As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the folding storage box is in the storage state, the movable plate 2 is in a standing state, and the top cover 3 covers the top of the movable plate 2; as shown in fig. 9a and 9B, when the folding type storage box is in a folded state, the movable plate 2 is folded downward and accommodated in the accommodation groove 13, and the top cover 3 is covered on top of the side plate 12 (specifically, the top cover 3 is covered on top of the second side plate 12B, and the top cover 3 is also covered over the side wall of the second movable plate 2B in a contact or non-contact manner).
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, as an embodiment, the top cover 3 has a first engaging portion 34 on its lower surface, and the top of the side plate 12 has a second engaging portion 126 that mates with the first engaging portion 34; when the folding storage box is in a folded state, the top cover 3 is covered on the top of the side plate 12, and the first clamping part 34 is clamped and fixed with the second clamping part 126, so that the top cover 3 is fixed on the side plate 12. In the present embodiment, the first engaging portions 34 are provided at four apex angle positions of the top cover 3, and the second engaging portions 126 are provided at both ends of the two second side plates 12B; the first engaging portion 34 is a protruding pillar, and the second engaging portion 126 is a engaging hole.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 16, as an embodiment, the top cover 3 has a third engaging portion 35 on its upper surface, and the bottom plate 11 has a fourth engaging portion 111 on its lower surface that engages with the third engaging portion 35; when two folding type storage boxes are stacked up and down (i.e., when one folding type storage box is stacked on the other folding type storage box), the third engaging portion 35 on one folding type storage box can be engaged and fixed with the fourth engaging portion 111 on the other folding type storage box, thereby realizing the limitation of the folding type storage box in the horizontal direction when stacking, so as to avoid the occurrence of toppling. One of the third engaging portion 35 and the fourth engaging portion 111 is a boss, and the other is a locking hole, and the boss can be locked in the locking hole. In the present embodiment, the third engaging portion 35 is a hole, and the fourth engaging portion 111 is a post.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, as one embodiment, the top cover 3 includes a top plate 31 and a burring portion 32 extending downward from an outer edge of the top plate 31; the inner wall of the top plate 31 is provided with a plurality of first ribs 33, each first rib 33 extends from one end of the top plate 31 to the opposite end thereof, and two ends of each first rib 33 are respectively connected with the flanging part 32. The top of each movable plate 2 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 21 which are arranged at intervals; when the folding storage box is in a storage state, the flanging part 32 is buckled at the tops of the movable plates 2, and the first ribs 33 are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves 21, so that tight connection between the top cover 3 and the movable plates 2 is realized.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the plurality of first ribs 33 includes a plurality of first transverse ribs 331 disposed at intervals and a plurality of first longitudinal ribs 332 disposed at intervals, and the plurality of first transverse ribs 331 are disposed to intersect the plurality of first longitudinal ribs 332, respectively; the top of the first movable plate 2A and the top of the second movable plate 2B are respectively provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 21 which are arranged at intervals. When the folding storage box is in the storage state, the flanging part 32 is buckled on the tops of the movable plates 2, the first transverse ribs 331 are respectively clamped in the clamping grooves 21 on the first movable plate 2A, and the first longitudinal ribs 332 are respectively clamped in the clamping grooves 21 on the second movable plate 2B.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, as an embodiment, a plurality of second ribs 22 are provided on the inner wall of each movable plate 2, and the plurality of second ribs 22 include a plurality of second transverse ribs 221 disposed at intervals and a plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222 disposed at intervals, and the plurality of second transverse ribs 221 are disposed to intersect the plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222, respectively. The plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222 respectively correspond to the plurality of clamping grooves 21, that is, the plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222 respectively correspond to the plurality of first ribs 33 on the top cover 3 (specifically, the plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222 on the first movable plate 2A respectively align with the plurality of first transverse ribs 331 on the top cover 3, and the plurality of second longitudinal ribs 222 on the second movable plate 2B respectively align with the plurality of first longitudinal ribs 332 on the top cover 3), so that the bearing force borne by the top cover 3 can be better transferred to the base 1 through the respective movable plates 2, and the bearing force of the folding storage box is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5, a stop block (not numbered in the figure) is provided on the inner wall of the top cover 3, that is, the inner wall of the top cover is close to the corner and a circular protrusion is provided on the inner side of the turnup on the long side of the inner wall of the top cover, so that the stop block blocks the movable plate 2 from being turned inwards when the folding type storage box is in the storage state. The shape of the stopper is not limited to a circular shape, and may be a structure capable of mainly blocking the movable plate.
As shown in fig. 16, an embodiment of the present utility model further provides a folding bin assembly including a plurality of the folding bins described above. According to the folding storage box provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the connecting pieces 4 are arranged, the movable plates 2 are respectively connected with the side plates 12 in a rotating way through the connecting pieces 4, the first end 40A of each connecting piece 4 is hinged with the corresponding side plate 12, the second end 40B of each connecting piece 4 is hinged with the corresponding movable plate 2, namely the connecting pieces 4 form a structure with hinged two ends, so that when the movable plates 2 are folded downwards, the two opposite movable plates 2 can be stacked up and down, and the folded volume of the folding storage box is further reduced; moreover, when the two opposite movable plates 2 are folded, the sequence is not required to be distinguished (namely, the two movable plates can be folded in any sequence without purposely folding which movable plate 2 first), so that the use is convenient. Meanwhile, the movable plate 2 is rotationally connected with the side plate 12 through the connecting piece 4, the height of the hinge position between the connecting piece 4 and the side plate 12 can be not considered, the structure is simpler, the movable plate 2 can rotate more smoothly, and the movable plate is convenient to use.

The folding storage bin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection member has a long block structure, the first end and the second end are both ends of the connection member in a length direction thereof, respectively, and the second end of the connection member is bent and inclined toward one side of the inside of the folding storage bin as compared with the first end thereof.

The folding storage box as claimed in claim 1, wherein a groove is formed on an inner wall of the side plate, a first clamping portion is formed on an inner wall of the groove, and a second clamping portion matched with the first clamping portion is formed on the connecting piece; when the connecting piece rotates to a standing state, the connecting piece is positioned in the groove, and the first clamping part and the second clamping part are clamped and fixed.
6. The folding storage bin of claim 1, further comprising a top cover that is positioned on top of the flap when the folding storage bin is in a storage state; when the folding storage box is in a folding state, the top cover is arranged on the top of the side plate.

The folding storage bin of claim 6, wherein the top cover includes a top panel and a flange portion extending downwardly from an outer edge of the top panel; the inner wall of the top plate is provided with a plurality of first ribs, each first rib extends from one end of the top plate to the other opposite end of the top plate, and two ends of each first rib are respectively connected with the flanging part; the top of each movable plate is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves which are arranged at intervals; when the folding storage box is in a storage state, the flanging parts are buckled on the tops of the movable plates, and the first ribs are clamped in the corresponding clamping grooves.
8. The folding storage bin of claim 7, wherein a plurality of second longitudinal ribs are provided on an inner wall of each of the movable panels, the plurality of second longitudinal ribs corresponding to the plurality of clamping grooves, respectively.

The folding storage bin of claim 6, wherein a first engaging portion is provided on a lower surface of the top cover, and a second engaging portion is provided on a top of the side plate to be engaged with the first engaging portion; when the folding storage box is in a folding state, the top cover is arranged on the top of the side plate, and the first clamping part and the second clamping part are clamped and fixed.

The folding storage bin of claim 6, wherein the top cover has a third engaging portion on an upper surface thereof, and a fourth engaging portion engaged with the third engaging portion is provided on a lower surface of the bottom plate; when two folding storage boxes are stacked up and down, the third clamping part on one folding storage box can be clamped and fixed with the fourth clamping part on the other folding storage box.

The folding storage bin as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the bottom plate has a square structure, the number of the side plates and the movable plate is four, and the four side plates are respectively disposed at four side edges of the bottom plate; the four side plates are respectively two oppositely arranged first side plates and two oppositely arranged second side plates, the four movable plates are respectively two oppositely arranged first movable plates and two oppositely arranged second movable plates, the two first movable plates are respectively connected with the two first side plates in a rotating way through connecting pieces, and the two second movable plates are respectively connected with the two second side plates in a rotating way through the connecting pieces.

The folding storage bin of claim 11, wherein the first side panel has a height that is less than a height of the second side panel, and the first side panel has a height that is less than a height of the second side panel at the hinge location with the connector; when the folding storage box is in a folding state, the two first movable plates are folded downwards and then stacked up and down, the two second movable plates are folded downwards and then stacked up and down or are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction, and the two second movable plates are stacked above the two first movable plates.
