上用塑料带(丝)缠绕，外层为固定层。
包药层材料采用助剂为聚乙烯醇等防静电剂的塑料，也可用纸、非棉纤维。
中包层采用塑料带或塑料丝包缠、视塑料的厚度或直径大小与塑料带(丝)的强度、在包药层的外表面上包缠1～2层。
外层是在中包层外用塑料涂敷而成，也可以是用胶粘结剂固定而成。
本实用新型的包药层由于采用防静电材料制成，因而一可消除静电避免摩擦，保证制药、成品储存和使用的安全；二具有较难燃的性能，在黑火药燃烧过程中不熔化、软化适中，保持了黑火药的正常燃烧速度，同时由于包药层采用条状包覆和全塑料包缠、涂敷，使生产制造导火索时操作方便，产品性能在防潮、抗水等方面比棉纱导火索有进一步提高，且燃速稳定，也省去了棉沙、牛皮纸、沥青、松香或其他防潮材料，包缠物用料的成本降低一倍以上。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
图1为塑料导火索的结构示意图。
全塑料导火索的制索设备：采用现有导火索或导爆索制索机进行适当改造，配上包药装置和匹配模具，制索后用塑料挤出机。
全塑料导火索的制索工艺：实施例1，黑火药2从漏斗下药，经过包药装置，使黑火药边成型边被条状塑料包覆，包药结束后，即形成包药层2，此后进入塑料包缠盘内用塑料带进行缠绕，并视其塑料的厚度或直径大小与塑料带(丝)的强度，缠绕1～2层，形成中包层3、4最后再牵引至塑料挤出机敷塑而成，形成外层5。
实施例2，与实施例1不同之处是导火索经过塑料带包缠后，用胶粘结中包层3、4在制索机上一次成型。
实测产品的性能，燃速为110±4秒/米，其他性能符合导火索性能标准。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑料导火索，包括黑火药(1)、包药层(2)、中包层(4)、外层(5)，其特征在于：包药层(2)为条状的塑料沿成型的黑火药外表面轴向包覆，中包层(4)为在包药层外表面上用塑料带缠绕，外层(5)为固定层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料导火索，其特征在于：包药层(2)采用助剂为聚乙烯醇等防静电剂的塑料，也可用纸、非棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料导火索，其特征在于：中包层采用塑料带或塑料丝绕包药层(2)缠绕1～2层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料导火索，其特征在于：外层(5)为在中包层外用塑料涂敷而成，也可以是用胶粘结剂固定而成。
