5. The knotless fixation anchor of claim 4, wherein the outer wall of the connection section is provided with external threads, the connection section extending into the inserter and being threadably coupled to the inner wall of the inserter.

The tie-free anchor of claim 4, wherein the hollow portion further comprises a protrusion protruding from a surface of the main body section facing away from the connecting section, the protrusion being located between the two wire pressing portions in the first direction, and the protrusion being located at a position corresponding to the position of the second hole, the protrusion extending into the positioning region.
7. The knotless fixation anchor of claim 6, wherein the number of protrusions is two, the two protrusions being disposed opposite one another along a second direction, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction.
8. The knotless fixation anchor of claim 1, wherein the first aperture is a hexagonal aperture that mates with an outer surface of the inserter that is hexagonal.
