Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张
扩裂导管，属于治疗前列腺增生症的医疗器械。它由
含有导尿管腔(1)、高压气囊腔(2)、定位腔(4)的三腔
软体导管(6)和高压气囊(3)以及定位气囊(5)组成，
高压气囊腔(2)和定位腔(4)潜设在导尿管腔(1)外围
的软体导管(6)的管壁内。本实用新型具有扩张范围
大，可实行尿道膜部扩裂，导管外表光滑，在插入尿道
时，减轻患者痛苦，导尿管腔内径较大，有利于尿液、
血块或浓块的排出，疗效好、操作方便、定位简单、造
价低等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张扩裂导管，属于治疗前列腺增生症的医疗器械。
目前，采用尿道扩张治疗前列腺增生症的技术有球囊成型导管、金属管隐蔽式耐压气囊前列腺扩张器，其共同缺点是扩张范围小，将所有伴有中叶腺体增生者列为扩张禁症，扩张后更换气囊导尿管而不能完成扩张后导尿，并且在操作时需要X光机或肛诊定位，操作程序复杂。专利文献CN2088875N所提供的四腔高压气囊前列腺扩张导管虽然解决了上述二者存在的缺点，但扩张范围仍小，对重腺体增生和并有中叶腺体增生及逼尿肌功能失代偿者的治疗效果不理想，在导尿管腔中设有冲洗腔，使导尿管腔内径减小，不利于尿液、血块或浓块的排出，而且示位气囊和定位气囊同导管的接口不光滑，在操作时给病人带来痛苦。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种扩张范围大、可实行尿道膜部扩裂、导管外表光滑、导尿管腔内径较大、操作简单、疗效好的三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张扩裂导管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它由含有导尿管腔（1）、高压气囊腔（2）、定位腔（4）的三腔软体导管（6）和高压气囊（3）以及定位气囊（5）组成，高压气囊腔（2）、定位腔（4）潜设在导尿管腔（1）外围的软体导管（6）的管壁内。在软体导管（6）、高压气囊（3）和定位气囊（5）的外部套设有软胶管（10），管头一侧设有导尿腔管（1）的开口（7）。
在导尿管腔开口（7）后设有定位气囊（5），定位气囊（5）内有定位腔（4）的开口（8），在定位气囊（5）后设有高压气囊（3），高压气囊（3）内有高压气囊腔（2）的开口（9）。
本实用新型的高压气囊（3）膨胀后直径为2.6－3.8cm，长度为6－12cm。
本实用新型所述的三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张扩裂导管可由硅塑或其它软材料制成。在使用时配有金属内芯和带有压力表以及气阀的注气筒。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
1.扩张范围大，可实行尿道膜部扩裂，使重腺体增生和并有中叶腺体增生及逼尿肌功能失代偿的传统扩张禁忌症成为本实用新型的适应症，治疗效果好；
2.由于在软体导管、定位气囊和高压气囊的外部套设有软胶管，所以整个导管外表光滑，在插入尿道时，减轻了患者的痛苦；
3.导尿管腔内径较大，有利于尿液、血块或浓块的排出；
4.操作方便、定位简单、造价低。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型由含有导尿管腔（1）、高压气囊腔（2）、定位腔（4）的三腔软体导管（6）和高压气囊（3）以及定位气囊（5）组成，导尿管腔（1）为软体导管（6）的主腔，在导尿管腔（1）的外围、软体导管（6）的管壁内潜设有高压气囊腔（5）和定位腔（4），在软体导管（6）、高压气囊（3）和定位气囊（5）的外部套设有软胶管（10），软体导管（6）的管头一侧设有导尿腔（1）的开口（7），其后为定位气囊（5），囊内设有定位腔（4）的开口（8），定位气囊（5）后为高压气囊（3），囊内设有高压气囊腔（3）的开口（9），高压气囊（3）膨胀后直径为2.6－3.8cm，长度为6－12cm，后部直径较小，成一定的锥度。
本实用新型的操作使用方法是：按外科无菌术常规操作，患者整体取平卧位，用尿道扩张器扩张尿道至24F，继将金属内芯插入导尿管腔（1），将软体导管（6）外涂润滑剂，经尿道插入膀胱，把注气筒和定位腔（4）连接并注气，将定位气囊（5）注气膨胀，外牵软体导管（6）使定位气囊（5）抵于膀胱颈部，然后将定位气囊（5）中的气放掉，再把软体导管（6）纵深插入2cm，然后把注气筒和高压气囊腔（2）连接并注气，此时张开的高压气囊（3）成锥度的后部应跨过膜部并产生扩裂，持续1－5分钟，抽出金属内芯，尿液流出通畅，即可钳闭气道接管，撤除注气筒，用胶布固定导管（6）于阴茎上，接引流尿袋。

1、一种三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张扩裂导管，其特征在于：它含有导尿管腔(1)、高压气囊腔(2)、定位腔(4)的三腔软体导管(6)和高压气囊(3)以及定位气囊(5)组成，高压气囊腔(2)和定位腔(4)潜设在导尿管腔(1)外围的软体导管(6)的管壁内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三腔高压气囊前列腺扩张扩裂导管，其特征在于：在软体导管（6）、高压气囊（3）和定位气囊（5）的外部套设有软胶管（10），在软体导管（6）的管头一侧设有导尿管腔（1）的开口（7）。
