Description

Elevator System

Technical Field

The utility model belongs to the technical field of elevators, and in particular relates to an elevator system.

Background Art

Currently in the field of elevators and home elevators, the elevator control system needs to accurately detect the position of the car to achieve relevant safety control functions. In the elevator industry, there are three main methods for detecting the position of the car: (1) Rotary encoder measurement method (the error is large, and the rotary encoder cannot detect the slip distance of the wire rope); (2) Photoelectric sensor or position switch detection method. This method detects the area where the elevator car is located through photoelectric sensors or position switches installed in the shaft or car; (3) Special marker position detection method such as scales. This method uses a sensor installed on the elevator car to detect the pre-set coding tape information in the shaft to determine the position of the elevator car.

When using photoelectric sensors or position switch detection methods to automatically detect the floor where the elevator car is located, the photoelectric sensor needs to be used in combination with a reflective baffle. In general, the floor where the elevator car frequently stops can be set as the calibration floor, and a reflective baffle can be placed on the calibration floor. Magnets are placed on other floors, and magnetic induction sensors and photoelectric sensors are installed on the top of the car. When the elevator is running, the calibration floor can be determined by the photoelectric sensor and the reflective baffle. The position of the elevator car can be determined based on the number of times the magnetic induction sensor detects the magnet in the process of reaching the floor where the elevator car is located from the calibration floor.

When a special marker position detection method such as a scale is used to automatically detect the floor where the elevator car is located, the method determines the position of the elevator car by detecting the pre-set coding tape information in the shaft through a sensor installed on the elevator car.

The above position detection methods all require the installation of position sensors on the car, which will make the car mechanical structure complicated. Especially for sightseeing elevators or sightseeing home elevators, these complicated car structure styles affect the appearance of the elevator.

The technical solution of the present utility model will be described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

3。1 , an elevator system in an embodiment of the present invention includes a hoistway (not shown), a car 1 , a position detection device 2 , and a lifting device 3 .

The car 1 is movably arranged in the shaft; the position detection device 2 is movably arranged in the shaft and is located beside the car 1; the lifting device 3 is installed in linkage with the car 1 and the position detection device 2 respectively, so as to drive the positions of the car 1 and the position detection device 2 to change in opposite directions. By arranging the car 1 and the position detection device 2 independently from each other, the structural design of the car 1 is simplified, avoiding it being too complicated and being able to cover the position detection device 2, and the elevator can be beautify.

3 , the position detection device 2 includes a housing 21 and a position sensor 22 disposed in the housing 21. The position sensor 22 includes a structure capable of measuring the position of the car 1, such as a photoelectric sensor, a magnetic induction sensor, or a magnetic scale.

In order to be able to change the positions of the car 1 and the position detection device 2 through the lifting device 3, so as to accurately detect the position of the car 1 and realize the relevant safety control functions, as shown in Figure 1, the lifting device 3 in this embodiment includes a lifting mechanism 31 and a follow-up mechanism 32. The lifting mechanism 31 is installed in linkage with the car 1 to drive the car 1 to move up and down. The follow-up mechanism 32 is installed in linkage with the car 1 and the position detection device 2 respectively, and is used to set the position detection device 2 to follow the car 1 in the opposite direction.

Specifically, as shown in FIG1 , the car 1 in this embodiment includes a guide wheel 11 located at the top of the car 1 , and the lifting mechanism 31 includes a driving mechanism (not shown) located at the top of the shaft, a first fixed pulley 311 fixedly mounted on the output shaft of the driving mechanism, a movable pulley 312 located below the first fixed pulley 311, and a first rigging 313. The first rigging 313 sequentially passes around the guide wheel 11, the first fixed pulley 311, and the movable pulley 312. The first end and the second end of the first rigging 313 are both fixed to the top of the shaft. According to this design, when the first fixed pulley 311 is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism, the height position of the car 1 can be changed.

Exemplarily, when the first fixed pulley 311 rotates clockwise under the drive mechanism, the first rigging 313 has a tendency to move from the first fixed pulley 311 to the guide wheel 11 under the drive mechanism, so the length of the first rigging 313 between the first fixed pulley 311 and the guide wheel 11 becomes longer. Since both ends of the first rigging 313 are fixed to the top of the shaft and the first fixed pulley 311 is also fixed to the top of the shaft, the car 1 has a tendency to move downward, and the position detection device 2 has a tendency to move upward. In contrast, the length of the first rigging 313 between the first fixed pulley 311 and the movable pulley 312 becomes shorter, and the movable pulley 312 has a tendency to move upward. It can be understood that when the first fixed pulley 311 rotates counterclockwise under the drive mechanism, the car 1 has a tendency to move upward, the position detection device 2 has a tendency to move downward, and the movable pulley 312 has a tendency to move downward.

In order to be able to change the height position of the position detection device 2 in linkage with the movement of the car 1 through the follow-up mechanism 32, as shown in FIG1, the follow-up mechanism 32 in this embodiment includes a second fixed pulley 321 located at the top of the hoistway and a second rigging 322 bypassing the second fixed pulley 321, the first end of the second rigging 322 is connected to the car 1, and the second end of the second rigging 322 is connected to the position detection device 2. Exemplarily, since the length of the second rigging 322 remains unchanged, and the middle part between the first end and the second end of the second rigging 322 bypasses the second fixed pulley 321, when the first fixed pulley 311 rotates clockwise under the drive of the driving mechanism, the car 1 has a tendency to move downward, so the first end of the second lock moves downward, and the first end of the second lock moves upward, thereby achieving the effect of moving the position detection device 2 upward. It can be understood that when the first fixed pulley 311 rotates counterclockwise under the drive of the driving mechanism, the car 1 has a tendency to move upward, so the first end of the second lock moves upward, and the first end of the second lock moves downward, thereby achieving the effect of moving the position detection device 2 downward. According to this design, the effect of the positions of the car 1 and the position detection device 2 changing in opposite directions can be achieved.

Of course, the present application is not limited to this. As shown in Figure 2, in another embodiment, the follower mechanism 32 includes a second fixed pulley 321 located at the top of the shaft, a third fixed pulley 323 and a fourth fixed pulley 324 located at the bottom of the shaft and respectively below the first fixed pulley 311 and the second fixed pulley 321, and a second rigging 322. The second rigging 322 sequentially bypasses the second fixed pulley 321, the third fixed pulley 323, the fourth fixed pulley 324, and the movable pulley 312. The first end of the second rigging 322 is connected to the position detection device 2, and the second end of the second rigging 322 is connected to the movable pulley 312.

The first rigging 313 and the second rigging 322 may be ropes such as steel wire ropes or transmission belts.

In order to balance the weight between the movable pulley 312 and the car 1, as shown in Figure 1, the lifting mechanism 31 in this embodiment further includes a counterweight device 4 fixedly installed below the movable pulley 312. According to this design, the weight difference between the car 1 and the movable pulley 312 on both sides of the fixed pulley is kept within the limit to ensure the normal operation of the traction drive of the elevator.

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 , the counterweight device 4 in this embodiment is at the same height as the position detection device 2. Since the movable pulley 312 and the position detection device 2 have the same movement trend under the influence of the lifting device 3, the movement trend of the position detection device 2 and the counterweight device 4 is also consistent. When the two are at the same height, the internal space of the hoistway can be effectively utilized, and the positions of the car 1, the position detection device 2, and the counterweight device 4 can be adjusted intuitively.

Specifically, in order to effectively utilize the internal space of the shaft, in this embodiment, when the car 1 is located at the highest position in the shaft, the position detection device 2 is located at the lowest position in the shaft; when the car 1 is located at the lowest position in the shaft, the position detection device 2 is located at the highest position in the shaft.

Preferably, referring to FIG1 and in combination with FIG3 and FIG4, in order to facilitate the movement of the position detection device 2 and the car 1 in the hoistway, the elevator system in this embodiment further includes a guide rail 5 fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the hoistway, the position detection device 2 is slidably arranged in the guide rail 5, and the car 1 is slidably connected to the guide rail 5. A first rolling member 23 can be arranged on the position detection device 2 to facilitate the sliding of the position detection device 2 in the guide rail 5. Similarly, a second rolling member 12 can also be arranged on the outer side of the car 1 facing the guide rail 5 to facilitate the sliding of the car 1 along the guide rail 5, thereby reducing the friction generated during the sliding process and increasing the service life of the elevator system. Among them, the first rolling member 23 and the second rolling member 12 can be rollers or shoe liners, etc.

It can be seen from the above technical solutions that the utility model has the following beneficial effects:

The utility model provides an elevator system, which simplifies the structural design of the elevator car and avoids excessive complexity by arranging the elevator car and the position detection device independently.
