The connection end 2212 can be electrically connected with the main board circuit board through a flat cable, so that data, signals and electric energy can be transmitted.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, in order to achieve the installation between the rotating frame 20 and the connection male base 50, the upper surface of the shoe 22 is provided with a protrusion structure 2220, and the protrusion structure 2220 is provided with a plurality of through holes 2221. Wherein, the perforations 2221 are in one-to-one correspondence with the first pins 52, and the perforations 2221 are used for the first pins 52 to pass through.
Further, the inner wall of the bottom support 22 is provided with a stepped concave hole, which includes a first hole portion 2222 and a second hole portion 2223, and the through hole 2221, the first hole portion 2222 and the second hole portion 2223 are sequentially disposed from top to bottom and are mutually communicated. Wherein the first hole portion 2222 is for accommodating the main body 51. The cross-sections of the first and second hole portions 2222 and 2223 may each be rectangular, and the cross-sectional area of the first hole portion 2222 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second hole portion 2223.
The elastic member 55 is disposed on the elastic needle module, and each second elastic needle 53 passes through the elastic member 55, and the elastic member 55 is used for being inserted into the second hole portion 2223 and is tightly matched with the second hole portion 2223. The elastic member 55 may be made of a material such as silicone. Through the tight fit between the elastic member 55 and the second hole portion 2223, the fixing between the spring pin module and the shoe 22 can be realized, thereby preventing the connection male base 50 from falling loose, and simultaneously being more convenient to detach and maintain.
The pogpin plate 54 is located outside the second hole portion 2223, and covers the second hole portion 2223. The pogpin plate 54 may be fixedly connected to the inner wall of the shoe 22 by a screw connection or the like.
In this embodiment, the box body 10 further includes a lower casing 102, and the lower casing 102 and the upper casing 101 may be detachably connected by a screw connection, a clamping connection, or the like. An accommodating space is formed between the upper case 101 and the lower case 102, and the main control circuit board 30, the audio playing device 40, and the like are positioned in the accommodating space. The bottom surface of the lower housing 102 may be provided with a non-slip pad, wherein the protective pad may be made of a material such as silica gel.
As shown in fig. 4 to 5, a mounting case 1021 is detachably provided on the lower case 102, and the audio playing device 40 is provided in the mounting case 1021. The mounting case 1021 and the main control circuit board 30 may be fixed to the lower case 102 by screw connection or the like.
The top of the mounting case 1021 is provided with a hollow boss 1022 extending toward the upper case 101, and the diaphragm of the audio playing device 40 is opposite to the inner cavity of the boss 1022. The upper casing 101 is provided with a plurality of sound outlet holes 1013, and the sound outlet holes 1013 are opposite to the inner cavity of the boss 1022, thereby facilitating the outgoing of sound.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, a plug 1023 is provided on the inner wall of the mounting case 1021, and plug holes 41 corresponding to the plug 1023 one by one are provided on the top of the audio playing device 40, and the plug 1023 is used for being inserted into the corresponding plug holes 41. The positioning between the audio playing device 40 and the mounting case 1021 is achieved by the cooperation between the plug posts 1023 and the plug holes 41.
In order to avoid leakage, the top surface of the audio playing device 40 is provided with a sealing ring 42, the sealing ring 42 is arranged around the vibrating diaphragm of the audio playing device 40, wherein the sealing ring 42 is abutted against the top surface of the inner wall of the mounting case 1021.
In this embodiment, the lower housing 102 is provided with a support 1024 located at the bottom of the audio playing device 40, and the support 1024 is used for supporting the audio playing device 40. When assembling, the audio playing device 40 may be placed on the support 1024, then the mounting case 1021 is sleeved outside the audio playing device 40, and finally the mounting case 1021 is fixedly connected with the lower case 102 by locking screws. Wherein the top of the audio playing device 40 is abutted by the top surface of the inner wall of the mounting case 1021, and the bottom support 1024 of the audio playing device 40 is supported, thereby enabling the audio playing device 40 to be stably fixed inside the mounting case 1021.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in order to dissipate heat of the main control circuit board 30, a first heat sink 301 and a second heat sink 302 are disposed on the main control circuit board 30, wherein the first heat sink 301 and the second heat sink 302 are disposed on two sides of the main control circuit board 30 in the thickness direction.
The first heat sink 301 includes a first heat sink extending toward the upper housing 101, wherein the upper housing 101 is provided with a plurality of first heat dissipating holes 1014. The second heat sink 302 includes a second heat sink extending toward the lower housing 102, wherein the lower housing 102 is provided with a plurality of second heat dissipating holes 1020.
In the present embodiment, the upper surface of the upper case 101 may be provided with a dust cloth 1015, and the dust cloth 1015 covers the first heat dissipation hole 1014 and the sound output hole 1013, thereby preventing dust from entering the inside of the intelligent interactive apparatus.
As shown in fig. 18, the bottom of the mounting case 1021 is provided with a duct 1025. Wherein one end of the tube 1025 is communicated with the inner cavity of the mounting case 1021, and the other end is directed toward the first heat sink 301. When the audio playing device 40 is started, the vibration generated by the audio playing device 40 accelerates the air flow, thereby improving the heat dissipation effect. In addition, the tubing 1025 is also beneficial for enhancing the quality of the heavy bass sound and improving the overall sound quality.
The side of the mounting case 1021 is provided with a threading hole 1026 for passing a wire therethrough. The corresponding line passes through the threading hole 1026, so that the connection between the audio playing device 40 and the power amplifier module on the main control circuit board 30 can be realized.
As shown in fig. 11, the upper housing 101 includes a console top 1016 and a front panel 1017, the console top 1016 and the front panel 1017 being located on the same side of the recess 1011, the console top 1016 being adjacent to the opening 1012, wherein the recess 1011, the console top 1016 and the front panel 1017 are adjacent in sequence.
The touch circuit board 60 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the operation table 1016, and a touch signal is sent to the touch circuit board 60 by a finger, so that the volume and the like can be controlled and adjusted.
As shown in fig. 12, 20 and 21, the inner wall of the operation table 1016 is provided with a fool-proof column 10161, and the touch circuit board 60 is provided with fool-proof holes 61 corresponding to the fool-proof columns 10161, wherein the fool-proof columns 10161 are used for being inserted into the corresponding fool-proof holes 61. The top 1016 may be made of a transparent material, such as glass or transparent plastic. The thickness of the operation table 1016 needs to be controlled within a certain range to avoid that the touch circuit board 60 cannot sense the touch operation of the finger. The touch circuit board 60 may be connected to the main control circuit board 30 through a flat cable or the like.
Referring to fig. 12, 22 and 23, the installation space is limited, which is disadvantageous for installing the touch circuit board 60 using screws or double-sided tape, etc., and in order to solve this problem, the present embodiment adopts the following arrangement: the inside of the upper casing 101 is provided with a bracket 70, a fixing portion 71 on one side of the bracket 70 far away from the touch circuit board 60 is fixedly connected with the front side panel 1017 through a fastening screw, one side of the bracket 70 near the touch circuit board 60 is provided with an abutting portion 72, and the abutting portion 72 is used for abutting the touch circuit board 60 so that the touch circuit board 60 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the operation table 1016.
As shown in fig. 12 and 20, a microphone 62 may be disposed on the touch circuit board 60, and a receiving groove 10162 for receiving the microphone 62 is disposed on an inner wall of the operation table 1016. The operation table 1016 is provided with a sound inlet 10163, and the sound inlet 10163 and the accommodating groove 10162 are used for enabling the microphone 62 to receive a sound instruction sent by a user. The operation table 1016 may be provided with a waterproof and breathable cloth, wherein the cloth covers the sound inlet 10163, so that the operation table 1016 can prevent dust and water, and also has a noise reduction function, thereby enhancing the voice recognition function of the microphone 62 and preventing missing recognition errors.
In order to facilitate the observation of information such as the working status of the intelligent interactive apparatus and the different components, a light guide 80 is provided on the inner wall of the front panel 1017. For example, when the intelligent interactive apparatus is in a standby or operating state, the light guide 80 emits light of different colors; for another example, when the audio playing device 40 is in operation or the microphone 62 is receiving sound, the different light guide 80 will transmit the corresponding color.
As shown in fig. 24, the light guide 80 includes a leg 81 and a plurality of light guide posts 82 provided on the leg 81, the light guide posts 82 being sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the leg 81.
As shown in fig. 24, the leg 81 is provided with a locking groove 811, and as shown in fig. 12, the inner wall of the front panel 1017 is provided with a locking button 10171 corresponding to the locking groove 811, wherein the locking groove 811 is locked with the corresponding locking button 10171.
Referring to fig. 21 and 24, the bottom surface of the touch circuit board 60 is provided with light emitting elements 63, and the light emitting elements 63 are in one-to-one correspondence with the light guiding columns 82, wherein the top of the light guiding column 82 is opposite to the corresponding light emitting element 63. The light emitting member 63 may be an LED lamp bead or the like.
Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 24, mounting through holes 10172 corresponding to the light guide columns 82 one by one are formed in the front panel 1017, and protruding portions 821 are provided on each light guide column 82 and are inserted into the corresponding mounting through holes 10172. When the light emitting member 63 is lighted, the light emitted from the light emitting member 63 is transmitted to the protruding portion 821 through the corresponding light guiding pillar 82, thereby allowing the user to observe.
As shown in fig. 23, when the light guide 80 is assembled, it is fitted into the bracket 70, and a plurality of parallel light-impermeable barriers 73 are provided on the bracket 70, wherein an installation space is formed between adjacent barriers 73. The installation spaces are in one-to-one correspondence with the light guide columns 82, wherein the light guide columns 82 are located in the corresponding installation spaces.
After the light guide columns 82 are installed in the installation space, adjacent light guide columns 82 are spaced apart by the baffle plates 73 therebetween, thereby preventing light leakage and avoiding light crosstalk between the light guide columns 82.
